Reservamos uma sala para o baile anual do exército, e não apenas o evento foi bem equipado e executado com perfeição, mas também durante a nossa pernoite o serviço foi excepcional! A equipe foi amigável e extremamente útil, Janet foi acima e além para tornar a nossa estadia maravilhosa! O nosso quarto era muito confortável e perfeitamente limpo. We reserved a room for the annual army ball, and not only was the event well staffed and perfectly executed, but also during our overnight stay the service was exceptional! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, Janet went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! Our room was very comfortable and perfectly clean. The view could not be better, and the food was delicious. I will recommend this place every time, and I cannot wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lindo hotel, muito sofisticado, caro para a família média Nós comemos no Chateau Cafe, apenas. Filho e eu jantamos peixe-gato. Muito bom. Esposa teve sopa que era muito bom, apenas não uma grande parte. Ela antecipou ir para a padaria no local para cheesecake, mas eles estavam fora. O Café tinha cheesecake simples que eles ofereceram para trazer. Foi US$ 9 para uma fatia fina. Bom, sim. Vale a pena, talvez não. Ainda uma vista espetacular do Lago Tablerock. É divertido apenas dirigir até ver a vista e (quando fornecido) experimentar a padaria.

Beautiful hotel, very upscale, expensive for the average family We ate at the Chateau Cafe, only.Son and I had catfish dinner. Very good. Wife had soup which was very good, just not a large portion. She anticipated going to the on-site bakery for cheesecake,but they were out. The Cafe had plain cheesecake which they offered to bring out. It was $9 for a thin slice. Good, yes. Worth it, maybe not. Still a spectacular view of Tablerock Lake. It's fun just to drive up to see the view and (when supplied)try the bakery.

A equipe foi incrível! Nossa filha torceu o tornozelo para fazer compras uma noite, quando voltamos ao resort, a equipe não poderia ter sido mais útil. Glenn na recepção foi correndo para uma cadeira de rodas e ofereceu qualquer outra coisa que precisávamos, como um travesseiro ou uma bolsa de gelo. The staff was amazing! Our daughter twisted her ankle out shopping one evening, when we arrived back to the resort the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Glenn at the front desk went running for a wheel chair and offered anything else we needed like a pillow or ice pack. Rick the security guard went and got another type of wheel chair and opened every door and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort is older, but very clean and the pool area is awesome!!! The spa services I received were top notch as well! Great place!

Serviço excelente. Comida deliciosa. Belo fundo e cenário. Sandra e companhia cuidaram excepcionalmente da minha família. Excellent service. Delicious food. Beautiful background and setting. Sandra and company took exceptional care of my family. The front desk made sure we had everything we needed in our room. Extra bedding, towels, etc. We normally stay at Big Cedar but I may have found my new favorite place. And on top of it all, the price is better. I highly recommend Chatèau on the Lake.

Nós não ficamos no Chateau mas tivemos brunch de Páscoa no Chateau Grille. Jessie, a gerente de F&B, forneceu excelentes serviços de reserva e acompanhamento. Muito profissional e agradável. Fiquei no resort para uma conferência. Meu quarto tinha um cheiro velho, mas por outro lado era bom. Eu amo que os elevadores são rápidos. Eu não interagia com a equipe com muita frequência, mas eles eram poucos e muito tranquilos. A maioria sorriu, mas não falou. Eu amei que a piscina coberta estava aberta 24 horas. Estava em uma ótima localização e a vista era incrível. Foi uma estadia agradável, mas não tenho certeza se voltaria.

Me alojé en el resort para una conferencia. Mi habitación tenía un olor rancio, pero por lo demás era agradable. Me encanta que los ascensores sean rápidos. No interactué con el personal muy a menudo, pero eran pocos y muy tranquilos. La mayoría sonrió pero no habló. Me encantó que la piscina cubierta estuviera abierta las 24 horas. I stayed at the resort for a conference. My room had a stale smell but otherwise was nice. I love that the elevators are quick. I did not interact with staff very often, but they were few and very quite. Most smiled but did not speak. I loved that the indoor pool was open 24 hours. It was in a great location and the view was amazing. It was a nice stay but I am not sure that I would return.

We did not stay at the Chateau but had Easter brunch at the Chateau Grille. Jessie, the F&B Manager, provided excellent reservation and follow-up services. Very professional and pleasant. The chef did a wonderful job with the brunch with varied tasty selections for breakfast and lunch and amazing desserts. The staff in the dining room were extremely pleasant and responsive. Great job by all. We would highly recommend!

Os funcionários do hotel e restaurante foram excepcionalmente amigáveis. A comida no Chateau Grille estava deliciosa. O resort oferece uma grande variedade de comodidades, no entanto, algumas estão indisponíveis devido ao covid (questiono isso, pois a maior parte do país reabriu). O nosso quarto era limpo em sua maior parte, mas não exatamente para os padrões do que você espera de um resort de 4 estrelas. A roupa de cama e as toalhas são muito limpas e macias. O colchão era bom, mas os travesseiros eram muito irregulares e desconfortáveis. Como outros hóspedes, sinto que um mini-frigorífico deveria ter sido fornecido com o quarto. Por mais de US$ 500 para uma estadia de fim de semana ficou um pouco aquém das nossas expectativas.

The hotel and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. The food at the Chateau Grille was delicious. The resort offers a great variety of amenities, however some are unavailable due to covid (I question this since most of the country has reopened). Our room was clean for the most part, but not quite to the standards of what you expect from a 4 star resort. For example the tissue box in the bathroom was covered with a thick layer of dust, as were a few other places in our room. The bedding and towels are very clean and soft. The mattress was alright, but the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Like other guests I feel a mini fridge should've been provided with the room. For more than $500 for a weekend stay it fell a little short of our expectations.

Es un lugar muy agradable y acogedor para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, la verdad esque si vuelvo para el otro año, sin duda los volvería a elegir, solo que estuviera padre que la televisión fuera smart para poder ver otro tipo de contenido. De ahí en fuera todo es excelente 👌
