As fotos do hotel enganam muito. Neles, você vê um hotel agradável e limpo que parecia espaçoso, apesar do “micro” no nome. Imediatamente quando você chega lá, você pode ver o quão sujo é o lado de fora do prédio. Entre no lobby e estava sujo para dizer o mínimo. Metade das luzes não estava funcionando e o calor estava no máximo, mas o AC também estava no máximo (não faz sentido). Chegamos ao nosso quarto e os tapetes estavam além de nojentos, as superfícies estavam sujas e empoeiradas, o chuveiro do banheiro tinha um chumaço de cabelo preso na parede e tudo parecia que não recebia uma boa limpeza há anos. E lembra como eu disse que era espaçoso? Não. Tivemos um pack-n-play com a gente e apenas cevada cabia ao lado da cama. Eles não forneceram água engarrafada, o que é bom, mas eu estava com sede e tentei usar a máquina de venda automática e não recebi nenhuma nota de dólar. Então, eu peguei um pouco de gelo e depois que tudo derreteu, havia uma tonelada de moscas volantes. Mordaça. Agora, não experimentamos o café da manhã (tenho certeza de que não é nada para escrever), então não posso falar sobre isso. Localização no entanto, foi perfeito. Andamos tudo o que queríamos ir em Gatlinburg e realmente não poderíamos ter pedido muito melhor. Da próxima vez que formos, definitivamente gastaremos um pouco mais para garantir um bom hotel OU ficar em Pigeon Forge e pagar pelo estacionamento quando formos para Gatlinburg.

The pictures of the hotel are very deceiving. In them, you see a nice, clean hotel that seemed spacious despite the “micro” in it’s name. Immediately when you get there, you can see how unclean the outside of the building is. Walk into the lobby and it was dirty to say the least. Half of the lights weren’t working and the heat was on full blast but the AC was on full blast too (doesn’t make any sense). We get to our room and the carpets were beyond disgusting, surfaces were dirty and dusty, the bath shower had a wad of hair stuck to the wall, and everything looked like it hadn’t gotten a good cleaning in years. And remember how I said it was spacious? Nope. We had a pack-n-play with us and it just barley fit beside the bed. They didn’t provide any bottled water, which is fine, but I was thirsty and tried to use the vending machine and it didn’t take any dollar bills. So, I got some ice instead and after it all melted, there was a ton of floaters. Gag.
Now, we didn’t try the breakfast (I’m sure it’s nothing to write home about) so I can’t speak to that. Location however, was perfect. We walked every we wanted to go in Gatlinburg and really couldn’t have asked for much better. Next time we go, we will definitely be spending a little more to ensure a nice hotel OR stay in Pigeon Forge and pay for parking when we go to Gatlinburg.

Viajo muito a trabalho e lazer. Este é um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei. A equipe e a localização eram muito boas. Mas a qualidade do quarto era horrível. As imagens dizem tudo. Um purificador de ar nas luzes do elevador. Mofo no chuveiro. Azulejo e calafetagem em falta. A maçaneta do vaso sanitário quebrou em mim. Eles vêm três horas depois para reparar. As paredes e pisos são super finos. Podíamos ouvir as pessoas abaixo de nós! O café-da-manhã que foi incluído com o preço do quarto foi cereais e leite. Fique longe deste hotel até que eles gastem algum dinheiro e resolvam os problemas.

Acabamos de sair de nossa lua de mel. Tivemos um ótimo tempo lindo tempo. O hotel estava a uma curta distância de tudo.. ótimo serviço amigável e quartos limpos. O único problema que tivemos foi o café da manhã.. eles tinham cereais. Grãos instantâneos. Aveia instantânea e muitos lanches Little Debbie, iogurte, leite, café e suco. Eles devem ter como diferentes tipos de dinamarqueses e doces. Todos e todos ótimo lugar para ficar.

Acabamos de salir de allí de nuestra luna de miel. Nos lo pasamos de maravilla clima magnífico. El hotel estaba a una corta distancia a pie de todo... excelente servicio amable y habitaciones limpias. El único problema que tuvimos fue el desayuno... tenían cereales. Avena instantánea. Avena instantánea y muchos bocadillos Little Debbie, yogur, leche, café y jugo. Deberían tener diferentes tipos de daneses y pasteles. En general, un gran lugar para quedarse.

I travel a lot for work and pleasure.This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.The staff and location were pretty good.But the quality of the room was horrible.The pictures tell it all. A air freshener in the elevator lights.Mold in the shower.Tile and caulking missing.The flush handle for the toilet broke on me.They come three hrs later to repair.The walls and floors are super thin. We could hear the people below us! The breakfast that was included with the room price was cereal and milk.Stay away from this hotel until they spend any money and fix the problems.

We just left there from our honeymoon. We had a great time gorgeous weather. The hotel was with in walking distance to everything.. great friendly service and clean rooms. The only problem that we had was the breakfast.. they had cereal. Instant grits. Instant oatmeal and a lot of Little Debbie snacks yogurt milk coffee and juice. They should have like different kind of danishes and pastries. All and all great place to stay.

NÃO FIQUE AQUI. Tentei encontrar uma solução com a administração e o formulário de feedback da Wyndham, sem resposta de nenhum dos dois. O quarto estava duvidosamente sujo na chegada, mas estávamos exaustos e viajando com um bebê, então fomos para a cama imediatamente. Os tapetes estavam tão sujos que pela manhã eu puxei o edredom para deitar no chão para o bebê, e fiquei horrorizado ao encontrar os lençóis ao pé da cama cobertos de sangue. Estamos confiantes de que não é de nós, mas verificamos nossos pés e tornozelos por precaução. Nada. Era sangue velho e seco, e fico com nojo de pensar que dormimos nele. Um perigo terrível para a saúde. Eu notifiquei a recepção imediatamente, mas a pessoa de plantão não era gerente e, compreensivelmente, não havia nada que ela pudesse fazer. Estou decepcionado por não ter uma resposta do hotel ou da empresa Wyndham depois de tentar educadamente buscar uma solução.

Este foi sempre o nosso hotel quando visitar Gatlinburg. Já faz cerca de 3 anos desde que fomos. O hotel caiu ladeira infelizmente. Os pisos não são limpos, o elevador é desagradável e parece que está prestes a quebrar. A equipe não era tão amigável. Apenas um foi amigável para nós. Ela estava fazendo uma pausa lá fora e foi útil com algumas perguntas. Não sei o nome dela, mas ela parecia mais jovem do que os outros que trabalhavam lá. Infelizmente, devido a esta experiência. Estaremos verificando um novo lugar para ficar no futuro. É uma merda, porque nós amamos a localização!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have attempted to find a resolution with both management and Wyndham’s feedback form, with no response from either. The room was questionably dirty upon arrival but we were exhausted and traveling with a baby, so went to bed immediately. The carpets were so dirty that in the morning I pulled back the duvet to lay on the ground for the baby, and was horrified to find the sheets at the foot of the bed covered in blood. We are confident that it is not from us, but checked our feet and ankles just in case. Nothing. It was old, dried blood, and I’m disgusted to think that we slept in it. A horrifying health hazard. I notified the front desk immediately, but the person on duty was not a manager and understandably there was nothing she could do. I’m disappointed to not have a response from the hotel or from Wyndham corporate after politely trying to seek a resolution.

This was always our go to hotel when visiting Gatlinburg. It's been about 3 years since we've been. The hotel has went down hill sadly. Floors are not clean, elevator is nasty and looks like it's about to break. Staff wasn't that friendly. Only one was friendly to us. She was taking a break outside and was helpful with some questions. Don't know her name, but she seemed younger than the others working there. Unfortunately, due to this experience. We will be checking out a new place to stay at in the future. Sucks, because we love the location!

It was like staying in a closet. Mustard colored room. Seriously the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. I think they put a bed in the linen closet. Black mold in the bathroom they tried to paint over. Fixtures didn't fit. Tub drain didn't fit. Exhaust fan made noise but never made any difference. Very stuffy rooms full trash bags lined the halls next to trash cans. Funky smell all threw the hotel.

Lugar médio, mas pessoas agradáveis. Cama confortável e todo o básico. As grandes portas desajeitadas entre as suítes são irritantes, e você pode ouvir os ocupantes de outros quartos. Contanto que nada disso o incomode, espaçoso, boa localização, estacionamento gratuito e elevador são bons, valendo a pena especialmente para famílias ou 4 pessoas com orçamento limitado.

Average place but nice people. Comfortable bed and all the basics. The big clunky doors between the suites are annoying, and you can hear occupants from other rooms. As long as none of this bothers you, roomy, good location, free parking, and elevator are all good making it worthwhile especially for families or 4 people on a budget.

O hotel fica em uma ótima localização. É em frente ao centro de convenções e a uma curta caminhada de todas as comidas / atrações. A melhor parte de nossa estadia foi Jessica na recepção. Ela foi tão gentil e prestativa! Eu realmente aplaudo o atendimento ao cliente dela !! Os quartos eram limpos. O único comentário que tenho é que as toalhas não eram da melhor qualidade e eram muito pequenas ... além de que era uma grande sala por um ótimo preço.

The hotel is in a great location. It's directly across from the convention center and walking distance to all the food/attractions. The best part of our stay was Jessica at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful! I really applaud her customer service!! The rooms were clean. The only comment I have is the towels were not the best quality and were very small.. other than that it was a great room for a great price.

My recent stay was ok. The room felt like an afterthought. It was not inviting at all. The bathroom had black mold in it because there was no ventilation it the bathroom and it had a musky smell. The repairs was done improperly like whoever did it don’t care. The best part about the hotel was the location, it was close to everything and convenient. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. I thought I had found my new place to stay but this visit changed my mind.

Excellent! Este lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para que su estancia sea agradable. La habitación que nos dieron era adecuada para personas con necesidades especiales( silla de ruedas) o para una persona mayor. Cuenta en el baño con bastante espacio, agarraderas y esta bien equipado. Además estaba bastante limpio y la habitación estaba cerca del front desk para facil información. El precio sumamente razonable para pasar la noche y disfrutar en el día tiene la mejor ubicación. Ademas el personal que atiende sumamente amable y atentos a ayudar a cualquier hora.(24horas hay alguien en el front desk.) Definitivamente vale la pena volver a este lugar. Espero que en el verano también haya espacio para volver con la familia y amigos. Gatlinburg tiene muchas cosas para disfrutar y los comerciantes cierran hasta tarde asi que se puede aprovechar .

El lugar más asquer... Que he visitado,era mi 1 vez en teennesse y había escogido este lugar porke la verdad que por la Internet parece un buen hotel pero para nada ,yegamos en la noche del viernes y desde que nos paramos en el front desk nos dimos cuenta de un mal olor que habia,de allí subimos a las habitaciones habíamos tomado 3 pues éramos una familia grande,los baños más sucios del mundo peor que los de cuba,tremenda peste a perro y a cigarro ,salí de ahí corriendo ya k ivamos con niños pekeños ,se me kedo un cargador de samsung volví por el al otro dia y resulta que no lo vieron nunca ,la verdad que fue una mala elección pues veníamos de Miami cansados y tuvimos que salir y buscar donde kedamos pero ahí ni locos porke akello parecía una granja de animales

Malísimo no tenían para quitar el olor a cigarro y la atención peor no te ayudan en nada... Nos tuvimos que ir por que habían niños y no aguantaron el olor a cigarro y nunca hubo la ayuda de cambio de habitación.
