Excelente hotel enorme (61 quartos por andar). Na cobertura delícia de piscina e restaurante (caro) com vista pra Acrópole e Partenon (todos os terraços de Atenas tem). Na frente do metrô a 3 estações da praça Syntagma. Bairro a noite não é legal... Dica, tem um restaurante saindo da praça do hotel que é uma delícia, porções enormes e barato... Vale demais a pena.

Quarto bom, grande. Banheiro excelente. Cafe da manhã razoavel e o hotel passa por obras, então durante o dia é vem barulhento. Localização ótima.

Great Hotel with amazing view on The Parthenon!!!
The room was great and clean and feel safe with the COVID-19.
They have very nice rooftop bar and restaurant with amazing sunset and awesome service from Georgina.
Also they have very good point its only 7 euros by taxi to visit The Parthenon.
I really enjoy my 3 nights.
I hope to visit this hotel as soon as possible.

El hotel, las habitaciones,limpieza, buffet y el personal son de 10 muy bien ubicado cerca de todo,lastima el barrio, la dirección debería pedir al ayuntamiento ayuda al respecto, usar el taxi y metro en la puerta, no ir andando nunca por las calles no principales.

The staff were brilliant, supportive, kind and polite. But it was a challenge to sleep in the room because of the massive noise down the street. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for its location. In addition, the spa facilities weren't working, and the pool had an unusual opening hour, 11 AM to 6 PM!! Exactly the time you are supposed to be out of the hotel.

Such a gem, the staff is fantastic a make your stay at the hotel that you dont watt to leave. Super friendly, very helpful and nice. I have been to this hotel before. And it will always be my number 1 hotel in Athens. Rooms are great, nice and clean with good beds. Spectacular view at the top. Great food. In short. Best in Athens

We had a wonderful stay in Athens here for the Athens Marathon. Rooms were perfect and I found service to be very good. The young night receptionist lady is extremely welcoming and friendly. A few minor knocks out of hotel control: I found the area can get a bit sketchy with a quick turn (but never felt remotely dangerous) and the main road had some very loud cars out on the street that could be heard in-room late at night. I’d happily stay here again though - the Mironi restaurant right across the street was excellent.

Customer service was very good. Amazing view of the Acropolis in a distance. Nice small swimming pool. Breakfast selection was very good. Room was well equipped but soundproofing was bad - I could hear the "annoucements" from the lift very clearly from my bedroom (610). The hotel location was not the best.

This hotel has far exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very clean and are sanitized regularly. I've used the gym twice while staying here and they also clean it constantly. The rooms are very extravagant and the showers have a rain showerhead on the ceiling, it is quite exquisite. The upstairs restaurant view is one of the best views you can get in the city! The only downside is that the food is very average the the bar wait staff isn't very responsive or interested in the customer from my perspective. This location is central and near the metro as well!

Georgia from the rooftop restaurant was lovely. She made our experience much better. Also the customer satisfaction manager was so wonderful, she helped with any problem we had. Overall a nice welcoming stay and clean rooms. The only downside is that some of the streets in the surrounding area can be quite scary - especially at nighttime.

Reception team was really helpful. Didn't like how House Keeping cleaned my room and the corridors. They didn't replenish Kleenex, Water and when asked for the coffee pods, they only had decaf.My room had no view at all and the parquet floor made it look unclean even after cleaning. I had a broken shower handle that worked OK after some effort.Location was OK and the roof restaurant was great for breakfast. The main restaurant on the ground floor was good as well and the food was really good.

Muy buen hotel con muy buen restaurante. Hemos estado 3 noches en el hotel. El trato exquisito y las instalaciones perfectas. Muy moderno y bien equipado. Quizá la situación no sea muy céntrica pero tiene metro a escasos metros y nosotros no echamos en falta que tuviese otra situación más céntrica. Desde la terraza/restaurante tienes unas vistas espectaculares de toda la ciudad y en especial de la Acrópolis, todo un lujo poder disfrutar de esas vistas mientras desayunas o cenas. Muy recomendable.

Habitaciones cómodas y bien dotadas, deben revisar el diseño de las duchas pues algunas habitaciones no cuentan con puerta en la regadera lo que ocasiona que el baño se inunde fácilmente. Siendo esta situación peligrosa en caso de un resbalón, hay una estación de metro a unos 500 metros, la zona donde se ubica el hotel no es tan buena, y poco recomendable para salir de noche por sus alrededores el desayuno buffet me pareció algo normal.

A mi si me ha gustado el hotel, la zona no es muy buena pero si es segura. Habitaciones amplias, si tengo que poner alguna critica es al mantenimiento del hotel. Si hay un grifo roto hay que arreglarlo y que en el baño no hay enchufe también es una contrariedad. El servicio de recepción muy bien por mi parte. No es muy céntrico pero el metro esta a la puerta y son tres paradas a cualquier sitio.

No es un 5 estrellas, podria ser un 4 en España. El agua de la piscina se salia hasta la zona de las hamacas. El dia del checkout A las 11'25 entraron en la habitación para limpiarla aun cuando habiamos puesto el cartel de no molestar. Nos preguntó que A que hora nos ibamos....un desproposito. El desayuno es bueno, menos mal...

El hotel es maravilloso sin duda alguna, la vista de la última planta es increíble, gimnasio 24 horas, 2 restaurantes, habitaciones muy cómodas y completas etc. Pero la zona donde está ubicado es algo peligrosa, es mejor ir en metro al centro histórico de Atenas.

El hotel en general tiene poca luz ( oscuro) y la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen vista al interior. El gym es muy pequeño tambien el spa, pero el área de terraza y piscina es agradable con buena vista. Tienes que pagar por el agua que pides.
