Not a bad hotel. Unfortunately, you don't realize it's a hotel when you arrive because there are no signs or marquees displayed but once you get into your room it's really nice. Two things to make it better - it would be nice to have someone assist with your bags and 2nd - having the offer of even a continental breakfast would be awesome. The staff are friendly and yes, you are within walking distance of some great sites. I didn't realize that the Trevi fountain is directly behind the hotel.

We booked to stay here however my wife didn't get her visa so we had to cancel our trip which was bad enough, now this hotel would not refund us even $1 even though it is over a months time till the booking. This is clear theft and in the booking process the policy was not clear, very disappointing to see that such places still exist that are happy to do such poor business.I would never recommend such a place!!

The very best bed we have ever slept in. The mattress was made of clouds. I loved it so much that I try to import the same mattress to Switzerland. Amazing location as just behind the Trevi fountain and right at a shopping street. Staff was very friendly and the airport pickup organized by them is highly recommended (50€). I will come back.
