Muito bom hotel, confortável, muito bem decorado, quarto grande e atendimento perfeito. Mas, ele se auto denomina e cobra valores de quatro estrelas. Diria que o lobby tem cara de 4 estrelas mas os alojamentos não. Faltou um pouco para agradar 100%

Além da excelente localização, o serviço e as comodidades dos quartos estão abaixo da média. Eu próprio viajei um pouco e tive a oportunidade de ficar em hotéis de 3 e 4 estrelas, mas não posso dizer que este é um hotel de 4 estrelas. Em primeiro lugar, a luz do banheiro do nosso quarto estava piscando o tempo todo que estivemos lá. Não foi corrigido a tempo. Em segundo lugar, os únicos produtos de higiene pessoal disponíveis são toucas de banho, sabonete e sabonete líquido. Nem mesmo escovas de dente, você tem que pedir para mandar uma para o seu quarto. Terceiro, não há bebidas disponíveis no frigobar. E, por último, o verdadeiro choque é que a máquina de café claramente não parecia limpa! Tive de lavá-lo sozinho e usar metade da água sem gás para executar uma opção de limpeza para a própria máquina. Eu gostaria de ter tirado fotos, mas fiquei tão desapontado que nem me incomodei. Não vale £ 100 / noite.

Other than the great location, service and room amenities is below par. I've done a bit of travelling myself and had the opportunity to stay at 3- and 4-star hotels but I can't say this is a 4-star hotel. Firstly, our room's bathroom light were blinking all the time we were there. It was not fixed on time. Secondly, the only toiletries they have available are shower caps, hand soap and body/face wash. Not even toothbrushes, you actually have to ask one to be sent to your room. Third, no drinks available at the mini fridge. And lastly, the real shocker is the coffee machine clearly looked not cleaned! I had to wash it myself and use up half the still water to run a cleaning option for the machine itself. I wish I took photos but was so disappointed I didn't bother. Not worth £100/night.

Great hotel glad I booked this place stayed on level 6 and the rooms are brilliant. Friendly and helpful staff. Ppe all over the place. Will stay again if I come to Dublin👍👍

Hotel con imponente presencia, detalles muy bien cuidados y bien localizado, muy próximo a la estación de bus y tren, muy buen servicio, amabilidad y eficacia. Con Gimnasio, sauna y buen comedor. Por ponerle un pero las puertas de las habitaciones y pasillos cierran de manera estridente, lo que incomoda el descanso. No obstante muy recomendable.

Wonderful hotel. Lovely, friendly, approachable and helpful staff. Our room was stylish, spacious and clean, with loads of facilities at hand. Slept brilliantly, considering we were in the city centre - the beds are marvelous! So comfy! The restaurant downstairs was really nice too, again with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for making our trip a good and memorable one!

Algo caro para los servicios que ofrece. El ala vieja del hotel es muy vieja, suelos de madera que crujen a cada paso y además irregulares. El gimnasio tiene al menos 15 años. Haced hincapié en que os pongan en la parte nueva, la vieja no tiene ni ascensor. Os tocará cargar maleta arriba maleta abajo. La situación no es mala, pero los alrededores son bastante oscuros cuando cae la noche ... Cosa que suena obvia pero no lo es tanto.

Great location right next to the rail station and very warm and welcoming decor. Food was excellent in the restaurant and continental breakfast was included in the price of the room. Bed was extremely comfortable, great shower (although leaked onto the floor) and 'pod' coffee machine in the room.
