Our stay at the Palazzo from Feb 19-23rd has been fantastic. There is no shortage of luxury and things to do.
Everything is accessible and the extremely large rooms and view are fantastic. If you are deciding whether to stay here or not, just do it! The wonderful staff make a huge difference, the pool is amazingly well kept, and the access to incredible dining is notable. I will be highly recommending this to all my Alberta friends, as it’s just a classy stay to enjoy Las Vegas anytime. Walking to anywhere on the strip is extremely manageable from the Palazzo, and the Deuce bus is running regularly if you need to get places further away.
With the heated heat round pools, it makes it even more enjoyable to go for a swim and hot tub! I didn’t know when looking into Vegas how few are actually heated until March, so this was a deal breaker as we sat on the plentiful chairs and enjoyed the sun for hours during our stay.
Upon arrival, I felt like I was in a resort somewhere in Europe, the exterior fountains and impeccable property make staying here incredible. The check in process was one of the smoothest I have experienced, with the most incredible front desk area I have seen.
For a stay as a couple, we loved it!

My husband and I rode the gondolas here 12 years ago, just before we got married. We didn't stay at the hotel at the time, as we didn't believe we could afford it. However, on this last trip, we checked the prices and found that the rooms were very reasonable for what we were getting... and I must say that it exceeded our expectations! The suites were very spacious and beautiful. The beds were so comfy, and the view was amazing!!! Beautiful stay overall! Definitely would like to try a restaurant here next time. We will book here again.

Perfect place to stay at while in Vegas. I've stayed at other hotels on the Strip and The Palazzo could easily be one of the best out there. Staff is warm, helpful, and very attentive to detail. Very polite and kind, as well. The hotel has a casino on the first floor and is attached to the Grand Canal Shoppes, which is attached to The Venetian casino. You can go back and forth between both casinos with no problem. Plenty of restaurants and shops to explore and enjoy. Though it can get quite crowded during peak season. Don't forget, the gondola ride is in this location, as well. Lots of things adults and kids can enjoy within close proximity of each other.
Room service is excellent! Food is fresh and of good quality. Definitely one of their strongest points.

This was my first time staying here. I was traveling with my mother who was using a wheelchair. Everyone was so kind and attentive. They made my job of getting her and our belongings to our room so easy. We ordered in-suite dining and the food was fantastic and came in huge portions. Very fresh with high quality ingredients. They setup the little round table in front of the window making it the nicest restaurant in town. We are very impressed and hope we get another chance to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Located right on the strip but peaceful. The rooms are spacious and hands down one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The temperature was well regulated, beds were comfortable, and everything you need is available to you. The views from our room were insane. There are multiple pools on site, as well as bars and restaurants. There is a casino on site but didn’t seem to get overwhelmingly busy because it’s so spread out. There are also checkpoints to ensure that the hotel amenities are reserved for guests only. There are 2 gyms on site. The larger gym has everything from barbells to ERG machines. This is was definitely one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. On site parking is free but you’ll likely never have to move your car because the location is proximal to everything. This is the type of place you go for a few days and want to extend your stay.

Our stay was the definition of luxury. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view. The hotel was gorgeous and everything was new. The restaurants were delicious, we enjoyed the pool, and the spa. What a fantastic place to stay. The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. The bellhop was quick and efficient. They were also very understanding while we waited for our car to arrive. Probably the best experience we’ve ever had in Vegas before.

Love the variety of restaurants & cuisines.The food is excellent.The hospitality is quite good.The location is also ideal as it’s easy to navigate to lots of other locations off property on the strip, a good deal within a 15min walking distance.

Best Vegas stay ever.We were greeted when we got out of the taxi and the bell captain took care of our luggage. We checked in early and they texted us when the room was ready. The property was beautiful, the casino was huge, modern, clean and well ventilated.The entry level room was huge, nicest and biggest room we ever had in Vegas.Had a good room service lunch.Everything was so nice, went so smoothly. No waiting for elevators.I loved this place and will be back !

The rooms were very comfy & spacious. Nice views from the rooms. The cafe had really yummy food. They have some fun slot machines & my favorite, a few good table games. I'm not into the slot style table games & their tables were a little expensive. However, I had a pretty good blackjack table. There was fun people, i didn't lose all my money right away, which is important! My room had a few issues of cleanliness but overall my stay was enjoyable!💕😘

As a weekend getaway with my spouse, this hotel and the Venetian resort were wonderful.The hotel Pros: the hotel rooms are spacious, perfectly clean (and I looked to find a flaw, but never did!); access to great restaurants; casino is in the center of the hotel, but it is not the focus; fantastic pools.The hotel is in the center of the strip, so there is easy access to the other hotels for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Cons: the towels are not fluffy and very small (the towels at the gym are nicer than the towels in the room); housekeeping comes in the afternoon to service rooms (up until 5 p.m.) which is unfortunate if you want to take an afternoon nap; a lack of public seating areas around the hotel to relax, read a book, enjoy a coffee. I visited some of the other hotels on the strip and I liked the Venetian resort far better.The resort is lovely and relaxing.While there are few service issues that should be addressed, overall, I had a great stay and felt comfortable and welcome throughout the resort.

Realmente un dolor de cabeza a día de hoy , todavía tengo el cargo del hotel doble, te cobran el primer día el cargo total , te retienen ese dinero y después con el transcurso de los días empiezan a cobrar la estancia , todo queda pendiente en la tarjeta, y no puedes usar la tarjeta por que el hotel tiene retenido el doble de tu estancia, es un verdadero dolor de cabeza , las piscina del palazzo , mal servicio , principal el camarero pol. En fin es un desastre!!

This was my best hotel experience ever in Vegas. I'd booked my husband and me into The Venetian for his birthday. At check-in we upgraded to a room at The Palazzo with access to the Prestige Lounge. Everything during the stay was as close to perfect as it could be. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The only thing we needed were two additional pillows for the bed, which arrived about 10 minutes after I called to request them. The hotel is in amazing condition; it doesn't show many of its 22 years and is obviously very well maintained.Having access to the Prestige Lounge was a nice upgrade. The concierges at the desk were always friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a place to go other than our room or a bar/restaurant. The afternoon open bar happy hour was a must for us each night and the morning breakfast was a great way to start our day without having to rush out to find a restaurant.After I booked the hotel, I discovered how many amazing restaurants are there. Out of our six restaurant meals during our stay, five of them were at Venetian restaurants.The whole experience, from the check-in to the valet attendants was amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Stayed here for a few nights on our first visit to Vegas. The room had a very comfortable king bed, with steps down to a lounge area with a couch and tables that overlooked the pool (great view). The bathroom had a tub and a glass shower, along with a sitting mirror and separate mini room for the toilet. The resort itself was one of my favorite on the strip because of its elegance and tons of people to watch. We could easily walk to other resort casinos from the Palazzo. I would highly recommend staying here.

Large property in a central location. Rooms are nice, if not leaning towards a little bit dated, and common areas are very attractive. There's access to shopping and more food than you could eat in a month with 40 restaurants within the property. During our visit there was a surprising amount of school-aged children at the resort. Great place to stay on the strip.

Hotel péssimo! Ficamos três noites e tudo correu mal.No primeiro dia quando chegámos o nosso quarto não estava pronto as 15h e informaram-nos que poderia apenas estar pronto as 18h. Nem pediram desculpa e disseram que a política do hotel era que o checkin era Entre as 15h e as 18hNos dois dias seguintes, saímos de manhã do quarto e quando voltámos à tarde, um dia às 19h, outro às 14h, o quarto não estava limpo. Tivemos de pedir que nos viessem limpar o quarto. Ridículo. Depois quando o limparam, não deixaram shampoo e gel de banho.Ridículo para um hotel de 5 estrelas. Serviço abaixo de péssimo.

The Palazzo is an awesome place to stay just for the hotel/resort itself. Suites are glorious, spacious and extremely comfortable with great views. Relatively easy access to the casino floor in restaurants. Lots of options. I have to say do not like not having coffee and tea available in the room. Total setup to force customers to go downstairs to spend money at Starbucks or one of the other expensive coffee places in the resort. Also always end up waiting in line for an hour at Starbucks. Recommend going over to the coffee shop next to the Grand Lux Cafe. Not too busy and decent coffee. Come on Venetian.... Put some amenities in the room!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 8 nights' stay here. My bottom of the range suite was still vast and luxurious. Clean and well maintained, the hotel offered everything I needed and more. Lift wait times were measured in a few seconds and getting around the hotel and its facilities was easy. A couple of minutes walk and you're in the Venetian with its extensive shops.

The hotel itself is very nice. There are a good amount of shops, experiences, and tons of delicious food options. One could argue this hotel has the best food options on the strip. The only reason I’m knocking down a star is because the cocktail waitresses are terrible. They never came up to us once the entire weekend. We played at the blackjack table and slots all weekend and never got served 1 drink. We even tried waiving her down while we were at the table and she legit made eye contact with me then walked the opposite direction. Just rude. Everyone else was friendly! Getting upstairs to your hotel room is secure too with a security guard there 24/7 checking room keys. This was very appealing to us knowing we are safe and no random people will be up on the hotel floors. We will stay here again for sure.

Very bad check in experience. Booked a luxury king suite with view for our trip and paid for it already. Since we will be arriving late, I gave them a phone call in the morning and front desk specialist said she left a note on the reservation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel said the rooms were all sold out, and the only room available was on level 3 with no view and a Murphy bed. We were offered only 1 night of resort fee waived despite this situation, and basically force to take the deal since there's only one room left. We slept awful that first night because the room felt more like a conference room and the bed was awful. We requested a suite swap the second day, and the first night was so bad that we felt cheated, so the hotel waived the resort fee for the second night as well. However, at checkout, the checkout portfolio showed only one resort night waived, so we had to call in again to ask them to fix the mistake. However, bad experience with reservation/front-desk specialists. The second suite was decent, and the bed was nice. The hotel in general seems to have bad ventilation compared to more modern hotels. The casino was filled with more lingering cigarette smoke, and the hotel hallways seem to have slight scent that seems to be leaking from every room's bathroom (there's no exhaust fan in bathroom).

The Palazzo is a Beautiful resort hotel. Very modern. Hubby and I stayed there for our anniversary October 2021. The rooms are very spacious, clean, beautiful decor. Comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from inside the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel due to the arrival service and lack of order in the reservations. In our case we had 2 rooms, one of which was 2 beds and very calmly when we went to check in, they told us that all the rooms with 2 beds were already assigned and there was nothing to do. Do you mean that it is something like that in order of arrival and not by reservation? In compensation they gave a sofa bed and took away the resort fee, but I ask:If I am going to pay more than 500 dollars for a room, is it to sleep on a sofa bed? Un addition, he second room, upon arrival was very dirty, the open sofa bed with food on top and no mattress. The compensation was to remove 100 dollars of consumption in the hotel In conclusion, it seems to me that they are used to this bad room service and that they do not care what the guest pays and not their comfort The hotel is beautiful and has everything, but we pay to be good, comfortable and in a clean place, not for thisNO recomiendo este hotel por el servicio de llegada y falta de orden en las reservaciones En nuestro caso teniamos 2 habitaciones, una de las cuales era se 2 camas y con mucha tranquilidad cuando fuimos a hacer el check in, nos dicen que ya todas las habitaciones de 2 camas fueron asignadas y no habia nada que hacer Quiere decir que es algo asi como que por orden de llegada y no por reservacion ? en compensacion dieron un sofa cama y quitaron en resort fee, pero pregunto si voy a pagar mas de 500 dolares por una habitacion, es para dormir en un sofa cama ? por otro lado, la segunda habitacion, al llegar estaba muy sucia, el sofa cama abierto con comida arriba y sin colchon la compensacion fue quitar 100 dolares de consumo en el hotel Entonces me parece que estan acostumbrados a este mal servicio de habitaciones y que no les importa ni lo que el huesped paga, ni su comodidad El hotel es hermoso y tiene de todo, pero uno paga es por estar bien, comodo y en un lugar limpio

I've been to the Venetian so I wanted to try the Palazzo this time. The suites are amazing!! Great views!! The pools are great but they are standing only, not for swimming. The casino is nice and you couldn't even smell the cigarette smoke, however you could smell the cigars from the cigar lounge. The staff was all very friendly for the most part. I really enjoyed my stay. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The Palazzo is a fabulous resort with top notch amenities. The staff is excellent and they cater to their customers well. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The restaurants located within the resort are phenomenal and the food selections are unbelievable. There are resorts with more intelligently designed casino floor layouts, but that is a minor problem considering how wonderful the rest of the resort is. The atmosphere is crisp, clean and opulent. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

The Venetian Palazzo was beautiful. Rooms are huge and gorgeous. I believe all rooms have the living area. Resort is right across from the mall plus there's plenty of shops at resort itself. Self parking is very easy, as the garage elevators let you off right by the elevators to your room, so you don't have to walk far. Pools are beautiful, but a bit tough to find a lounge chair on busy days. Palazzo pool is shaded by the building most of the morning, but it was a quick walk to the Venetian pool where there's sun. Bar area at the Venetian is very inviting with beautiful couches & tables. Only negative is you can't use the in-room refrigerator for personal items or you'll get charged $150. Fridge was stocked with drinks but if you even moved an item (which was at least $20) you'll get charged. IF you were willing to pay the $150 fridge usage and didn't move stocked items, there was enough room for 3 waters. We just bought a Styrofoam cooler and put our water and drinks in there. But overall, would definitely stay again.

Tiene muchas cosas para mejorar. La habitación es comoda, grande y con un lindo baño. Pero no puedo creer que la TV no sea Smart, que no dejen 2 aguas de cortesía y que la limpieza en epocas de covid no sea mas estricta, ya que me encontré con la ameniti box usada por el huésped anterior. El servicio de conserjería no da y creo que ni tiene información precisa del horario de los restaurantes. El servicio de comidas a la habitación tarda mucho en atender, la comida es mala y costosa. Los pasillos de hotel estan llenos de gente fumando, como puede ser que si hay que estar con mascara, se le permita a la gente no usarla para fumar. Entiendo que se la puedan sacar momentaneamente para comer. Pero para fumar me parce una locura innecesaria. El desayuno es muy muy malo, y no hay lugar para sentarse por la excusa del covid. Pero junto al lugar donde te entregan el desayuno hay un Starbucks que si tiene mesas. La verdad no tiene sentido. Muchos restaurantes estan cerrados por covid, por lo que hay mucho tiempo de espera en los que si estan abiertos. En fin, esperaba mucho mas.

Um dos melhores casinos para se visitar quando não se está hospedado, muitas atrações nos lobbys para não-hospede. Visitamos na madrugada, e estava super tranquilo. Um dos poucos em que o estacionamento foi gratuito quando visitei, de toda forma estas políticas mudam muito, não deixe de conferir antes de estacionar. Independente disso, recomendo demais.

Everything was very nice during our 3 night stay. Parking was easy without a long walk to elevators or to our room. Staff was professional, quick , and courteous. Appearance of the hotel/room were clean and well decorated. Our room was very spacious with an attached living area. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The view of the strip was definitely worth the extra fee. Nicely located with easy walking to other areas on the strip. Added bonus was the attached Canal shops/restaurants and the Starbucks near the floor elevator.
