Although the resort is on the water. The manager at this resort was terrible. I am disabled and require a tub. There are no tubs in the rooms except for 12 rooms. According to the manager. He did nothing to help and my trip was a bust. I will never come back here. Even the concierge said the manager was terrible.

The location was tremendous. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. The rooms were up to date and clean. We had a few issues, but they addressed them immediately. The food was very good. The food service was inconsistent. We ate ate the sports bar quite a few nights. The bartenders generally acted like it was our first time there even though we had seen them the last 4 nights. Others on the F&B staff were extremely friendly.

Amazing experience! The service was excellent (especially those working the pool area-Marco and Axel were very attentive and friendly!), food delicious, and the hotel itself is a beauty. The views are seriously incredible! We will be back for sure.

We had the perfection vacation here thanks to the facilities and the staff. We booked a 2 bedroom villa that came with panoramic ocean views and a full kitchen. Worked perfectly, since we were traveling with an 18 month old. Only complaint I have is that only 1 elevator was running. One of the staff told us that the manager decided to keep the 2nd elevator off since hotel was not fully booked. But the staff elevator was also broken. So half the time the elevator had a house keepers cart in it and we had to waste 5 min almost every time. Not a big deal but not expected in a 5-star resort.

Adorável resort em Cabo com suítes fantásticas de frente para o mar. A estética geral do resort é linda, com ótima arquitetura e áreas bem cuidadas. Há também uma gigantesca piscina de borda infinita.Os quartos são muito espaçosos e têm varandas enormes, algumas com banheiras de hidromassagem privadas.

Este Resort tornou-se facilmente um favorito. É lindo. As vistas são de tirar o fôlego a equipe é extremamente simpática e atenciosa. O aeroporto não fica muito longe, mas você terá que dirigir para se locomover, não há nada a uma curta distância.

Lovely resort in Cabo with fantastic suites that are ocean facing. The overall aesthetic of the resort is beautiful, with great architecture and manicured areas. There is also a gigantic infinity pool.Rooms are very spacious and have huge balconies, some with private whirlpools.

This Resort has easily become a favorite. It is beautiful. The views are breathtaking the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The airport is not too far away but you will have to drive to get around there isn't anything in walking distance.

Beautiful resort with professional & kind staffs. valet parking is 10 USD per day. big size pool and 24hrs fitness club make me busy everyday. 2 bed rooms and 2 bathroom unit has well-equipped kitchen with pots,dishes and etc...I would definitely visit here again

Minha família, amigos e eu tivemos um tempo maravilhoso neste resort. A equipe superou as expectativas e atendeu às nossas necessidades e nos fez sentir extremamente confortáveis e satisfeitos. Os quartos são espaçosos e bonitos e as vistas são incríveis. O hotel se hospedaram no Baja Point parte do resort porque somos proprietários de timeshare e foi adorável. Todas as piscinas do resort são lindas e o acesso à praia é excelente. Eu estarei retornando. O resort pessoalmente parece muito melhor do que as fotos no site.

We have been members for over 20 years.This has always been our home away from home and loved it. The separation with Westin has really impacted our enjoyment.We feel that the property is too small to find a quiet space away from others as well as losing great dining and pool options.We love the staff, but the facility has lost a lot since the separation.We hope that the club and Westin can work out the details and become the great resort we have always loved.

My family, friends, and I had an amazing time at this resort. The staff exceeded expectations and met our needs and made us feel extremely comfortable and pleased. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the views are incredible. We stayed at the Baja Point part of the resort because we are timeshare owners and it was lovely. All of the pools on the resort are beautiful and the beach front access is outstanding. I will be returning. The resort in-person looks way nicer than the pictures on the website.

No es el hotel más lujoso de la cadena Westin su lobby es muy simple, el servicio no es lo mejor a cómo se esperaría por ser de esa cadena, es muy común que tarden en entregar las habitaciones a tiempo y los huéspedes tienen que esperar aveces varias horas para recibir la habitación, no hay estacionamiento incluido tienes que pagar por el en caso que traigas auto o rentes uno lo cual tienes que hacer casi obligatorio ya que el hotel se encuentra algo retirado de las zonas turísticas tanto de Cabo San Lucas cómo de San José, Lo único que lo salva es la hermosa y maravillosa vista que tiene desde el lobby y desde las habitaciones que dan hacia el mar. Su vista es realmente hermosa.

La playa es divina porque la arena es amarilla blanca. El mar es limpio y claro aunque toca tener precaución porque la marea es fuerte.
