Just keep driving or risk taking roaches home with you. Not at all updated and items are dirty or rusted (refrigerator, microwave, & lamps). Remote may or may not have a back to hold the batteries in. Room phone may or may not work. Internet may or may not be able to be accessed with anything other than your cellphone. Not worth the amount they charged!

A única coisa boa sobre este Days Inn é que você pode ter animais de estimação com um valor de 20, é claro. Os trabalhadores aqui não estão na mesma página, nem todos os quartos parecem velhos e desatualizados. A primeira coisa que você pensa são os percevejos, que não foi o caso da minha estadia - não há insetos, mas mariposas sem asas que por acaso ficam penduradas ao redor da porta. Parece bom por fora, mas por dentro é uma decepção total para o preço que eles estão pedindo. A pessoa que registrou a mim e a meu pai foi legal e muito profissional. Não posso dizer isso para o resto do pessoal. Quando você está sendo acordado sem motivo após ter pago. Ninguém quer ouvir uma porta sendo batida enquanto você dorme quando não é hora de fazer o check out. Eu iria ignorar este período de estadia no hotel.

The only thing good about this Days inn is that you are allowed to have pets with a 20 charged of course. The workers here are not on the same page, not at all the rooms feel old and out dated. The 1st thing you think of is bed bugs, that was not the case for my stay no bugs but wingless moths that happen to hang around the door. It looks nice on the outside but the inside is full disappointment for the price they are asking for. The person that checked me and my dad in was nice and very professional. I can not say that for the rest of the staff. When you are being woke up for no reason after you have paid. No one wants to hear a door being banged on while you are sleeping when it's not time for you to check out. I would by pass this hotel stay period.

A pessoa da recepção foi muito simpática quando fiz o check-in. Antes de chegar, liguei e falei com alguém sobre minhas alergias graves e garantiram que o lugar seria limpo. Quando enviei minha reserva, incluí-a na caixa online. Quando fiz o check-in, repeti. Mais uma vez, tive a certeza de que não teria problemas. Depois de 5 minutos no quarto, minha asma começou a aparecer com mofo, bolor e fumaça. Além disso, o quarto estava sujo e o chão estava pegajoso. Meu marido e eu sabíamos que eu não conseguiria ficar sem ficar muito doente. Descemos para verificar. Expliquei a situação e o recepcionista pôde ver minha angústia. Estou absolutamente esperando um reembolso total do dinheiro e dos pontos. Ela disse que precisava falar com o gerente. Escolhi o motel porque o nome de Wyndham estava associado a ele e esperava muito mais. Espero o reembolso porque o hotel anunciou falsamente e prometeu expectativas que não poderiam cumprir.

Os sofás dos quartos estavam manchados. Ac unidade era tão alto que tivemos que executá-lo durante o dia, quando tínhamos ido para esfriar o quarto e desligá-lo à noite para que pudéssemos dormir. Eles não limpam ou reabastecem as toalhas se você ficar várias noites. Pedi toalhas extras à faxineira, mas ela parecia falar inglês. Os convidados eram extremamente barulhentos. As pessoas continuaram jogando lixo no estacionamento, mas os zeladores limparam o estacionamento rapidamente.

Pessoal não foi amigável. Depois que o site informando que você precisava ter 18 anos de idade, reservei o quarto, fiz o check-in à meia-noite com minha filha e recebi atitude completa. Disseram-me “para nunca mais reservar aqui de novo”. Eu não vou. É lixo. Foi o único hotel que teve 18 pessoas capazes de fazer check-in, uma vez que o nosso outro hotel não nos permitiu. Meu namorado tem 21 anos e ainda não permitiu que ele fizesse o check-in. Meu quarto cheirava a fumaça de cigarro. Não vamos voltar aqui. E para esse membro da equipe, ela precisa de um novo emprego.

Fiquei profundamente decepcionado com este hotel. Liguei para verificar se o traslado do hotel estava disponível quando meu vôo chegou às 22h35 e disseram que sim, estava disponível. Depois de esperar uma hora e ver todos os tipos de ônibus para outros hotéis passando, liguei para o hotel e fui informado de que o serviço deixaria de funcionar às 17h. Custou-me US $ 55 para pegar um táxi para o hotel. Também fui informado de que havia um café da manhã de cortesia, não havia. Ao pegar o ônibus de volta para o aeroporto na manhã seguinte, mencionei isso a uma família que viajava para um evento. Eles informaram que também haviam sido informados de que o serviço de transporte estava disponível para o vôo de volta que chegava às 19h30. Eu tinha ligado para o gerente para pedir um crédito pelos $ 55, que me informou que iria investigar e me ligar de volta, mas isso era segunda-feira e agora é quinta-feira. Na verdade, enquanto falava ao telefone, o gerente parecia insinuar que era eu quem estava mentindo. Eu nunca vou fazer uma reserva no Days Inn novamente, pois eles não dizem a verdade e sem o traslado os custos para ficar lá aumentaram $ 55. Ah, e ele tentou me dizer que nenhum outro hotel estava utilizando seus ônibus por causa do Covid-19, mas eu vi muitos ônibus carregando seus hóspedes.

Entramos em nosso quarto e fomos imediatamente surpreendidos pelo cheiro de fumaça de charuto / cigarro. Chamamos a recepção e o membro da equipe foi perfeitamente bom e nos deu um novo quarto imediatamente. No entanto, o novo quarto tem basicamente o mesmo cheiro. Há muitos sinais que ameaçam taxas para fumar, mas nenhuma evidência de que isso seja realmente aplicado ou de que eles tentem consertar o cheiro se alguém violar a regra. Todo o lugar precisa de atualizações, mas isso é esperado pelo preço. Simplesmente não consigo deixar de ver o cheiro, pois isso torna toda a estadia muito desagradável. Felizmente, estamos aqui apenas por uma noite.

Quarto era limpo e bem preparado. Arrumação veio diariamente. Este hotel era acessível a outras lojas e passeios que você poderia chegar com facilidade. O gerente do hotel foi útil e bem assistido. Encontrei agora problemas com o quarto em que eu fiquei (artigos de toalete foram estocados, roupa de cama limpa e fresca, livre de sujeira, manchas e insetos).

The person at the front desk was very nice when I checked in. Prior to arriving, I called and spoke with someone about my severe allergies and was assured the place would be clean. When I submitted my reservation, I included that in the box online. When I checked in, I repeated it. I was again assured I would have no issues. After 5 minutes in the room, my asthma began to kick in from the mold, mildew, and smoke. In addition, the room was dirty and the floor was sticky. My husband and I knew there was no way I could stay without becoming very ill. We went downstairs to check out. I explained the situation and the front desk person was able to see my distress. I am absolutely expecting a full refund of money and points. She said she had to speak to the manager. I chose the motel because Wyndham's name was attached to it and expected much more. I expect the refund because the hotel advertised falsely and promised expectations that they could not deliver.

Couches in the rooms were stained.Ac unit was so loud we had to run it in the day when we were gone to cool the room and shut it off at night so we could sleep.They don't clean or restock towels if you stay multiple nights.I asked the cleaninglady for extra towels but she did seem to speak English.Guests were extremely loud.People kept throwing trash in the parking lot but the custodians cleaned up the parking lot quickly.

We walked into our room and were immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigar/cigarette smoke. We called the front desk and the staff member was perfectly nice and gave us a new room right away. However, the new room smells basically the same. There are plenty of signs threatening fees for smoking, but no evidence that this is actually enforced, or that they attempt to fix the smell if someone breaks the rule. The whole place needs updates, but that is to be expected for the price. Just can’t look past the smell because it makes the whole stay so unpleasant. Fortunately we are only here for one night.

I was deeply disappointed in this hotel. I called to verify that the hotel shuttle was available when my flight arrived at 10:35 pm, and was told yes, it was available. After waiting an hour and seeing all sorts of shuttles to other hotels go by, I called the hotel and was told that their service quit running at 5 pm. It cost me $55 to take a taxi to the hotel. I was also informed that there was a complimentary breakfast, there was not. When riding on the shuttle back to the airport the next morning, I mentioned it to a family traveling to an event. They advised that they too had been told that shuttle service was available for there return flight that arrived at 7:30 pm. I had called the manager to ask for a credit for the $55, who informed me that he would look into it and call me back, but that was Monday and it is now Thursday. In fact, while on the phone, the manager seemed to imply that I was the one lying. I will never book a Days Inn reservation again as they do not tell the truth and without the shuttle the costs for staying there of course increased $55. Oh, and he tried to tell me that no other hotels were utilizing their shuttles still due to Covid-19, but I saw many shuttles loading up their guests.

Room was clean and prepared well. Housekeeping came daily. This hotel was accessible to other stores and outings you could get to with ease. The hotel manager was helpful and assisted well. I found now issues with the room that I stayed in (toiletries were stocked, bedding fresh and clean, free of dirt, stains and bugs).

Staff was not friendly at all. After the website stating you had to be age of 18 years old, I booked the room, checked in at midnight with my daughter & was given complete attitude. I was told “never to book here again”. I won’t. It’s trash. It was the only hotel who had 18 as able to check in as our other hotel wouldn’t allow us. My bf is 21 & still wouldn’t allow him to check in. My room smelled like straight cigarette smoke. We won’t be back here. And for that staff member, she needs a new job.
