Nice hotel, good location, new and clean. Only down side to the hotel rooms is the central controlled cooling. It's too loud. They only way I could fall a sleep is with ear plugs. This was my second visit, I was hoping this problem would have been solved. Beds are bit to hard

A wonderful hotel. Newly built by Regal hotels. Very clean. Value for money. Even long stay packages are nicely designed.

Rooms are clean, small but sufficient. Cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. Though lack facilities but it has a small coffee corner with snacks n coffee. The front desk staffs need to work on their smiles.

The hotel is new and clean. We like its location, convenient and central to many tourist locations. We also like their provided amenities. We did not get to use the gym or the laundry facilities because they were under construction :(

Fitness center closed for remodeling. Need Hong Kong power adapter for outlet, hotel does not offer or loan out adapters. Taxi drivers cannot find the hotel :( hotel is undergoing reconstruction work in lobby and on upper floors. Rooms are new, modern, spacious and clean. No restaurant. Many excellent places to eat all around.
