The facility was clean, thats it. What I thought was a good deal ended up costing a lot of extras, that made it not worth it at all. Very sad. There was nothing that would bring me back to this establishment

Location, close by my son At check in . I was charged again for my room. Then had to spend hours away from my visit with my son to get the problem resolved. When the manager and staff behind the counter didn't seem apologetic in the least. Very poor customer service.

They placed us in a room next to a big school group & it was so noisy beyond words. Management didnt have a room to move us. They moved us the last night, we were there total of 3 nights. I definitely will not go back to this hotel.

Room was well appointed, clean and quiet. $17 per day for parking was unexpected and seemed high for a hotel guest. Having to go to the lobby for free wi-fi was less than thrilling as well.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last eight years and have enjoyed it. This time I cut my hand when I touched a coat hanger with thin metal clips attached. They were very sharp and should not be used,
