Que hotel maravilhoso! Cada detalhe aqui é precioso e eu não poderia estar mais satisfeito em começar minha lua de mel aqui. A equipe é atenciosa, tipo e paciente (minha esposa e eu não foram mais juntos após a nossa dez horas voo), e os pequenos toques que eles têm são verdadeiramente especial. Para não mencionar que as salas públicas são acolhedoras, e comida é boa, e quem pode reclamar de uma taça de champanhe todas as noites? O chá e o cacau também são doces brindes. O que uma jóia de encontrar!

O hotel Mantis Draycott é absolutamente lindo com seu lindo estilo inglês. O serviço durante a minha estadia foi ótimo, e o chá da tarde é um toque agradável.No entanto, o quarto em que fiquei tinha um aparelho de ar condicionado quebrado e uma das janelas não abria, então o quarto estava muito quente à noite.

El hotel Mantis Draycott es absolutamente hermoso con su magnífico estilo inglés. El servicio durante mi estadía fue excelente, y el té de la tarde es un buen toque.Sin embargo, la habitación en la que me alojé tenía una unidad de aire acondicionado rota y una de las ventanas no se abría, por lo que la habitación estaba muy caliente por la noche.

The Mantis Draycott hotel is absolutely beautiful with its gorgeous English style. The service during my stay was great, and the afternoon tea is a nice touch.
However, the room I stayed in had a broken A/C unit and one of the windows would not open, so the room was very hot at night.

Ficamos aqui para o meu aniversário e esta foi a segunda vez. Minha esposa fez um esforço real e pagou e pediu para deixar balões de fora com presentes especiais em que não só o quarto estava arrumado quando chegamos eles perderam um dos presentes. Não há serviço de quarto para bebidas e eu também tive que pagar pela água, o que é a primeira vez para mim. O café da manhã em que era tarde também estava frio e muito caro não valeu a pena. Infelizmente não ficaríamos neste hotel novamente. Desculpe, eles precisam fazer melhor. Adam Upton

Nos alojamos aquí por mi cumpleaños y esta fue la segunda vez. Mi esposa hizo un gran esfuerzo y pagó y pidió que dejaran globos con regalos especiales en los que no solo la habitación estaba arreglada cuando llegamos, sino que perdieron uno de los regalos. No hay servicio de habitaciones en las bebidas y también tuve que pagar por el agua, que es la primera vez para mí. El desayuno en el que se tardo tambien estaba frio y muy caro no merecia la pena. Lamentablemente no nos volveríamos a hospedar en este hotel. Lo siento, necesitan hacerlo mejor. Adán Upton

We stayed here for my Birthday and this was the second time. My wife made a real effort and payed and asked for balloons to be left out with special gifts in which not only was the room made up when we arrived they lost one of the gifts. Their is no room service on drinks and I also had to pay for water which is a first time for me. The breakfast in which was late also was cold and very expensive was not worth it. Unfortunately we would not be staying in this hotel again. Sorry they need to do better. Adam Upton

I stayed here 2 years ago and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. With the gorgeous rooms and access to the beautiful central garden making it very special.

Impressed in so many ways with this hotel! Not only was it in a cute part of London with shops and restaurants all around, it was also close to the Tube. I felt I was in some Victorian movie with the eloquent room, ample space inside (hard to find in EU), and helpful, friendly staff. We even went down for champagne hour and met some lovely guests from other parts of the world and had a wonderful chat. Can't wait to stay at this hotel again when I am in London.

¡Qué maravilloso hotel! Todos los detalles aquí son preciosos y no podría estar más contento de comenzar mi luna de miel aquí. El personal es servicial, amable y paciente (mi esposa y yo no éramos los más juntos después de nuestro vuelo de diez horas), y los pequeños detalles que han dado son realmente especiales. Sin mencionar que las habitaciones públicas son acogedoras y la comida es buena, ¿y quién puede quejarse de una copa de champán gratis cada noche? El té y el cacao también son golosinas dulces. ¡Qué joya de encontrar!

My husband and I visited the Draycott yesterday for afternoon tea and I would like to offer a rather mixed review about this. The drawing room where it was served was lovely, the gentleman attending to us was fab and the food was lovely and very generous however the drawing room leads onto a garden and there was some rather large issue with a family staying there that made our visit really uncomfortable and stressful. The woman kept running in and out slamming doors and shouting and the it child was doing the same and kept coming to our table and staring at is. It was quite cold and as the room is small it was very disruptive and noisy and the relaxing ambience of afternoon tea was ruined by this. The staff didnt do anything either until we complained and it was too late. It's a shame as it's a lovely place to visit but it was tainted by this family's behaviour.

Lovely small old fashioned hotel, full of authenticity and soul. Excellent service and attentive staff. Comfortable bed and beautifully renovated bathroom. Super location in quiet street near Sloane Square. What a pleasure reading the paper by the chimeny looking at the garden... I did not want to leave!

What a wonderful hotel! Every detail here is precious and I could not be more pleased with starting my honeymoon here. The staff are helpful, kind, and patient (my wife and I were not the most put together after our ten hour flight), and the little touches they've given are truly special. Not to mention that the public rooms are cozy, and food is nice, and who can complain about a free glass of champagne every evening? The tea and cocoa are sweet freebies, too. What a gem of a find!
