One of the worst hostel i have been. Dirty and the shower almost had no hot water just awful

I had the worst experience ever with a hospitality worker. I asked the manager called Drew to have a refund for the night that I couldn't park due the gate of the parking was not working properly and she answered that she was smelling weed and that it was my fault because I should have called the night manager. I'm very disappointed, I don't think that's the way to talk to your guests.

It is perfect and simple. Close to the beach and everything else. Friendly, clean with rules but no nonsense ones. Secure parking, swimming pool, big kitchen and dining area, TV room, lounge room. A maze of happy carridors, a lift to 1st and 2nd floor, veggie garden in atrium, clean sheets and towels. Good night's sleep - what else would you need?
