We had a King Suite. It was updated, very clean and very quiet. The front desk staff were so polite and helpful with directions. We will plan on staying there again next year.

Había reservado usando mi tarjeta corporativa. El agente de viajes que utilizo tiene registradas tarjetas comerciales y personales. Antes de registrarme, mi esposa notó que nuestra tarjeta personal había sido cargada. Llamamos al hotel, dijeron que no sería un problema, lo arreglaremos en el check in. En el check in me cobraron mi tarjeta de negocios. Y afirmó que se retractaron de mi acusación personal. 6 días después todavía se muestra. He hablado directamente con el hotel un par de veces y con mi corredor un par de veces.El completo desprecio por la atención al cliente y el hecho de que se han sumergido dos veces es muy frustrante.Te sugiero que busques en otro lado si buscas un lugar para estar libre de problemas.

I was Traveling for business. I booked the night before my stay here with Holiday Inn in Cincinnati, and everything went well. The second night of my trip was at this Candlewood in N Nashville. I had booked using my corporate card. My travel broker i use has both business and personal cards on file. Prior to check in my wife noticed that our personal card had been charged. We called the hotel, they said it won't be a problem, we'll fix it at check in. At check in they charged my business card. And claimed they backed out my personal charge. 6 days later its still showing. Ive spoken with the hotel directly a couple of times, and my broker a couple of times. The complete disregard of customer care and the fact that they've double dipped is highly frustrating. Id suggest you look elsewhere if you're looking for a place to stay trouble free.

I was in town for a graduation. Fisk University Commencement. The rooms were good. Housekeeping only cleans your room if you are there for a week or more. Fresh towels are issued to you daily, at the front desk, upon returning your used ones.

We had a couple of problems with our room. And I thought it very strange that they don't offer any kind of guide for the hotel. Also, they say they have room service but what they really mean is Grubhub will deliver there. The staff was exceptional! Thanks for all the help Terrance.

Poorly lit room. Adequate near the bed, very poor in the kitchen area, no light at all near the dresser. One of the most uncomfortable recliners I've ever sat in. Too bad because layout of the room was pretty functional and spacious.

This was a really nice place! Loved the full suite-like feel of the place. Well lit parking with 24 hour on-site security. Pet-friendly, quiet, friendly staff. This place was nicely located on the edge of town near the highway with places to eat and get gas nearby as well. Comfortable beds, clean rooms! Great stay!

Es barato, pero se obtiene lo que se paga. Parece un poco descuidado. Las habitaciones parecen bien hasta que se vaya a utilizar la estufa. No trabaja. Si usted necesita un lugar para una corta de una noche está bien. Se suponía que debía permanecer durante dos semanas por negocios. Me duró una hora antes de que yo pedí un reembolso. It’s cheap but you get what you pay for. Looks kind of run down. Rooms look okay until you go to use the stove. It doesn’t work. You go to use the air conditioner. It doesn’t work. The remote for the Tv doesn’t work. The dishes are dirty. If you need a place for a quick overnight it’s fine. I was supposed to stay for two weeks on business. I lasted an hour before I asked for a refund. That took an hour and they still charged a fee they said they wouldn’t.Also there were two vehicles with the windows smashed out and ransacked.

My husband booked me a room here just to get some free time to myself, & I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly... no noise. Everything was nice & my room was very clean & comfortable. I would definitely suggest this hotel and I will be back for my next self care day!!
