This place is poorly managed. The laundry machine will not work, but no one is available to help. The remodel is super weird, and now you have to lug your suitcases across the old ballroom. The bartender quit, so there is no bar. There are no coke products, and only one Pepsi product is available. There is no caffeinated tea available, either. No tissue for the bathrooms. It feels as though management can not afford to keep this place stocked and running. It is quite depressing, really.

It was excellent. The price was reasonable, rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was also easy to find and had good access to downtown Bentonville

Hotel was relatively clean but had strange odor. Hotel doesn’t serve food but does serve alcohol. Room was sparse and skimped on coffee and towels. Staff made no attempt to upgrade upon request-hotel was not even 30% occupied. Hallways confusing with lack of signage.

Amazing place It’s really awesome place to stay So clean and well maintained Absolutely all my friends love this place! Here the Staff is super nice! We’ll arrange Rooms & are very clean. Beds and pillows are perfect! The pool is beautiful. I will definitely suggest all my family & friend members if they are visiting here They have huge meetings conferences and party’s halls

Very nice property with large rooms, a pool, and a beautiful lobby. Staff is very nice and accommodating. There is currently no restaurant or breakfast, however there is hot coffee and hot tea in the morning. I recommend this property!
