Este lugar é um ótimo hotel! Os quartos são todos suítes e recentemente reformados, então não há queixas. As camas são confortáveis e os móveis são bons. O quarto em que estávamos tinha um stick de TV de fogo para o serviço de TV, o que eu não acho que seja uma boa ideia para um hotel, pois é destinado ao uso doméstico, então ficamos presos na conta de outra pessoa e foi confuso utilizar o serviço de TV a cabo utilizado pelo hotel. Os funcionários são muito agradáveis e dispostos a ajudá-lo se você precisar. Café-da-manhã é ok com eles com uma seleção média de alimentos. A localização é boa ao lado da interestadual e eles estão muito perto de um restaurante agradável. No geral, este hotel é ótimo se você quiser fazer uma pausa na condução durante a noite, especialmente por ser um ótimo preço barato na maioria das vezes.

This place is a great hotel! The rooms are all suites and recently renovated so there are no complaints there. Beds are comfortable and furniture is nice. The room we were in had a fire tv stick in it for the TV service which I don't think is a good idea at all for a hotel since it's intended for home use so we were stuck signed into someone else's account and it was confusing to use the cable TV service used by the hotel. The staff there are very pleasant and willing to help you if you need it. Breakfast is ok with them having an average selection of food. Location is alright being right next to the interstate and them being very close by to a nice diner. Overall this hotel is great if you want to take a break from driving for the night especially with it being a great cheap price most of the time.

Visitei por 1 noite com a família. Quarto, tarifa e serviço ao cliente foi um 4,5 estrelas!!! No geral eu dei 3 porque... Cheguei à piscina por volta das 20h depois de um dia muito longo. Nunca NUNCA estive em uma piscina coberta que estava congelando. A água estava tão fria que outros membros da família não entravam e, garoto, eles estavam infelizes depois de ansiar por isso o dia todo. Café-da-manhã: Foi-nos dito um pequeno-almoço "quente". Foi terrível, sanduíches pré-fabricados que você coloca no microondas, caramba. Foi tudo medíocre. Olhei em volta no café da manhã e foi terrível. Caminhamos alguns segundos até a lanchonete I-84 e tomamos café da manhã. Caso contrário: Felizmente o quarto era melhor do que esperávamos!!!

Overall I gave 3 because...
Got to the pool around 8pm after a very long day. Never EVER been to an indoor pool that was freezing. Water was so cold other family members would not go in, & boy they were unhappy after looking forward to it all day.
Breakfast: We were told a "hot" breakfast.
It was terrible, pre-made sandwiches that you put in microwave, yikes. It was all mediocre. Looked around at the breakfast & it was terrible. We walked a few seconds to the I-84 diner & had breakfast their.
Otherwise: Thankfully the room was better than we expected!!!

Quarto estava limpo. A equipe amigável da frente foi acolhedora. Havia uma piscina e área de fitness, mas não a utilizamos. O pequeno-almoço continental básico é servido aqui. Se você pedir alguma coisa, você tem que ir até a recepção. No entanto, os ruídos podem ser ouvidos de crianças correndo e teria preferido se eles fossem reservados em quartos mais distantes para não incomodar outros moradores.

La habitación estaba limpia. El amable personal de recepción fue servicial. Había una piscina y un gimnasio, pero no la usamos. Aquí se sirve un desayuno continental básico. Si pides algo tienes que ir a la recepción. Sin embargo, se pueden escuchar ruidos de niños corriendo y hubiera preferido que estuvieran reservados en habitaciones más alejadas para no molestar a otros residentes.

Room was clean. Friendly front staff were accommodating. There was a pool and fitness area but we didn't use it. Basic continental breakfast is served here. If you request anything you have to go to the front desk. Noises can be heard from kids running around however and would have preferred if we they were booked in rooms further away to not disturb other residents.

Minha estadia no hotel Comfort Suites em Fishkill foi maravilhosa! Fiquei em um quarto king com jacuzzi. O quarto estava limpo e espaçoso. O serviço de recepção estava no ponto. Este foi o meu primeiro dia e eu definitivamente voltaria enquanto visitava a área. A piscina estará em operação em breve, o que estou ansioso para usar. Pequeno-almoço gratuito está incluído que era decente. Você pode até fazer suas próprias panquecas na máquina de panquecas de alta tecnologia que foi legal. Eles têm sanduíches de café-da-manhã Jimmy Dean que você pode microondas. Cereais, café com leite e bebidas básicas como suco inclusos.

Enquanto o quarto era espaçoso e limpo, eu certamente não apreciei ser acordado às 4 da manhã da primeira manhã de nossa estadia por outros hóspedes sendo extremamente barulhento nos corredores e portas batendo. Então, na noite de nossa segunda noite, finalmente tive que ir à recepção para reclamar das pessoas barulhentas nos corredores e do lado de fora da porta de entrada do hotel. Porque nossa porta estava no final do corredor, literalmente ao lado da entrada lateral externa, e há uma lacuna de 1 1/4 de polegada (sim, medimos a lacuna), você podia ouvir tudo! A recepção disse que eles não poderiam fazer nada para nós, exceto deixar uma nota para o gerente do hotel pela manhã. Ela disse que o hotel estava completamente lotado e não podia nem mudar o nosso quarto, mas no meu caminho de volta para o meu quarto, havia vários quartos com os adesivos sobre a entrada dizendo que o quarto estava limpo. Meu conselho ...... não fique aqui! A equipe não se preocupa com o conforto de seus hóspedes! Péssimo atendimento ao cliente!

tive que isolar aqui enquanto eu tinha covid e foi uma experiência tão ruim. a mulher na recepção é incrivelmente rude, especialmente quando eu já estou lidando com estar doente e fora disso. Liguei para a recepção duas vezes perguntando sobre onde conseguir água e onde encontrar impressoras (pedidos normais, lembre-se de você) e ela tinha o tom mais ofensivo enquanto mal me dava informações. muito menos não ser informado sobre a existência de um limite de impressoras até DEPOIS de ter começado a imprimir coisas para o meu exame final em dois dias. água é de US$ 3, o que é insano para um hotel como este. experiência mais degradante nunca… mas os quartos são pelo menos bastante agradáveis.

¡Mi estadía en el hotel Comfort Suites en Fishkill fue maravillosa! Me alojé en una habitación king con jacuzzi. El cuarto era limpio y espacioso. El servicio de recepción estuvo a la altura. Este fue mi primer día y definitivamente regresaría mientras visitaba el área. La piscina estará en funcionamiento pronto y espero usarla. El desayuno gratuito está incluido, que era decente. Incluso puedes hacer tus propios panqueques en la máquina para hacer panqueques de alta tecnología, lo cual fue genial. Tienen sándwiches de desayuno Jimmy Dean que puedes calentar en el microondas. Incluye cereal, café con leche y bebidas básicas como jugo.

had to isolate here while i had covid and it was such a bad experience. the woman at the front desk is incredibly rude especially when i’m already dealing with being sick and out of it. i called the front desk twice asking about where to get water and where to find printers (normal requests mind you) and she just had the most insulting tone while barely giving me any information. let alone not being told about there being a limit on printers until AFTER i had started printing stuff for my final exam in two days. water is $3 which is insane for a hotel like this. most demeaning experience ever…but the rooms are pretty nice at least.

My stay at the Comfort Suites hotel in Fishkill was wonderful! I stayed in a king room with a jacuzzi. The room was clean and spacious. Front desk service was on point. This was my first day and I would definitely return while visiting the area. The pool will be in operation soon which I am looking forward to using. Free breakfast is included which was decent. You can even make your own pancakes in the high-tech pancake maker which was cool. They have Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that you can microwave. Cereal, coffee milk and basic beverages like juice for included.

While the room was spacious, and clean, I certainly didn't appreciate being woken up at 4 am the first morning of our stay by other guests being extremely loud in the halls and slamming doors. Then on the evening of our second night, I finally had to go to the front desk to complain about the loud people in the halls and right outside our entrance door to the hotel. Because our door was at the very end of the hall, literally right next to the side outside entrance, and there is an 1 1/4 inch gap (yes we measured the gap), you could hear everything! The front desk said they could do NOTHING for us except leave a note for her hotel manager for the morning. She said the hotel was completely booked and couldn't even move our room, yet on my way back to my room, there were several rooms with the stickers over the entrance saying the room was cleaned. My advice...... don't stay here! The staff don't care about their guests comfort! Terrible customer service!
