We were just one night at the hotel. Its a beautiful place of old-world style without being "stuffy" or "dusty". Place full of light and air and beauty. Polite friendliness of attentive stuff is comfortable, and competence in provided services and in a history of a place by personal is very impressive. We were given few notes by our waiter at breakfast almost worthy a museum guide :). As well as she provided us with the inquired about famed italian breakfast staple as a "Cornette la creama"! Uniforms are very eye-pleasing - very professional but flattering and highly fashionable.

This is hands down my favorite hotel in Rome. The staff is incredibly attentive, the food and coffee was phenomenal, and the housekeeping & daily evening service was just brilliant. We stayed in a suite and it was enormous. It might have been larger than my last 1 bedroom apartment. The decor was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and there were incredible little touches everywhere, such as slippers, Bluetooth radio, wide wooden hangers, and designer toiletries. On our last day, the manager even left us a gift of 2 Bulgari cosmetic bags--it was a lovely surprise! Definitely worth the price.

Excellent breakfast and outstanding service. All staff members are very helpful and friendly. It is NOT one of the artificial and forced smile hotels. The breakfast buffet size is ok and a lot of homemade products are available. You pay the experience as in a lot of other luxury hotels. Negative: Only small cups available and no loose tea.

Loved our experience here. The staff was amazing, the air conditioning was flowing, and the room and restaurant were excellent. I can't say enough great things about the St. Regis and the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Perfect location, outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel also has one of the best gyms in all of Rome (or Italy or that matter) as well as one of the first original elevators in the city still in operation. Staff goes out of their way to make sure your time in Rome is truly unforgettable, we couldn't recommend more.

10 stars! This hotel is everything a good hotel should be. It's stylish, modern, classical. Our room and en suite were out of this world. Every detail and attention were taken care of. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, always happy and willing to help. The hotel is central so good for getting to all the sights to see. I could go on for pages, but, suffice it to say, if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Rome The St. Regis is the ONLY place to stay. Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!!

Incredible hotel conveniently located within 20 mins walk of major attractions and Roma Termini. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was an oasis during the scorching Roman summer. Pros: incredible rooms, amazing staff and very impressive decor. Large gym with free weights and beautiful garden for breakfast and drinks. Cons: None; but the price reflects that.

Classy hotel with top service. Conveniently located a short walk from the subway and the Rome's main train terminal. We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for a few weeks for a big anniversary holiday. The butler service was great about making sure we had everything we needed! They happily treated us to either in-room afternoon tea or in-room morning cappuccino on the occasions we desired those, and offered to help out with pressing our clothes and unpacking and packing our luggage. We used the butler to launder a few items, and the clothes were returned softer than they were when new! The concierge personnel seemed a little put out but that was easily overlooked by the great butler service. The "American style" breakfast buffet here is the best we have ever encountered. (See my review for Lumen Cocktails & Cuisine). The best part of our stay, though, was the AMAZING MORNING BREAKFAST STAFF who went above and beyond to be accommodating and genuinely friendly. They are a shining star for St. Regis Hotels and they will be a big part of our fond memories of Rome.
