Eu queria ir para um lugar agradável para jantar que fosse fácil de chegar e elegante. O que consegui foi um gerente que me perguntou se eu vim sozinho. Quando eu disse a ele, vim sozinho. Ele então começou a me observar pagar o valor correto da minha conta. Peguei e voltou para mim com $ 200 pesos. Está faltando e me disse que devo a ele $ 200 e insinuando que eu devia estar muito cansado ou muito embriagado para saber que não paguei o suficiente quando tomei apenas uma bebida. Eu disse a ele que tinha dado o dinheiro e perguntei a quem tocou na conta, ele disse que ninguém além de si mesmo e eu deveria acreditar nele, ele não pegou o dinheiro, então devo ser eu. Sou uma mulher de negócios, sou ótima com dinheiro, sei que ele pegou meu dinheiro porque pensou que eu estava sozinha. Repugnante!!!

Excelentes bebidas e frios. Boa comida, só fique atento aos pedidos, eles vão se misturar com os outros pedidos, mas além disso tudo foi perfeito nesse lugarzinho. Muito melhor que os outros clubes de praia da região e mais barato.

I wanted to go to a nice place for dinner that was easy to get to and classy. What I got was a manager that asked me if I came alone. When I told him I did come alone. He then proceeded to watch me pay my correct amount for my bill. Took it and came back to me with $200 pesos Is missing and told me that I owe him $200 and implying that I must’ve been too tired or too tipsy to know that I didn’t pay enough when I only had one drink.
I told him that I gave him the money and I asked who touched the bill he said no one other than himself and I should believe him, he didn’t take the money so it must be me. I am a businesswoman I’m great with money I know he took my money because he thought I was alone. Disgusting!!!

Great drinks and cold. Good food, just be sure about your order, they will mix with other orders, but besides that everything was perfect in this little place. Much better that the other beach clubs in the area and cheaper.

UM LUGAR INCRÍVEL !! A foto não faz justiça a este lugar! Eles têm belos quartos estilo cabana individual, com as comodidades perfeitas, perto da praia e vistas incríveis. Se Hospedaram 4 dias e 3 noites e têm 0 reclamações sobre este lugar. Na verdade, estou tentando ficar aqui novamente nos próximos meses. Raquel, Angel e Hector cuidaram de todos os pedidos e responderam todas as perguntas. Esses caras foram muito simpáticos e prestativos e ofereceram sugestões, etc. Eles eram mais como amigos do que funcionários. A comida no clube de praia é excelente e esta área da strip é privada e menos lotada. Encontramos outros hóspedes que tinham o mesmo a dizer sobre a propriedade. Recomendo Kai!

Kai Tulum hands down has the most amazing customer service. My mom and I had a few unfortunate circumstances that Kai Tulum worked on with us to make sure we have the best experience possible. I will definitely come back and stay at Kai Tulum when I am in Mexico again. Thank you!!

AN AMAZING PLACE!! The picture do not do this place justice! They have beautiful Individual hut style rooms, with the perfect amenities, close to the beach, and amazing views. Stayed 4 days and 3 nights and have 0 complaints about this place. I am actually trying to look to stay here again in the next few months. Raquel, Angel, and Hector took care of every request and answered every question. These guys were very friendly and helpful and offered suggestions etc. They were more like friends than staff. The food at the beach club is excellent and this area of the strip is private and less crowded. We ran into other guests who had the same to say about the property. Highly recommend Kai!

We stayed here all day at the restaurant on the beach! FOOD AND DRINKS ARE AMAZING. The beach is clean, the customer service is badass! We are from Russia/Germany/USA/Mexico and we all enjoyed it. Definitey try the pizzas ;-) and Pina Coladas. Cheers!

Este é um ótimo lugar para passar o dia na praia. As cabanas eram adoráveis e tinham camas ajustáveis. O serviço era amigável sem arrogante. Ficamos mais de 6 horas, gastamos cerca de 700 pesos, mas nunca fomos abordados sobre um mínimo.Eu gostei do lado sul da praia em comparação com o lado norte. Há muito menos algas marinhas e eles fazem um ótimo trabalho de limpeza, tanto quanto possível.O lado positivo é que eles têm banheiros muito limpos e um bom chuveiro para tirar toda a areia.

EXELENTE lugar: Muy buen servicio, un lugar muy bonito, limpio, Comida exelente.Los trabajadores: Muy respetuosos, muy amables, servicio rápido.Recamaras: Muy limpias, funcionamiento muy bueno, limpieza buena.Y mi opinión es que:Es un lugar muy bonito (hermoso en realidad) donde puedes venir con toda la familia y pasarla muy bien, te diviertes, juegas, y en mi opinion nunca te aburres.

This was a great place to spend a day on the beach. The cabanas were lovely, and had adjustable beds. The service was friendly without overbearing. We stayed for over 6 hours, spent around 700 pesos, but were never approached about a minimum.I enjoyed the south side of the beach compared to the north side. There is a lot less seaweed, and they do a great job of cleaning up as much as possible.Plus side is they have very clean bathrooms and a nice shower to get all of the sand off.

No me hospede en el hotel, pero si visite el restaurante y el área de playa, en cuanto al restaurante esta rico y algo variado el menú, puedes encontrar desde una hamburguesa hasta algún platillo gourmet con mariscos, los precios también son variados, pero se pueden ajustar a un presupuesto medio. El servicio de los meseros es bueno, muy atentos en todo momento. Como dato, cuentan con estacionamiento que es gratis si consumes algo en el beach club o el restaurante, de lo contrario hay que pagar $200/ día. En general el lugar esta bonito, a pie de playa para disfrutar el día y el paisaje.

Si no estas hospedado puedes "rentar" unos camastros por $400 en consumo del restaurante. El menú es de platillos ligeros y contemporaneos de fusión. En el restaurante, el servicio es excelente. El café estilo americano es delicioso u cualquier opción de alimento parece buena idea. En cuanto a los platillos que ordenamos esa ocasión, todo estuvo delicioso. Muy recomendable y de ambiente relajado. La música de ambiente es variada y va ad hoc con el tipo de comensales. Demasiado tranquilo como para ir con niños, es más recomendable para parejas y familias con hijos arriba de 15 años.
