Não recomendo a ninguém. Ninguém no hotel fala espanhol, fui impedida de fazer check in porque perdi meu cartão de crédito um dia antes e o gerente não aceitou a garantia em dinheiro. Extremamente indiferente e sem interesse em apresentar alternativas para a resolução da questão. Eu, viajando sozinha, tive que reservar outro hotel de última hora, a noite, e o cancelamento que o Lord Baltimore disse que faria, uma vez que não utilizei as diárias, não foi feito e informaram ao site de reservas que eu estava hospedada normalmente. Extrema desonestidade e falta de comprometimento com o cliente.

O hotel tem uma grande história, bem decorado e localizado próximo a atividades. A equipe foi acolhedora sempre que chegamos e fomos no lobby. Vimos viadutos durante a semana da frota, o que foi ótimo! Havia algumas áreas degradadas no interior, incluindo manchas de água no teto, mas está passando por reformas.Nós com certeza voltaríamos se alguma vez em Baltimore novamente.

The hotel has a great history, well decorated, and located close to activities. Staff was welcoming whenever we came and went in the lobby. Saw flyovers during fleet week which was great! There were some run down areas inside, including water spots in the ceiling but it is going through renovations.
We would definitely come back if ever in Baltimore again.

O manobrista disse que levaria cerca de uma hora para pegar nosso carro se esperássemos. Em vez disso, ele nos deu o endereço de onde os carros são mantidos para que eu pudesse pegá-lo, a apenas 5 minutos a pé. The hotel is very charming! The room was quaint and the decor will transport you back to a place of older elegance. The bar was not open for our stay but the location is great! The staff was nice enough not really friendly but not rude either. The only complaint was the length of time we waited for our car from the valet. I suggest texting for your car 30 minutes to an hour in advance.

Right now they are in the middle of some renovations. All amenities are not available. The bar was closed, also the gym. There is a bistro that serves food and drinks. Shower heads leaked water, but good pressure. If you like historic hotels you will like the Lord Baltimore. It was quiet inside the rooms except for the occasional emergency vehicle siren. The road in front of the building is being repaired, lots of steel plates. The housekeeping staff was great and rooms were clean as expected. Would like to stay there again once everything is completed.

Check in at the hotel was a bit of a mess. Room wasn't ready until 1hr after the 4:30 check in time and they did not give any advance notice. The staff seemed very overwhelmed by the amount of guests that day. The bar was closed, so there wasn't much to do while waiting for the room besides sit in the lobby.
The room itself was good. Comfy beds and everything was clean. Fair for the price, but nothing too special. Felt a little small for our party of 3, but good if you aren't planning on being in the room too much.
Trying to get our car at checkout was tough. The valet attendant said it would take about an hour to get our car if we waited. He instead gave us the address of where the cars are kept so I could pick it up myself, just a 5 minute walk away. Considering the late check in + having to get my own car, I would have expected they offer a discount on the $33 valet parking they charged.
If this is the only hotel with availability, staying here is fine, but there are definitely better hotels in the area.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Our room was spacious except for the smaller bathroom with a toilet being close to the tub. This is a very comfortable affordable place to stay. The attached Bistro was relaxing, slow paced but food was perfect. We will stay here again.

Acho que este hotel tem potencial. Nice lobby, exceto pelo fato de que o bar não está disponível, o café fecha às 21h e a academia está fechada. Minha noite foi desligada pelo manobrista. Quando eu parei a garota apenas sentou na mesa olhando para mim e não estava interessada em ver o que eu precisava. Saí do carro e disse: "você faz manobrista?" Ela disse sim com uma atitude e disse que se eu não tivesse feito o check-in, para ir estacionar em outro lugar. Fiquei tão irritado que fui procurar estacionamento em outro lugar. A localização do hotel não tem estacionamento conveniente, então voltei para o manobrista. O site diz estacionamento sem manobrista e estacionamento com manobrista por um preço, mas quando você chega lá, o manobrista é um preço mais alto e não há estacionamento sem manobrista disponível. Liguei para a recepção e a equipe foi legal depois que eu lhes disse que eles deveriam honrar o que seu site diz. Depois que eu finalmente fiz o check-in e fui para o meu quarto, havia toalhas no meu banheiro. A recepção consertou e trouxe toalhas novas, mas era apenas estranho. A tomada para o café e microondas estava com defeito e não havia xícaras. Eu tive que segurar o fio no lugar para que ambos funcionassem. Devo dizer que a equipe (fora do manobrista) foram confortáveis. Eu não gosto da localização deste hotel ou da situação do estacionamento, mas eles estão fazendo mais reformas, então talvez no próximo ano seja melhor. Eu acho que o hotel deveria atualizar seu site para o que eles realmente têm disponível, para que as pessoas não se surpreendam na chegada.

I think this hotel has potential. Nice lobby, except for the fact that the bar isn't available, the cafe closes at 9pm, and the gym is closed down.
My evening was turned off by the valet attendant. When I pulled up the girl just sat at the desk starring at me and wasn't interested in seeing what I needed. I came out the car and said, "do you do valet?" She said yes with an attitude and said if I haven't checked in, to go park somewhere else. I was so irritated that I went looking for parking elsewhere. The location of the hotel doesn't have convenient parking, so I went back to the valet. The website says self parking and valet parking for one price, but when you get there, the valet is a higher price and there is no self parking available. I called the front desk and the staff was nice after I told them that they should honor what their website says.
After I finally checked in and went to my room, there were towels in my toilet. The front desk fixed it and brought new towels, but it was just weird. The outlet for the coffee and microwave was faulty and there were no cups. I had to hold the cord in place for both to work.
I will say that the staff (outside of the valet) were accommodating. I don't like the location of this hotel or the parking situation, but they are making more renovations, so maybe next year it will be better. I think the hotel should update their website to what they actually have available, so that people aren't surprised upon arrival.

Chegamos hoje 20 de abril de 2022 e o hotel está fechado por covid. Ninguém nos avisou. Não apenas enviamos uma mensagem ontem para perguntar se eles tinham um serviço de transporte para nos buscar e eles também responderam com instruções. É uma pena que pagamos por duas noites e agora temos que mudar de hotel. Quero acrescentar que fui contactado pelo hotel pelo Sr. Lee Johnson Lowe, que provou ser uma pessoa de grande cortesia e um perfeito cavalheiro. Ele se desculpou pelo inconveniente, mas não apenas foi para o hotel onde ficamos e pagamos por uma noite como compensação pelos danos. Certamente um gesto honroso e de apreço que nem todos teriam feito. São as pessoas que fazem um país grande. Obrigado
