Bom hotel. Otima localização. Quartos limpos e muito confortaveis. Banheiros excelentes. Peca apenas pela impessoalidade de um hotel desse porte. Porem sem perder a qualodade necessaria. Retornaria para uma proxima estadia.

A grande vantagem deste hotel é que está bem localizado, proximo ao Central Park e se pode ir caminhando até a Times Square. Os quartos são pequenos e não dispõem de vista. Café da manhã não está incluso na diária.

Hotel bonito e muito bem localizado, acomodações confortáveis e elegantes, funcionarios atenciosos. A limpeza dos quartos não é perfeita mas as toalhas dos banheiros são trocadas diariamente e tudo fica sempre muito arrumado. Estamos adorando a estadia e este é um local para voltar, com certeza.

Great hotel. The service here was great and the bar and restaurant are open! Had the wings that were just the right amount of crispy. The cocktails were unique and delicious. The rooms are beautiful and the housekeeping staff is so friendly. If we come back to NY we’ll definitely stay here again. The location is phenomenal. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

I booked Park Central for an overnight stay in NYC with a friend. Our experience was sub-par and did not match the hotel pricing. We paid way too much for what we got as an experience. There was a long wait to check in. I tried to use the hotels app for remote check in, which did not work. Once we got to the counter the staff was friendly and apologized or the wait.
When we got to our room, it was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the bathroom sink and tub which made me wonder how well everything else had been cleaned. The iron in our room did not work. I called the front desk for a replacement and they were very professional. We had a replacement iron in about half an hour.
There was a long wait for check out. It was Sunday morning and there was only 1 agent at the front desk trying to service a line full of people. Overall, I think the staff was doing the best they could but it's clear that they need more support to keep things running smoothly.

Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado, entre Times Square y Central Park. Muy cerca del Rockefeller Center, a 1 paso de Broadway... El hall es bonito y amplio. Detrás de los mostradores de recepción hay sofás para sentarse tranquilamente, mesas y sillas donde hay gente que lleva su comida... Hay buen wifi en todo el hotel. Pequeña cafetería junto a recepción. Las habitaciones son amplias comparadas con lo pequeñas que suelen ser en los hoteles de Nueva York. Tienen moqueta. Las camas son muy cómodas. Baño con amenities y secador de pelo. Hay enchufes USB en las lámparasde la mesita de noche y del escritorio por lo que no hace falta llevar adaptador para cargar el movil. Tv pantalla plana grande. Los ascensores suelen tardar al ser un hotel tan grande de todos modos, hay 2 partes con ascensores, los de la derecha según miras hacia recepción son más rápidos porque menos gente los usa. Tienen consigna para dejar las maletas el día de salida. Es gratis y te dan un resguardo. Al hacer el checking, nos pidieron tarjeta de crédito para bloqueo de 600$ y no hubo ningún problema.

Estive hospedada no Park Central no mês de abril. Funcionários da recepção pouco atenciosos. Esperei por mais de 40 minutos para encontrarem minha reserva que já estava totalmente paga. Elevadores não estão dimensionados para a quantidade de quartos. Necessidade de espera longa com grandes filas para os elevadores. Hotel bem localizado, somente.

Location was definitely good but the rooms were small and the AC was turned off and on based on management discretion on how cold it is out side. When I brought up how warm the room was at night they told me to open the window. The site also does not have its own restaurant or bar/grill. The only thing convenient about this hotel is where it's located. Will never go back there again.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel and I have to say it was a great experience.I was in walking distance of Nordstrom, Broadway, and Time Square.The hotel lobby is beautiful and clean.My room was very clean and the linens were fresh.I usually stay at the Marriott but I would stay here again for sure.Overall I recommend.

This was my first time in New York so I don't have other hotels in this area to compare to. Great location, easy to access subway, Broadway, plenty of restaurants. Rooms were basic, no fridge, microwave, etc. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms need a thorough deep cleaning. Stains on the carpet and walls and lots of dust in corners. Water pressure in shower was a trickle. Not a bad place to stay but could use a little work.

Over all pretty decent. My only complaints are we had a premier double queen room but there was no coffee maker or water or even a refrigerator in the room. The room was clean. Bathroom was adequate but the air conditioner lacks in performance. Good location. Nice breakfast places within two blocks. Subway stops very close and Central Park was just a few blocks away. I would stay here again.

After reading the reviews on here I didn't really know what to expect, all I can say is that some people really pick on the smallest things. I thought this hotel was perfect value for money. After staying in the city 8/9 years ago I was very surprised with how this compared. The hotel itself was modern and clean the room more better than expected. Big compared to what I had before, the bed was so comfy! The bathroom was clean and updated so issue with water pressure or temperature. I would highly recommend and I will be staying here again when I go back!

The perfect location in New York. Great hospitality from the moment we entered the hotel. It was so clean and the staff was happy to help. The room is nice and comfy. Price was very affordable. The place were perfectly made for younger and also older people. We will definitely be back here with my family again. Had a really great time.

What can I even say about this magnificent place. Iconic, obviously, but also with so many things to do, see, take pictures of and experience.

Never disappoints! I have been staying here every time I visit the city for 20 years. The location is perfect.Close to theaters, Times Square, Central Park, Subway and many restaurants.The service is friendly & the price is just right.The rooms are not huge.But the beds are comfy and all of the amenities are there .We arrived early in the morning after a red eye flight.They let us check in early and we were most appreciative!Highly recommend.

Ubicación e instalaciones están bien. Con la tarifa que cobran (en mi caso, más de $300) no son capaces de proporcionarte agua en las habitaciones. Servicio pésimo. Buena la infraestructura, el hall principal, la habitaciones y los ascensores muy lindos y limpios y la ubicación es increíble. Sin embargo, 1 de 4 ascensores funciona y eso genera filas de hasta 20 minutos para tomarlo, lo mismo con la recepción, 1 de 5 recepcionistas atendiendo y largas filas. El servicio al cliente muy malo, algunos hostiles, otros indiferentes y me tocó 2 amables en mi estadía de 10 días.

The hotel is pretty good and also in great location. The only problem is with the elevators which are very very slow and there are only 2 in use for more than 20 floors. In the rush hours you can wait sometimes 15 min to get into the elevator. You should take that into consideration if you come for important meetings.Not mentioning social distancing in covid times.

Cons: Outdated rooms. No fridge. A/c barely works. All vending machines out of order. The lobby perfume makes you gag. Housekeeping was extremely loud when cleaning rooms around me. Dark rooms with little lighting.
Pros: good central location. Comfortable bed. Decent sized bathroom.

Excellent location, very attentive staff (I don't know how those few staff members manage everything), clean bedrooms, and great deal for the price. I'm a light sleeper and there is construction across the street but it surprisingly did not bother me. The rooms are insulated but you can hear the outside noise somewhat. Ask for a room away from the elevator if you are a light sleeper. I enjoyed my stay and plan to come back.
