Beautiful! Eu mudaria com a minha casa! Ambientes grandes, espaçoso, limpo, bem decorado para um grande conforto. Wifi rápido, cortês e sorridente equipe Por melhor que eu não posso dizer se isso fosse mudar com a minha casa, especialmente para alguns detalhes que eu marcados. Fora h ajn belo jardim diretamente na praia de Grand Anse, mas antes do final de outubro é frequentemente derrubado por algas atual.

Nós nunca ficamos em uma localização tão fantástica. A casa com o apartamento e o jardim está localizada diretamente no mar. Os apartamentos são muito grandes e estão muito bem equipados. Simplesmente não falta nada. A anfitriã está sempre disponível e oferece a sua ajuda a qualquer momento. Nós voltaríamos a qualquer hora.

Cada año estamos en las Seychelles durante 4-5 semanas. Dos semanas de eso siempre vivimos en la villa Seashell en Praslin. Cindy, la madre de este alojamiento para huéspedes, siempre está ahí para ti. También se encarga de las reservas de coches de alquiler. Todos os anos estamos nas Seychelles por 4-5 semanas. Duas semanas disso, sempre moramos na villa Seashell em Praslin. Cindy, a mãe desta pousada, está sempre lá para você. We stayed in Garden view apartment for 4 days.
The rooms are spacious, kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary utensils, bathroom is clean and hygienic. The apartment seems like a newly built.
The entire property was very peaceful and calm. From evening 6-7 P.M. , the only sounds you will listen to is of the waves, gust of wind and shower of rain! The feeling is definitely an awesome one! :)
The stay is closer to many restaurants, slots, supermarkets. Bus stop and Airport is also close by.
The host is very sweet. She even gives a souvenir when you're checking out! That's such a sweet gesture.
There are two giant tortoises in the stay who are very friendly and photogenic! :)
The few minor negatives were:
1. The beach was not as clean as other beaches.
2. We had to wash the dishes daily. (Self catering) :(
But overall, these negatives are not much compared to the positives.
I will definitely suggest to have a stay there.

The apartment was very spacious, superclean and full of light. The apartment was also equipped with all tools and appliances needed for a longer stay. It's located on the beachfront and the nearby road does not carry any noise. Walking distance from the apartment you can find restaurants and groceries. Bust stop is on the other side of the road. From SeaShell you can easily commute and reach any place in Prasline in less than 30'. If you don't want to move you can spend full time on the private beach the property is facing. Special mention for Cindy, the owner of the property, she is literally the perfect host: she gives you plenty of great advises and information. She can arrange everything to make your stay special. She also cooked local food for us to let us enjoy full experience of Seychelles flavors and hospitality. I strongly recommend, you can only have great experience at Seashell Beach Villas

Nunca nos hemos alojado en una ubicación tan fantástica. La casa con el apartamento y el jardín se encuentran directamente sobre el mar. Los apartamentos son muy grandes y están muy bien equipados. Simplemente no falta nada. La anfitriona está siempre disponible y ofrece su ayuda en cualquier momento. Volveríamos en cualquier momento.

Cindy is the best on Praslin! Thanks to her for all positive energy and enthusiasm! Cindy has two spots for stay. One is here, this is absolutely new, super cosy, but you need a bus (10-15 min) to reach Lemuria Hotel. The second one ( "Seashell self catering") is only 10 min by walk to Lemuria Hotel (a bit old one but clean, cosy, with safe, conditioner, but magnetron was not working and with a bad smell in refrigerator). In the kitchens you will find almost what you need (by dishes), but there are no salt, pepper, tree.... Villa has an awesome view to the ocean and it's own beach!!! 2 min away from two app. you will find shops, but the selection of the goods is very poor (it is everywhere like this on Seychelles). Next to "self catering" three big turtles live. You may collect fruits/fruit skin/watermelon, etc. and feed them. Beaches. The most we liked Petite Anse Kerlan (Lemuria Hotel). But you need to call in advance (few hours) and to make the reservation in order to be allowed for enter. All beaches on Seychelles are public, but Lemuria makes it too difficult that people path their territory. Our advice is to ask to be on the list to Takamaka bar or restaurant The Nest. When you reach the beach, just enjoy your stay at the beach! No one tell you anything! Actually the drinks at the bar are nice. On Petite Anse Kerlan you will find amazing snorkelling (a lot of small and big fishes, octopus, crampfish, sea urchins, turtles, harmless little sharks and many more). And do not forget to enjoy sunsets there, they are just stunning!!!

This is a good accommodation with self catering. The manager is very helpful and nice. She help us with a rental car. The kitchen got all the equipment you need. It's located at the beach. With nice water. There is a small supermarket nearby and a bigger one a little bit further but it's walking distance. The manager helped us to know where to go.

Absolutely amazing: very accomodating host going an extra mile to make their guests feel good. A beach in front of the property's patio. Clean and fully equipped apartment. Bus stop in the front of the property. A few shops and a restaurant nearby. Couldn't imagine a better place to stay.
