Good value for money. Stayed as a family when visiting hospital. Friendly staff, we all loved the breakfast, brilliant for central London. Kids have food allergies and they are great at helping us and making them feel normal. Rooms are as good as you could expect for the price paid and were nice and clean.

The room is clean, with you usual compliments. No iron which is disappointing, as is the bath water being too cold to allow for a bath!. Staff are lovely - very polite and helpful. I have stayed in several Premier Inn Hotels, and to date, this has been the most disappointing.

A surprising 3 night night stay. My first time in a Premier Inn and I wasn't expecting it to be too good. The reception area, lift and corridors lived up to my expectation and looked a bit tired but the room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was fresh and spotless. The dining area was actually very nice, the hot full breakfast was great, much better than the Ibis Styles with it's cold buffet high sugar options. On 29/1 I ate my evening meal there, good friendly helpful table service and a really tasty mixed grill with gluten free fries (separate oil). Reasonably priced hotel menu too. White Hart pub is also just across the road. I would have no problem staying here again...

Fantastic hotel. Staff are very friendly helpful. Room was clean and well presented. Good location, local shops pub and coffee shops. 10 minute walk to Southwark under ground station. 10minutes on the tube to the heart of London.
We will definitely be using it as a base for trips to London in the future.

We usually pick Premiers because we know we'll have a great stay and great value. The guys and girls running this one were particularly welcoming and for the city, I thought the bar prices were sensible. We'll be back ;)
