Wow this hotel defiantly has it all. Such an amazing place with so much to do. Everything was spot on here. Such a warm welcome from Adam and the other man at the concierge which made such a great first impression here. We had dinner at the embers restaurant on site and the food was amazing and the great hospitality received here from Sandeep and other staff. The facilities at this resort are endless with nice extra touches like dressing gowns, slippers, room service and stocked mini bar fridge. Rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Buffet breakfast is really good with lots of options. Excellent facilities, views, dining, rooms and service. Nothing to fault here and we look forward to returning in future.

Our company stayed overnight for team building at the Fairmont resort in November .It was a breeze to work with Sarah Simmons. She was professional in handling the booking. The rooms were comfortable and the food was delicious as well. The staff were happy with the weekend. She kept us in touch of the bushfire situation .

We've been coming here every year for the past 4 years (it's becoming a family tradition). The Fairmont Resort is always clean, well-equipped, beautiful and very comfortable to stay at. The staff are amazing and extremely friendly and professional. They love seeing families and are very patient if you have kids with you. Make sure you ask for Adam or Mick at the concierge, they'll definitely look after you. Don't forget to visit the famous three sisters at Katoomba... it's just a 10 min drive away.

The vibes at this resort breath family getaway with so much for both adults and kids to enjoy. The food is also amazing. The dishes and deserts at Embers are exceptional. We can't wait to return
