Bardzo zaniedbane pokoje z mnóstwem kurzu, wyrwanym i niezabezpieczonym gniazdkiem,niedziałającym wiatrakiem - patrz zdjęcia. Poza tym brak ciepłej wody w łazience. Dramatyczny kontakt z obsługą w recepcji gdy chcieliśmy rozwiązać te problemy lub po prostu zamienić pokój na inny, nawet droższy. Nie polecam.

Bardzo dobra cena za nocleg w Krakowie. Blisko CENTRUM. Ale....... w pokojach niestety panuje wysoce "studencki" stan. Brak windy czy pomocy ze strony personelu również nie działa korzystnie.

Eu não tive tempo de estar neste lugar porque tive que cancelar minha estadia. Foi informado no momento da reserva que havia um recurso gratuito e nenhum cartão de pagamento foi solicitado. Porém, na confirmação do pedido, foi solicitado o pagamento da metade do valor em dois dias. Eu fiz esse pagamento. Fiz a reserva muito antes e infelizmente houve imprevistos que obrigaram a cancelar. Eu tinha certeza de que, como há um recurso gratuito, se feito em tempo hábil, o dinheiro a ser pago, que me foi solicitado imediatamente, seria devolvido. Infelizmente, fui enganado e pela informação de que o site da pousada não tem direito a reembolso. Eu fui roubado.

Eu não recomendo .... após o check-in, a senhora nos levou a um cortiço encardido, no quarto que estou na sauna. Você tem que andar um pouco para tomar o café da manhã. Tivemos uma tempestade no primeiro dia, então estávamos procurando algo próximo para comer enquanto corríamos. Temos um quarto no terceiro andar, onde um sem-teto passou a noite. O fedor era incrível.

Before the arrival I contacted the reception in regards to the booking made on booking.com. Explained I needed to change the booking for 2 nights instead of 4 and I can only cancel via the booking.com portal unless the hostel can do something from their site. We ended up agreeing on shorter stay but hotel would add the breakfast at no extra cost. Unfortunately on the arrival (checked in just after 12 am) I was unpleasantly told we are not getting any breakfast unless we want to pay for it. The confirmation email received from the hostel in regards amended booking was completely ignored and we couldn’t even speak to the manager! We felt very disappointed and treated unfairly!

Antes do check-in, a reserva foi cancelada, ainda inundamos o albergue e nos instalamos. Não no quarto que estava reservado, mas não assustador. A pousada é ok, mas um pouco suja, o banheiro é novo e limpo, e a sala está um pouco gordurosa e gordurosa de mosquitos e o cheiro de um velho avô enfumaçado. Por algumas noites, ok.

Hotel is close enough the the old town and in the jewish quarter (wich is beautiful) enough bars/restaurants nearby and ofcourse its super cheap for what you get Only the room looked a bit weird because of the weird lighting in it, and there was a little part in the shower closes, but common, for that price you can't expect the nicest rooms in Poland, when your on a citytrip the priority is to sleep in a room, not spend time there

Nice, friendly receptionists. However they should really improve cleanliness of the bedrooms. Bathroom and bedroom looks very dirty, sinks toilets like no one care for a long time...

Impecables las habitaciones y ordenadas. Y el apartamento justo en el mismo portal que la recepción. Las recepcionistas fueron muy amables además.
