Markia checked us in and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. She also made great suggestions for dining. Brenda the manager was very attentive and made sure our stay was great. We had no issues and will book again for our next trip to that area.

Checked in after a 5 hour drive and there was a mild issue with our room. I didn’t ask for anything, but brought it to their attention and the assistant manager Brenda was so helpful and attentive. The best customer service I have had in a while! She immediately apologized though she didn’t have too and upgraded my room so my two little boys would have their own bed. I would definitely recommend, based on her alone!!!

We got in at 2am after a delayed flight and needed something near the airport for our first night. Price was cheap, front desk guy was friendly and helpful at 2am. Room was what you expect for a Super 8 and my rating reflects what I expected. It was clean, and at least the bathroom was recently updated. Beds were comfortable, pillows not my favorite. We left the next morning and didn't utilize breakfast or any of the amenities but for a nights sleep, it fit the bell just fine.

Excellent location, conveniently located, clean and comfortable facility with an amazing staff!! The front desk clerk, assistant manager, housekeeping and “handsome maintenance man” went out of their way to accommodate us!! We will definitely stay here again when in Nashville!

We (2 adults, 3 children, 1 big dog) checked in late last night, and the woman working the front desk was so sweet. As was the assistant manager, who we met this morning when our toddler just had to use the hallway and lobby to run his wiggles out. I used to work front desk and clean hotels, so my standards are high and I tend to be picky. For the price, this place exceeded my expectations. The grounds, lobby, and hallways were exceptionally clean. The lobby itself is beautiful (that big wooden bar height table especially!). Our room was immaculate. Coffee maker included even though it wasn't listed online as included. The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a rock, even at 31 weeks pregnant. The ac unit worked properly. The only downfall was the pool was not open. But hey, everything can't be perfect. Thank you for such a great stay, Super 8!
