Eu sou novo para a área e estava esperando para fazer este meu local para jogar slots e pegar uma refeição. Eu notei a enorme faixa na parte de trás do prédio dizendo café da manhã especial US $ 1,99 das 7h às 11h. Eu estava sentado com meu namorado e um amigo e fui para encomendar 3 especiais. As garotas me dizem que pararam aquele especial e ela não pode honrá-lo. Eu peço para o gerente, ela diz que ela é e ainda não posso honrá-lo. Meu namorado decide se levantar e ir encontrar o gerente principal e ele também não vai honrar o especial. Em primeiro lugar, a grande bandeira é o que me levou a querer entrar. Segundo, como você diz a um cliente não quando está anunciando o que estou pedindo? Nós nunca recebemos o especial mas ordenou de qualquer jeito. Este sinal ainda está pendurado. Eu vou tentar obter o especial novamente, se eu não conseguir, eu vou levar essa reclamação e propaganda enganosa para alguém que vai consertar isso. Lembre-se de que, antes de eu pedir, estivemos lá e colocamos uma boa quantia de dinheiro nos slots e nos inscrevemos no clube de seus jogadores. Muito ruim para aquela experiência muito ruim ou eu classificaria eles completamente diferentes. Eu estou adicionando uma atualização 2/13/18 agora eu tirei algumas fotos diferentes diferentes dias eu passo e o flyer ainda está oferecendo descontos em comida. Eles ainda não vão honrá-lo!

Não reembolsaria a diferença porque o lugar u reservado chamado seu gerente. O quarto estava sujo, a tampa do AC estava caindo da parede, a estrutura da cama era grande demais para a cama. Definitivamente não ficaria aqui novamente. Um dos piores quartos que eu já estive. Quartos à beira da piscina são para "semanalmente" apenas os hóspedes e eles disseram que a piscina "não estava aberto". Lugar muito horrível.

Absolutamente terrível experiência de um motel, hotel, apartamentos, o que diabos são, eles são brutos. Eu conheci um trabalhador agradável e um convidado agradável que fica lá e isso era tudo. Todo mundo ao redor era incompleto e os trabalhadores não queriam trabalhar. Nunca quartos limpos, ANDARAM EM UM BONECO DE CIGARRO NO MEU ANDAR, estou absolutamente estupefato pela quantidade de imundície e apenas em geral desrespeito este lugar mostrou para os seus hóspedes. Salve-se o dinheiro e o tempo e fique em um lugar melhor. Você pode encontrar muito mais barato também confia em mim.

Este lugar, o que posso dizer, eles literalmente não alugariam para meu amigo, que tem 65 anos, homem solteiro, porque ele tinha uma casa e teve que expulsar alguém dela e eles tentaram dizer que o despejo estava registrado em seu registro que não aceitariam tempo de olhar para ele simplesmente o afastou quando você nem mesmo olhou duas vezes para ele havia um monte de gente esboçada aqui não é muito grande, parece que as pessoas viveram lá por anos

Este lugar, qué puedo decir, literalmente no se lo alquilarían a mi amigo, que es un hombre soltero de 65 años, porque era dueño de una casa y tuvo que desalojar a alguien y trataron de decir que el desalojo estaba en su registro. Es hora de investigarlo, simplemente lo rechacé cuando ni siquiera lo miras dos veces.Había mucha gente superficial aquí.No es muy grande.Parece que la gente ha vivido allí durante años.

This place what can I say they literally would not rent to my friend who's 65 years old single male because he had owned a home and had to evict somebody out of it and they tried to say the eviction was on his record they would not take the time to look into it just turned him away when you not even look twice at him there was a lot of sketchy people here it's not very big it looks like people have lived there for years

Só quero dizer que este lugar é muito bem coletado e o pessoal é muito simpático o gerente conhece o seu trabalho e a recepcionista nome do csr Regina realmente bateu nele com o ótimo atendimento ao cliente e sabe como assumir o controle. Eu não fiquei aqui, mas dei uma olhada em um de seus quartos e, como um cliente em potencial, estou realmente pensando em tentar, já que estarei em Las Vegas novamente depois da pandemia.

Solo quiero decir que este lugar está muy bien organizado y el personal es muy amable, el gerente conoce su trabajo y el nombre de RSC de la recepción, Regina, realmente lo acertó con el excelente servicio al cliente y sabe cómo tomar el control. No me quedé aquí, pero eché un vistazo a una de sus habitaciones y, como cliente potencial, realmente estoy pensando en intentarlo, ya que estaré de nuevo en Las Vegas después de la pandemia.

Just want to say this place is very well collected and the staff is very nice the manager knows his job and the front desk csr name Regina really hit it with the great customer service and knows how to take control. I didn't stay here but did took a look at one of their rooms and as a potential customer I am really thinking of giving it a shot since I'll be in Vegas again later after the Pandemic.

Ok .. eu não conheço todas essas reclamações .. sim, está em uma área não ótima da cidade .. mas, falando sério, o gerente é muito gentil e disposto a ajudar as pessoas que precisam de ajuda. Minha família e eu não tínhamos para onde ir e eles nos ajudaram. As pessoas na frente são incríveis e a manutenção é muito oportuna. Os quartos não eram grandes ou luxuosos, mas eu nunca encontrei percevejos. Apenas algumas baratas e, honestamente, eu vim de uma casa infestada de escorpiões. As baratas são a menor das minhas preocupações .. as pessoas que ficam aqui são legais. Nossos vizinhos são fantásticos e a única razão pela qual dei apenas 4 estrelas é porque eles eram bastante sujos. Mas trouxe meu esfregão a vapor, minha vassoura e material de limpeza. Quero dizer, vamos lá, eles estão dispostos a ajudá-lo, eu aceito o que posso conseguir. Eu tenho nossa casa super arrumada, é aconchegante, quente e somos mais felizes aqui do que em nossa casa de 4 quartos! Não dê ouvidos ao que as pessoas estão dizendo ... não é verdade.

Ok.. I don't know about all these complaints.. yes it is in a not great area of town.. but seriously, the manager is very kind and willing to help people who need help. My family and I had no where to go and they helped us. The people up front are amazing and maintenance is very timely. The rooms were not big, or luxurious, but I never encountered bed bugs. Only a couple roaches and honestly, I came from a home infested with scorpions. Roaches are the least of my worries.. the people staying here are nice. Our neighbors are fantastic and the only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because they were pretty filthy. But I brought my steam mop and my broom and cleaning supplies. I mean come on, they are willing to help you, I'll take what I can get. I have our home super tidy, it's cozy, warm, and we are happier here than in our 4br house! Don't listen to the stuff people are saying.. it's not true.

Absolutely awful experience of a motel, hotel, apartments, whatever the hell these are, they’re gross. I met one nice worker and one nice guest staying there and that was all. Everyone else around was sketchy and workers didn’t want to work. Never cleaned rooms, WALKED INTO A CIGARETTE BUTT ON MY FLOOR, I am absolutely dumbfounded by the amount of filth and just overall disrespect this place showed for their guests. Save yourself the money and time and stay somewhere better. You can find a lot cheaper too trust me.

La habitación estaba sucia, la cubierta de aire acondicionado se caía de la pared, el marco de la cama era demasiado grande para la cama. Sin duda no me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Una de las peores habitaciones en las que he estado. Las habitaciones junto a la piscina son solo para huéspedes "semanales" y dijeron que la piscina "no estaba abierta". Lugar muy horrible.

Intentaré obtener el especial nuevamente, si no lo consigo, llevaré esta queja y publicidad falsa a alguien que solucionará esto. The staff was rude. There's a 100$ deposit for cash only when the website I booked through and their own says 25$. Would not refund the difference because the place u booked called their manager. The room was dirty, the AC cover was falling off the wall, the bed frame was too big for the bed. Would definitely not stay here again. One of the worst rooms I have ever been in. Rooms by the pool are for "weekly" guests only and they said the pool "wasn't open". Very horrible place.

I'm new to the area and was hoping to make this my local place to play slots and grab a meal. I noticed the huge banner across the back of their building saying breakfast special$1.99 from 7am to 11am. I was seated with my boyfriend and a friend and went to order 3 specials. The girls tells me they stopped that special and she can't honor it. I ask for the manager she says she is and still can't honor it. My boyfriend decides to get up and go find the main manager and he as well won't honor the special. First off the big banner is what got me to want to go in. Second how do you tell a customer no when it's advertising for what I'm asking?We never got the special but ordered anyways. This sign is still hanging. I'll go try to get the special again, if I don't get it I'll take this complaint and false advertising to someone that will fix this. Mind you before I ordered we had been there and dtopped a good amount of money into the slots and signed up for their players club. Too bad for that one very bad experience or I'd rate them completely different. I'm adding an update 2/13/18 now I've snapped a couple different photos differ days I walk by and the flyer is still up offering you discount on food. They still won't honor it!
