Excelente atendimento ao cliente Ashley e Penny tratam o hóspede com respeito e também a melhor vista da praia, mesmo se você não tiver um quarto de frente para a praia, você ainda terá uma boa experiência de limpeza excelente e o gerente Todd é muito bom.

Vou dar a este hotel um 1. negativo. Não fique aqui. Eles foram tão rudes quando eu encontrei um percevejo vivo. Sempre verifico o quarto antes de trazer minha bagagem. Eles tentaram nos dar outro quarto, mas foram descuidados sobre o percevejo. Os quartos eram minúsculos, os travesseiros eram tão velhos e gastos, que poderia conseguir travesseiros melhores na loja do dólar. Havia cabelo preto por toda a nossa cama e travesseiros em nosso quarto “limpo”. O estacionamento era gratuito, mas estranho, tinha que estacionar em um aliado. Melhor hotel 2 milhas acima da estrada e novo. Eu sou um técnico certificado de controle de pragas e não aprovo este hotel quanto à limpeza.

Le daré a este hotel un 1 negativo. No te quedes aquí. Fueron tan groseros cuando encontré una chinche viva. Siempre reviso la habitación antes de traer mi equipaje. Intentaron darnos otra habitación, pero se descuidaron con el Bed Bug. Las habitaciones eran pequeñas, las almohadas eran tan viejas y gastadas, podría conseguir mejores almohadas en la tienda del dólar. Había pelo negro por toda nuestra cama y almohadas en nuestra habitación "limpia". El aparcamiento era gratuito pero raro, tenía que aparcar en un aliado. Mejor hotel a 2 millas de la carretera y nuevo. Soy un técnico certificado en control de plagas y no apruebo la limpieza de este hotel.

I will give this hotel a negative 1. Don’t stay here. They were so rude when I found a live bed bug. I always check the room before I bring in my luggage. They did try to give us another room but were careless about the Bed Bug. The rooms were tiny, the pillows were so old and worn out, could get better pillows from the dollar store. There was black hair all over our bed and pillows in our “clean” room. Parking was free but weird, had to park in an ally. Better hotel 2 miles up the road and brand new. I’m a certified pest control tech and I don’t approve this hotel for cleanliness.

Excellent customer service Ashley and Penny treat the guest with respect and also best view of the beach even if you don’t have a beach front room you still will have a good experience excellent housekeeping and the manager Todd is very great.

Aluguei dois quartos no verão passado e tratei, creio, do gerente algumas vezes que arrumava tudo. O que significa que, uma vez que estávamos lá, queríamos ficar mais tempo nos nossos quartos. Ele foi ótimo, muito flexível.

I rented two rooms last summer and I dealt with I believe the manager a few times setting everything up . Meaning once we were there we wanted to stay in our rooms longer. He was great, very accommodating.

este hotel não era tão ruim, a razão pela qual eu dei três estrelas é porque uma das camas do meu quarto tinha areia toda dentro. minha segunda reclamação é que o estacionamento era horrível, há 4 estacionamentos diferentes para este hotel e todos eles espaçados. meu namorado e eu tivemos que andar um pouco só para chegar ao hotel. Além disso, há uma piscina no último andar, íamos nadar, mas a porta estava trancada mesmo quando tínhamos um cartão-chave. mas, no geral, tivemos uma boa estadia.

this hotel wasn’t that bad, the reason why i gave it three stars is because one of the beds in my room had sand all in it. my second complaint is parking was awful, there’s 4 different parking lots for this hotel and their all spaced out. my boyfriend and i had to walk a good bit just to get to the hotel. also, there is a pool at the very top floor, we were gonna go swim but door was locked even when we had a key card. but overall we had a good stay.

O quarto não era ótimo! O assento do vaso sanitário era menor do que o vaso sanitário de fato, fazia um som de rangido toda vez que você se sentava nele, a varanda cheirava mal a água suja, o tapete estava sujo e a cama com feltro duro como se eu estivesse deitado na primavera. Literalmente, a única coisa boa neste quarto era a vista. Então você está pagando pela vista.

¡La habitación no era genial! El asiento del inodoro del baño era más pequeño que el inodoro real, hacía un crujido cada vez que te sentabas en él, el balcón olía mal a agua sucia y vieja, la alfombra estaba sucia y la cama con fieltro duro como si estuviera acostado en primavera. Literalmente, lo único bueno de esta habitación era la vista. Así que pagas por la vista.

The room was not great! The bathroom toilet seat was smaller than the actually toilet, it made a creaking sound everytime you sat on it, the balcony smelled badly like old dirty water, the carpet was dirty, and the bed with hard felt like i was laying on spring. Literally the only thing good about this room was the view. So your paying for the view.
