Fiquei neste hotel no mes passado quando estiver em Petra o hotel e muito ruim muitos dos quartos nem net tem cama muito ruim os quartos velhos. Nao recomendo..

Hermoso hotel. Restaurado recientemente. Un lugar único en una ubicación privilegiada. El hotel en si mismo ya es un atractivo. Habitaciones dispuestas en un gran complejo. Como pequeñas casas-cuevas. Dispone de restaurante buffet y desayuno. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Realmente lo recomiendo!

A menos que te quedes varios días y planees no salir del Resort, no lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones son demasiadas alejadas del Lobby y restaurantes. Todo el Resort es como una ciudad y terminas perdiendote. No hay suficientes rampaspara poder movilizar las maletas, necesitas ayuda de los conserjes si o si.

Se trata de un hotel con un diseño muy original, integrado en un entorno muy especial y agradable. Con un buffet muy bueno, abundante y variado. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y agradables. En fin, muy recomendable!!

Me siento muy defraudado con este "hotel" que 5 estrellas en su momento. El trato de los empleados con cargos altos es despectivo según le caigas a dicha persona. No ofrecen la atención y calidad que se espera y paga. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que nos pusieran en una habitación individual como una doble,donde la ducha y el mobiliario era muy deficiente. Necesita una reforma urgente en algunas habitaciones. El concepto de hotel que simula vivir en cuevas como antes no debería de estar reñido con unas buenas prestaciones. Hay mejores hoteles donde descansar y reponer fuerzas para petra en los alrededores.

The room was nice and clean although the bathroom was a bit dated. The bathroom also flooded when we showered, soaking all of our clothes that were on the floor. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was not that good - buffet foods were so-so and at breakfast there was a basket of oranges that looked like they expired months ago sitting out. When we went to check out in the morning (we were getting picked up by a driver) at 8:05, the door to reception was locked. I tried it twice but it wouldn’t open and the metal detector was making a lot of noise (I had to be standing right in it to try the door) so I left the key in the room. Several men then came out of reception around 8:25 and started asking me why we hadn’t come into reception because our driver was waiting for us there. I explained that I tried but the door was locked and they dismissed me and just kept saying that the door wasn’t locked and they were in there the whole time. The door was most definitely locked and if they were in there, they should’ve been able to hear me trying the door as well as the sound of the loud metal detector indicating that someone was out there. I found this insistence that I was wrong about a minor thing very rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic place. The resort is really special. The room has a living room with sofa. The rooms are clean. Dinner at the restaurant serves excellent food and service is very good as well. We absolutely love this place.

It was an amazing resort. The rooms are spectacular and everything is super clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. My family really enjoyed the stay; we are a family of 14 people and we all enjoyed the stay. :)

Absolutely loved it.Looks like a village.You get the feeling of being transported to another place and time.Room was rustic but was spacious and comfortable and charming.Restaurant was great.Was it the best food in the world?No.Was it pretty amazing for being in the middle of the desert?Absolutely.
