Os quartos são muito bons e limpos, mas os funcionários do albergue são muito hostis e não são bons no trabalho. Os preços não são os mesmos na página de reserva e no albergue quando você chega à recepção. Se você quer recibo precisa pedir algumas vezes, o pessoal está muito confuso porque pedimos recibo, ela não sabia o que dizer quando pedimos e ela disse: "Por que você precisa de um recibo, você paga sua acomodação e é isso. " Acho que foi uma das minhas acomodações menos favoritas aqui em Zagreb.

Rooms are pretty good and clean, but hostel staff are very unfriendly and not good at their work. Price are not same at the booking page as in hostel when you come to front desk. If you want receipt you need to ask few times for it, staff are very confused because we ask for receipt, she does not knew what to said when we asked her and she are just like "Why you need a receipt, you pay your accomodation and that is it." I think it was one of my least favourite accomodation here in Zagreb.

¡¡Gran experiencia!! Apartamentos increíbles por poco dinero, recepción 24/7, realmente servicial. La entrada se encuentra justo en el centro, pero después de algún tipo de cochera, ¡así que no te molestará el tráfico! Gracias y nos vemos de nuevo !!

Ótima experiência!! Apartamentos incríveis por pouco dinheiro, recepção 24/7, muito úteis. A entrada está localizada no centro da cidade, mas depois de algum tipo de garagem, para que você não seja incomodado pelo tráfego !! Obrigado e até mais !!

Great experience!! Amazing apartments for little money, 24/7 reception, realy helpfull. The entrance is located right downtown, but after some sort of carport, so you are not bothered by the traffic at all!! Thanks and w'll see you again!!

Very friendly staff (especially the cleaning lady, so nice!) and rooms are comfortable and clean. They have everything you need. It was a bit quiet but it’s January so I did not mind.
