It's a great location as far as shopping, dining 20 minutes from downtown Nashville off I24 and the rooms are freshly remodeled, spacious and the staff is great. We have a new manager and he's really getting things done and the place looks 10 times better. Keep it up!
New management is cooperative and friendly, seems to go headfirst into solving any issues, definitely working on making this a cleaner and more comfortable place been here almost two years seen more getting done in the past couple of months than any other time span.Keep it going

Minha estadia foi ótima. Meu quarto era muito limpo e cheirava muito bem. O Office Mgr no local foi extremamente útil e respondeu a todas as minhas perguntas e me deu conselhos sobre lugares para comer e atrações para conferir. They have great interpersonal skills andtruly care about the tenants here,and for that my wife and I are grateful.Thanks to Corporate for sending them to this location.
My stay was great. My room was very clean and smelled really good.The Office Mgr onsite was was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and gave me advice on places to Eat and Attractions to check out.I would say this is one of the best places I have stayed at. Keep the good work.This is a 6 ya'll Check them out.
Vários gerentes. A gestão atual não é muito orientada para o atendimento ao cliente. Nem todo mundo tem que ficar em uma semana. Fiquei por conveniência. Eles assumem que todos estão deprimidos ou pelo menos é assim que a gestão atual (John) parece pensar. Honestamente, eu nunca teria saído se não fosse por ele.
Multiple managers. Current management not very customer service oriented. Not everyone has to stay at a weekly. I stayed out of convenience. They assume everyone is down and out or at least that’s the the way current management (John) seems to think. Honestly I would have never left if not for him.
Na verdade, confio nas suítes da cidade. Acabei de ter a pior experiência em um lugar chamado suítes Homewood e isso me deixou muito grato por existir um lugar como suítes na cidade. Fiquei em dois locais diferentes para dormir na cidade por vários dias e sei que não ficarei desapontado lá, eles é como se você soubesse o que esperar, pode não ser o melhor de tudo, mas definitivamente nunca é uma experiência ruim esta no Bell A estrada está em uma ótima localização, perto de praticamente tudo, porque nolensville fica na rua e eu fiquei no Bellevue também e também é muito perto de tudo, é como se eles realmente pensassem no que estão fazendo quando escolhem um local .
I actually trust in town suites. I just had the worst experience at a place called Homewood suites and it made me so grateful that there is such a place as intown suites. I have stayed at two different intown sleep location for a number of days and I know that I will not be disappointed there they it's like you know what to expect it may not be the best everything but it's definitely never a bad experience this one on Bell Road is in a great location close to pretty much everything because nolensville is right up the street and I stayed at the Bellevue one as well and it's also very close to everything it's like they actually think about what they're doing when they pick a location.

Paid for a month and can't get a replacement roll of toilet paper. Was told "We don't replenish toilet paper". Been here a week and haven't seen housekeeping. Also, roaches in the room. Otherwise, I'm on the back side and it's very quiet

has threating tenants that have Karen like attitudes and can't seem to help themselves to being the try hard enforcers of all infractions one might come up with to harass you with like parking in there supposed spaces with no clear markings or anything that might give a slight hint it's vip parking. So they threatened to call cops and charge a 50 dollar extra fine on your car d after notifying the front desk of a parking space. used for quick extraction of groceries to room with haste back to vehicle and repark away from that space kindly and consideratly. To only be told was getting a fine anyways.
Lugar bastante decente por $ 450 / semana. Calmo e bem administrado, próximo ao Walmart, lojas de conveniência e Kroger. A entrada fica à direita na Bell Road, então entrar e sair pode ser um pouco arriscado durante o trânsito da hora do rush. Além disso, não tenho queixas sobre o lugar.
Pretty decent place for $450/week.Quiet and well-managed, close to Walmart, convenience stores and Kroger.Entrance is right on Bell Road so getting in and out can be a little dicey during rush hour traffic.Other than that, I have no complaints about the place.
Reservei uma suíte Queen que foi renovada ... sim, esta é uma cama de casal e as reformas são medíocres. Claro que tínhamos que limpar o quarto. Estava imundo e quero dizer imundo! Não sei por que essas meninas trabalham aqui, porque literalmente não limparam nada. Tivemos um problema no check-in e a manutenção foi concluída o mais rápido possível! Ainda bem que compramos nossa própria roupa de cama e material de limpeza porque este quarto realmente precisava. Vimos algumas baratas, mas compramos spray e até agora não vimos mais nada. Eu vi alguns negócios de drogas, mas não estou surpreso. Esperançosamente, não ficaremos aqui por muito tempo. Novo em Nashville e como a moradia é tão cara, podemos ficar aqui por um minuto. Ansioso pelo dia em que podemos partir.
Booked a Queen suites that was renovated....yeah this is a full size bed and the renovations are mediocre. Of course we had to clean the room. It was filthy and I do mean filthy! I'm not sure why these girls work here because they literally cleaned nothing. We had an issue at checking in and maintenance came out ASAP! Good thing we purchased our own linen and cleaning supplies because this room really needed it. We saw some roaches but we purchased spray and so far haven't seen anything else. I have seen a few drug deals but I'm not surprised. Hopefully we won't be here long. New to Nashville and since housing is so expensive we may be here for a minute. Looking forward to the day we can leave.
Muy chafa no limpia los cuartos
Las habitaciones están bien. El servicio de limpieza es pésimo. No te surten de papel, bolsas de basura etc. Solo limpian la habítacion 1 vez a la semana y es muy por encima. Debajo de la cama y del mueble nunca limpian
No se puede calificar a un negocios si su limpieza no es buena gracias
