Serviço de má qualidade, boa localização, mas os quartos são muito úmidos e pequenos. O AC não estava funcionando no quarto que me foi dado, teve que esperar 2 horas e da sala de substituição também tinha um problema de AC ... pediu um reembolso que a equipe estava relutante em dar, mas finalmente me deu .... então se mudou para Shangani hotel que foi incrível em todos os aspectos.

Mal servicio, buena ubicación pero las habitaciones son muy húmedas y pequeñas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación que me dieron, tuve que esperar 2 horas y la habitación de reemplazo también tenía un problema de aire acondicionado ... solicitó un reembolso que el personal estaba renuente a dar pero finalmente me dio ... luego me mudé a Shangani hotel, que fue increíble en todos los aspectos.

Poor service, good location but rooms are very damp and small. The AC wasnt working in the room I was given, had to wait 2 hours and the replacement room also had an AC problem...asked for a refund that the staff was reluctant to give but finally gave me.... then moved to Shangani hotel which was amazing in all aspects.
