Muito boa comida poderia ser melhor, eu dou um 3 *, mas isso é Cuba. Restaurante à la carte ... fomos para o buffet depois :( É difícil ter toalhas limpas. Tenho uma linda ratinha no meu quarto ela me acordou na noite em que estava remexendo no meu lixo ... então eu deixa a luz acesa e não vejo mais !! Excelente equipe e serviço muito bom. A bela praia, mas ainda venta O serviço Privilege não vale a pena!
O hotel tem uma excelente vista. A equipe é muito agradável. Os restaurantes especializados são muito agradáveis. excelentes vistas da praia e do mar a partir dos bangalôs fenomenais. Quartos confortáveis com todo o conforto. Concertos à noite com piano e saxofone. O maravilhoso hotel.
Eu tive um tempo maravilhoso, obrigado a todos por nos receber e nos fazer sentir em casa! Voltarei com certeza, boa comida, ótimo entretenimento, dançarinos incríveis, muito limpos! ❤❤❤

Local de férias perfeito. Obrigado Orestes e sua equipe por cuidar de nós desde o momento em que pisamos neste hotel. A comida era boa, a praia estava um pouco agitada enquanto estávamos lá, mas tivemos alguns dias de ondas calmas e belo pôr do sol. Jesus e a equipe de entretenimento ao lado da piscina foram hilários e nos fizeram sentir como velhos amigos. Eu definitivamente voltarei para outra visita.

Hotel cinco estrelas sim, eu sei que é Cuba, mas ficamos no Valentin em Santa Maria e foi adorável novo quarto de hotel foi ótimo, como foi as instalações no entanto, o serviço diferente de 3 a 4 funcionários foi horrível. Sou um caminhão basculante que trouxe muitas coisas para oferecer, além de necessidades de gerenciamento de dinheiro para treinar novamente a equipe no atendimento ao cliente. Serviço de restaurantes e comida era um 2 preferiria comer no buffet nunca estará de volta aqui

El hotel tiene una vista excelente. El personal es muy agradable. Los restaurantes especializados están muy lindos. excelente playa y vistas al mar desde los bungalows fenomenales. Habitaciones confortables con todas las comodidades. Conciertos nocturnos con piano y saxofón. El hotel maravilloso.

Just got back from having a amazing 1 week allincluve holiday at the Valentine CayoCruz,I can not say enough good things about the staff there we paid for the upgrade to privlage and it was worth every Penney I have never felt so welcomed to a resort as Lester made us feel as soon as we walked into the lobby he was right there to greet us and get us all checked in he even gave us a tour and help us with our bags up to our room he was awesome the next day he introduced us to Orestes who can speak many langues and was also amazing after spending the week there I feel like Orestes is my long lost Cuban friend and I have known him forever , when the privilege bar was open we mostly got our drinks from there Jose and Omar both take great pride in the jobs and you can tell by the drinks they make people allways talk about how the food isn't very good in Cuba but let me tell you I have never had a better cappuccino then the ones they made all the staff in every department I encountered was amazingly friendly and allways had a smile , this resort is new and the rooms are beautiful awesome shower pressure nice beds but I would recommend you bring your go any where my pillow as there is just one long body pillow , I brought mine and my sister was jelous, this resort is a little winding but I don't mind less bugs and humility, the beach is amazing and remember be kind to the staff I hope to see them all there year after year when I visit agian
Was a brand new resort when we got there. Friendly staff. Nice designs. All free aalchohols are the lower quality brands. Food was not a great option and below average. Staff had a very limited ability to speak english and a bit hard to communicate although were doing their best. A lot of staff were very young and inexperienced. Beach got closed on 2nd day as ocean brought a lot of sea weeds and they were incapable of cleaning the beach so they just closes it and we had no cubaan beach during on our vaction. Other than the buffet that food is not good, they have 2 fancy restaurants with reservations everyother nights. You have to reserve early otherwise you won't get any chance and have to eat the crapy foods at buffet. With all the percussions we took we both still got sick with diarrhea. So don't know where and how we got it! Very far from any city so you are stuck in the resort. About over an hour taxi drive to and from airport. No shopping options other than one very small shop or the only next door resort has a few better shops for alcohol or souvenir shopping. Have your diarrhea and necessary medication with you. Do not drink their water or even brush your teeth with it or in the pool when you swim avoid even slight swallow. They call themselves 5 stars but i would give them max 4 stars unless thei implove with experienced staff with english speaking abilities and high improving in their buffet food and alcohol choices for a 5 stars resort. So i say they are 4 stars. But i recommend them overall as long as they stay cheap as we paid $700 in November 2019. Good luck!
Beach: 4.5 stars Beach service and facilities: 3.0 Buffet serves: 3.5 Buffet food:2.5 Restaurant (all) service: 3.5 Restaurant food:2.0 Room: 3.5 Room service: 2 Entertainment: 2.0 Artists (dancers): 4.0 Front desk: 3.5 VIP(privileged): 2.0 Overall impression: Workers ( cleaning staff and others) are polite, hard working people. They often missing basic services, they amazingly made it become YOUR problem and then they will solve YOUR problem. For example, they will not make up the bed when you are back from the beach the end of the day (sometimes after dinner), no clean towels, or did not refill the fridge( not even water). Tipped them didn't make any difference. It is so frustrating, you wouldfinally giveup and find ways around it or manage. It was funny in someways, you paid for the best room and best services, but didn't even get basic services. Many guests had the same feeling, whenever you start a conversation about the resort, everybody has lots to complain, it's like a tharopy. It is so funny. The staff is so nice, you don't want to hurt their feelings. But they really need good training and good management. The good: the beach is away from human settlements, the color of the osean is so beautiful. Recommendation: if all you want is a nice beach, this is a good choice. If you also care about other services, you should wait for a year or so, let others go there and complain, they will learn over time. After a year or so, it could be a decent resort.
Perfect vacation spot. Thank you Orestes and your crew for taking care of us from the moment we stepped onto this hotel. Food was good, beach was a little rough while we were there, but we got a few days of calm waves and beautiful sunsets. Jesus, and The Entertainment crew at the pool side, were hilarious and made us feel like old friends. I will definitely be back for another visit.
Five star hotel yes I know it's Cuba but we stayed at the Valentin in Santa Maria and it was lovely new hotel room was great as was the facilities however the service other than 3 to 4 staff was awful. I'm a tipper brought lots of stuff to give plus money management needs to retrain staff on customer service. Restaurants service and food was a 2 would rather eat at the buffet will never be back here

Great services, great people, nice hotel. The shows at night, the best i've seen. The dancers are fabulous. Professionnal staff. Money well spent. Enjoy the fun!!
