Don’t do it. Zero stars If I could. The staff is much more accommodating than the management. We are diamond members with Wyndham and were treated like less than citizens pretty much, made to feel as if we were a burden. Lindsay (the gm?) is a low energy unpleasant type who walks around with a scowl on her face, a completely rude and uncalled for personality. The area is awful, lots of riff raff hanging around, and overall sketchy. The hotel is worn down and likely has cockroaches. The place should be shut down, or completely overhauled and renovated, starting with a change in management. Will definitely be in touch with Wyndham higher ups in regards to this location and the details of our retched stay here. Stay away!!!

It was a little disappointing coming here, they messed up my reservation. And then they wanted to blame it on the reservations.com. After talking to reservations.com I found out that indeed my reservation was there they just did not search hard enough. I ended up having to pay for an extra night for two of my rooms. I know it sounds crazy but I was leaving for Mexico the next day and really just did not want to mess with trying to figure it all out. They said they would take care of the issue, but as I am aware right now it is still a problem that has not resolved itself. The only thing that I can think of is to probably give corporate an email just to let them know what happen. As far as the room goes it was fine, it’s just your basic place to stay the night. It’s close to the airport and that’s about all I can say.

UPDATE after I posted my original review, the general manager of this location reached out to me. She was very apologetic, which was not necessarily what I was looking for but it was nice to hear. But she was concerned about my experience. I worked with her over what had happened, and we were able to figure out why the reservations were not showing up. She then told me it would be easier if she refunded me the money, and she could go after the additional funds from the original booking agency. Although with the date this happened, it was not an opportune experience. Thanks to the GM everything worked out for the best.

For the very low price we paid for a room, I wasn’t expecting much. We needed a pet friendly hotel, so we were ready for a dive. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Our room was great, so clean, beds were amazingly soft, service was great even coming in at 9pm. I’ve paid more at other places that were not updated, dirty, felt unsafe. All night I just kept saying how happy I was to have this room and this place that will let us bring our pets along. Didn’t worry about our car in the well lit parking lot, slept great. I’d stay here any day, with or without pets. Fantastic!

Our stay was great! Lindsay and Thomasina are delightful. I called ahead because we travel with our dogs. So I also was aware of the modifications they had to make due to Covid-19. We did have a few minor items that were addressed and they will be working to improve. I will definitely look to stay here again if we return to the area.

There were gnats in my room the whole time. Even though I killed most of them, they kept coming. When I reported it to the front desk (to which there were no staff working, I had to seek them out) they just made a note and asked if the window was closed (which of course it was) but didn’t offer me a new room or refund. This kind of service does not make me feel comfortable staying here at all, let alone during a pandemic, which is a shame because the location and cost was super convenient.
