Bom café da manhã,quartos limpos,ar condicionado,frigobar,TV a cabo e a Internet não deixa a desejar.Os recepcionistas não são muito educados ao exemplo que as cleaner são muito educadas mas nada que atrapalhe. Os corredores tem um pouco de odor de carpete.

Cute, clean, and centrally located. The rooms are very small, but it's NYC and I wasn't planning on hanging out in the room much anyway.
It is right off Broadway, and there are so many amazing restaurants.

good if all you want is a roof over your head and don’t care much for hygiene. bathtub had weird brown marks all over the bottom, windows were dirty, and there was literally leftover clothes from a previous guest.

The staff was really good and helpful. The location of hotel is also good. It’s walkable to the time square and transportation is also good. Just the rooms were really small and very conjugated which was my major let down. The rest was really good. And my trip to New York went well.

This hotel was cleaner and nicer than a hotel we stayed at the nights before in the financial district that was $350 a night! It is affordable, clean, quiet, the location is amazing, the staff was professional and very friendly. All around a great place to stay when you're in the city!

Great location. Stable WiFi. No daily cleaning until you requested, feel like apartment rather than hotel. In case of next room get high and sing all nigh, hotel will do nothing and don’t help, you will listen to them get high and sing all night until they sleep.

La ubicación excelente, acceso para todas las áreas de interés.Cerca la estación del metro. La habitación cómoda aunque pequeña, justo para 2 personas. El personal atento y si ningún inconveniente en nuestra estancia. El área es muy segura lo cual hace que pueda andar hasta tarde sin problemas.El único inconveniente fue que se silicito servicio de limpieza y no lo hicieron y creo que en estos tiempos de pandemia si debe ser hacer primordial y fundamental por parte del hotel. No esperar a que el huesped lo pida.El check out es a las 11 am, lo cual es temprano, debería considerarse a las 12pm-1pm.

Las personas que atienden en la puerta principal no son bilingues. Además la habitación no se encontraba limpia. Por otro lado la ubicación del hotel está buena ya que puedes encontrar transportación rápidamente.

Que puedo decir? Va a esa parte de New York y solo necesitas ir a dormir..pues esta bien, cerca de todo, solo que para quedarte en el hotel o pretender estar cómodo de espacio, eso no lo esperes jamás, desde el ascensor, los pasillos, el cuarto y el baño...es todo un chiste, todo es tan pequeño que da risa🤷♀️

Cheapest hotel I could find in this area and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s in a great area and the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The walls are not very soundproof though, and you can hear doors slamming all night, so bring earplugs. Our room was next to some guests who were very loud and on our second night the hotel moved us to a quieter room so I appreciated the accommodation. There’s also a weird sensor light setup in the rooms that turns on in the middle of the night when using the bathroom but we piled a bunch of stuff in front of the sensor which turned it off.

+ Hemos estado muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia en el hotel. Empezando por un buen desayuno, camas grandes y cómodas, habitación asequible a lo que habíamos contratado. Cercano a paradas de metro y a poco tiempo a pie de zonas turísticas. - Han pasado 3 semanas ya desde que nos fuimos, y aún no han devuelto el depósito de fianza que hay que dejar obligatoriamente a la entrada del mismo. Antes de salir, me aseguraron que se me devolvía en el momento.
