Estivemos em Colônia com nossa equipe por causa da Kind + Jugend (feira). O hotel era exatamente como queríamos que fosse. O serviço é cortês e muito útil. Durante a semana, o silêncio no hotel e nas ruas foi sensacional. No fim de semana, é claro que a noite fica um pouco mais agitada devido à localização. Se você tem sono leve, peça um quarto de frente para o pátio.

Estuvimos en Colonia con nuestro equipo por la feria Kind + Jugend. El hotel estaba exactamente como queríamos que fuera. El servicio es cortés y muy útil. Durante la semana reinaba una tranquilidad sensacional en el hotel y en las calles. Hacia el fin de semana, por supuesto, es un poco más inquieto por la noche debido a la ubicación. Si tienes el sueño ligero, pide una habitación que dé al patio.

Um pequeno hotel agradável no coração da cidade velha. Os quartos são simples, mas bem decorados / modernos. Apesar da localização central, os quartos são silenciosos e você pode ter uma boa noite de sono. O pessoal e o patrão foram extremamente simpáticos, o que dificilmente se encontra neste formulário. Me fez sentir bem-vindo em todos os momentos. O café da manhã era administrável, mas fresco, suficiente e algo para todos. Terei todo o prazer de voltar na minha próxima visita a Colônia. Un pequeño y agradable hotel en el corazón del casco antiguo. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero están amuebladas de forma agradable y moderna. A pesar de su céntrica ubicación, las habitaciones son tranquilas y puede dormir bien por la noche. El personal y el jefe fueron extremadamente amables, lo que casi nunca se encuentra en esta forma. Me hizo sentir bienvenido en todo momento. El desayuno era aceptable, pero fresco, suficiente y para todos los gustos. Estaré encantado de volver en mi próxima visita a Colonia. I booked and payed 3 different rooms in this hotel, but due to Covid we couldn't asist to the trade show that was the reason for these rooms. I advised the hotel with plenty time to cancel the rooms (several months), but the hotel didn't acepted it and charged me with the total invoice. Thanks to your professional attitude in this situation, I won't recomend your services to any body.

No air conditioner, no elevator, no hot food at breakfast, very poor wifi connection. Room and location are ok.

Great location but...
- absolutely no-staff avalable
-most staff was rude-- very very rude
-the room was tiny
-demanded more money at checkout then originally stated
-not provide enough shampoo or towels
-breakfast was sandwich meats and tearable coffee
-no elevator.
The day we checked out we asked to leave out bags so we could explore for the day. A normal consideration of any real hotel.
They said "no problem but just pay us money" AND I leave at 4
What "hotel" has no employees past 16:00 ??
I would never stay here again.

What a cute, comfortable hotel. I slept great. The breakfast is a plus. I started each day happy and ready to take on the city. I'll be back!
