Sem perceber, reservei um quarto de cama de solteiro quando éramos 3. Sem QUALQUER aborrecimento, não pode enfatizar QUALQUER o suficiente!!! O representante procedeu à mudança de nossos quartos, nos entregou as chaves e ficamos muito agradecidos. Estive em outros lugares onde eles não foram tão prestativos e agradeço muito a disposição deles em ajudar e ir além. Ficarei aqui novamente, é uma ótima localização, tranquila e segura, sem mencionar a máquina de panquecas que fascinou meus filhos. Obrigado pela estadia incrível!

Without realizing I booked a single bed room when it was 3 of us. Without ANY hassle , cannot stress the ANY enough!!! The representative proceed to change our rooms , handed us keys and we were beyond grateful. I’ve been to other places where they weren’t so helpful and I’m very appreciative of their willingness to help and go the extra mile. Will be staying here again, it’s a great location, quiet and safe not to mention their pancake machine which fascinated my children . Thank you for the awesome stay !

I do a fair amount of traveling and have seen lots of sub-standard hotels. This hotel and my room were squeaky clean and comfortable. Nothing was out of place. Im shocked post COVID how great my stay was. To top that off they served a warm free breakfast too. Hats off to the staff and management in Germantown

Venho aqui desde que a pandemia começou para visitar minha família. O serviço melhorou e a equipe é simplesmente incrível! Os quartos são um pouco pequenos e precisam de novas pinturas, especialmente uma TV atualizada. Não consigo reproduzir meus filmes da Apple na TV antiga. O café da manhã é sempre ótimo. Meu supervisor favorito Sena na recepção é uma das pessoas mais profissionais e amigáveis que já conheci. Você não pode perder ela, ela tem lindos cachos da ilha e uma flor sempre no cabelo como assinatura. O lobby está sempre limpo e bem conservado, o centro de fitness embora pequeno tem uma grande selecção.

We had a block of 10 rooms here for our baseball team. When we called in April for our stay in July we were told the pool would be fixed for sure by the time we got there. Fast forward to now when our stay is 2 days away. Pool still is not fixed. Every time I called for an update the front desk workers told me there was no way it would be fixed. When the manager got on the phone she always told me it would be. No one was on the same page. We had someone who was local stop into the hotel and the pool is indeed closed. There are signs on the front door. So we scrambled to find a new hotel which was nearly impossible. Closest one we could get to accommodate our team is 30 mins away. Not to mention, the manager was extremely rude every time I talked to her. She told me to tell our team to stop calling and asking about the pool. Why would we want to stay at a place with no pool? Completely unprofessional staff.

Been coming here since the pandemic started to visit my family. The service has improved and the staff are just amazing! Rooms are a bit small and they need new paintings especially a Upgraded TV. Can’t play my Apple movies through their old tv. Breakfast is always great. My favorite supervisor Sena at the reception desk is one of the most professional, friendly person I’ve ever met. You can’t miss her, she has beautiful island curls and a flower always on hair as a signature. The lobby is always clean and well kept, the fitness center though small has a great selection.

Ficamos aqui por três noites. Os quartos eram limpos e o café da manhã tinha opções fabulosas. A razão pela qual não o classifiquei mais alto para o serviço é porque os alarmes de incêndio dispararam tarde da noite depois de já termos ido para a cama. Esperamos no estacionamento com nossa família. Ninguém do hotel comunicou o que estava acontecendo ou o que aconteceu. Como cliente que recebe algo assim, espero orientação e comunicação claras da equipe. Mesmo que eles não tenham certeza, comunique isso.Nós evacuamos prontamente sem pegar nada extra, e esperamos calmamente, mas nunca ninguém da equipe do hotel nos tranquilizou ou mesmo apareceu. Quando os alarmes silenciaram, voltamos para dentro sem saber por que saímos à noite.

We stayed here for three nights. The rooms were clean and breakfast had fabulous options. The reason I have not ranked it higher for service is because the fire alarms went off late one night after we had already gone to bed. We waited in the parking lot with our family. No one from the hotel ever communicated what was going on or what happened. As a customer at the receiving end of something like this, I expect clear guidance and communication from staff. Even if they aren't sure, communicate that. We evacuated promptly without grabbing anything extra, and waited calmly but never had anyone from the hotel staff reassure us or even appear. When the alarms silenced, we headed back inside without knowing why we tromped outside in the night.

Excellent stay! Our room was spacious and clean but the bathroom seem way too small! Seems like everytime the bathroom door kept hitting my knee when on the toilet :/ the alarm light was on all night so had to cover it with a towel. but all workers were very accommodating, especially the receptionist Signa. She was very professional and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast staff laid out a nice hot buffet style breakfast. No issues during my stay. However I do wish they offered complimentary waters in the room but I’m assuming they don’t do that due to COVID. Oh well.

Solo he estado un día pero me han sorprendido muchísimo las instalaciones del hotel. La habitación era muy grande con dos camas de matrimonio, frigorífico, microondas y cafetera con té/café. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio e incluso el secador tenía hasta más potencia que el que usó en casa. El desayuno era gratis y de buffet, así que poco más que añadir 👌🏻
