The worst 5 star hotel experience in the beginning, no coffee machine in the room, swimming poor is not clean, food not very fresh, too many external customers using the restaurants and facilities, and the hotel sometimes only allows external customer reserve table. Although there’s a Thai restaurant in the hotel, they have outstanding food there, really recommend. And the good side is, after we reported the reviews, they took care of it, and trying to make things up, appreciated.

One of the best hotel in town, I went for a four day conference with family, Commencing from reception, staff was very helpful. They guide me meticulously on all the things in my package fairly. Checkin process was smooth and easy. Hyatt give you option to take room key in your apple wallet.Entrance was beautiful, there was a buffet breakfast in resturant, consolidated by service of fresh items by experience chefRoom has all amenities 3-4 telephone, wardrobes, study table, very beautiful view from balconyHotel also has private beach and bar near beach.Hotel have outsourced transport service, need improvement and availability at anytime, however, uber is available and cheapI recommend staying at grand hyatt hotel

O hotel tem sido um dos melhores em Doha, no entanto, recentemente, com muitos novos hotéis abrindo em Doha, acredito que o Grand Hyatt deveria considerar reformar seu hotel. Os quartos são muito antigos também o lobby e o salão principal parece muito antigo. Além disso, o estacionamento em frente à entrada principal deve ser pelo menos gratuito para os hóspedes do hotel. A comida no serviço de quarto é ok, porém acredito que podem melhorar assim como os restaurantes do hotel. As principais vantagens do hotel, é que eles têm uma praia particular, o hotel oferece villas então se você é um grande grupo de amigos ou uma família esta seria uma ótima opção para você, e a localização do hotel é a melhor fica muito perto dos principais destinos da cidade. No geral é um hotel muito bom, porém com o mesmo valor você pode encontrar opções melhores.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room is clean. It has a balcony. I think every room has a balcony and a terrace. We have the pool and sea view. The receptionist especially Narimene was very accommodating and so kind.And also Tul & Dol thank you.Great hospitality and wonderful breakfast at Santa Monica. The staff especially Christine and Zara is friendly and professional. Nothing is less than excellent. That outdoor pool was huge. Our first time staying in this hotel. It was amazing experience. Definitely will go back anytime soon.

Great stay at the hotel, testing out all the different facilities. There were few things not working in the room when we just checked in, but staff were very helpful to address these problems right away. Also for some reason the room service menu is not provided in the room, you have to specifically call and ask for it - just a tip. However, everything else was exceptionally well done, the restaurants offer great value and delicious food. The Spa was a great experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and swimming pools too. Not too many patrons this time of year.

The hotel has been one of the best in Doha, however recently with many new hotels opening in Doha, I believe that the Grand Hyatt should consider renovating their hotel. The rooms are very dated also the lobby and the main hall feels very old. Also the parking in front of the main entrance should at least be free to the hotel guests. The food at the room service is okay, however I believe that they can improve it just like the restaurants in the hotel.
The main pros of the hotel, is that they have a private beach, the hotel offer villas so if you are a big group of friends or a family this would be a great option for you, and the location of the hotel is the best as it is very close to the main destinations in the city.
Overall it is a really nice hotel, however with the same value you can find better options.

Excellent hôtel, nous avons eu une très belle suite, très bien équipée, mobilier à rafraîchir, une terrasse énorme mais pas propre et mobilier pas très confortable. Nous avons fait la quarantaine 48h , imposé par le gouvernement, les plats livrés dans les chambres indignes d’un hôtel 5* , manque de café ( une capsule expresso par jour 😅 ) ils ont un réel problème avec le café ☕️ ! C’est tout simplement inacceptable, quand vous payez, plus de 1200€ pour deux nuits, de manquer d’un meilleur service , et une terrasse propre ! Dommage

I’m soo disappointed. I made a reservation in booking.com for 3 adult per room but when I called the hotel to confirm my booking they said they only allowed 2 person in a room. Luckily I didn’t pay full amount in booking.com. I don’t know why such false advertising and allowing other apps to mislead your customers. I have to cancel my reservation due to that.

Os quartos são bastante espaçosos, com todas as comodidades básicas. O serviço de limpeza é imaculado. No geral, uma ótima experiência.O lounge do andar de baixo oferece um dos melhores americanos do Qatar. Vale a pena tentar. No geral, é sempre uma delícia de se visitar.

We had booked quarantine stay for two days expecting that a five star facility would offer the best service. Much to our disappointment, it is by far our worst stay at any hotel. The food was worst, offered from an elaborate preset menu, but we were served with potatoes and peas gravy with raw bread during breakfast, same dal and rice for lunch and dinner and shockingly rotten smelly fruits. When we reminded the staff about missing items on the preset menu, they said that the menu has been changed. Same thing was repeated everyday and we barely ate anything. Please think twice before booking GH!

The breakfast buffet was full of options but the taste was only okay, feel like everything was just frozen and reheated.
Room was clean, spacious & while there was a mixup at the front desk about what I paid for as part of my package, the check in was simple & straight forward but a little long for a pretty calm, not at all busy afternoon.
I expected a little more from a hotel that’s on the upper end of the spectrum, but not disappointed either.
Side note: wasn’t courteous to remove guests from the breakfast area due to a mistake on the hotel’s end during check in. These subtle issues differentiate a good hotel from a great hotel.

The lounge downstairs offer one of the best Americano in Qatar. It is worth trying. Overall always a delight to visit.

A little gem in the heart of Doha. This 5 star hotel has exceeded my expectations. It is a bit old as a building but has a lot of charm. The rooms are renovated and very comfortable, clean and pristine bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We tried 2 of the restaurants, the Thai place and the Santa Monica Breakfast Club and both were amazing. It also has a nice swimming pool and beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a staycation or when you visit Doha

The stay was good however 2 of the hotel employees were able to upgrade our expectations from good to excellent. The first one was Zakariae from the front office; he litteraly had a solution to every problem we had, always available and always ready to help. The second one was Mohamed (the Moroccan) from Monkey Tale; because of his energy and great spirit (despite the heat) we spent the best time at this place and we went back every day! Thank you!

Well , I had stayed in this hotel for a staycation package with my family. They have a good property with plenty of greens around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. But the amenities provided is not upto mark for a five star hotel . If u are planning for a room service , you need to place the orders well in advance as they take around 45 minutes to deliver the food . The quantity of food is very less and the taste is average. The pool and beach is something that you should not miss. Kids and adults both will enjoy.

Hotel ideal para descansar. Staff muito atencioso ( agradecimento especial ao Mahdi Mahmoud, pela sua, simpatia, disponibilidade e profissionalismo. Ficou um amigo). Tem 5 restaurantes temáticos( árabe, italiano, tailandês, americano e bistrô) e um na praia.Várias piscinas e praia privativa. O pequeno almoço é variado e muito bom. Os quartos são amplos bem com as casas de banho. Tem um centro comercial mesmo em frente( Lagoona Mall) onde há um Carrefour e imensas lojas e restaurantes. A Pearl, fica a 5 minutos de taxi. Recomendo vivamente este alojamento
