O Baymont foi limpo cada vez que estivemos lá. A mesma senhora me fez check-in todas as vezes também. Ela é muito simpática e eficiente no processo de check-in. A piscina voltou a funcionar agora. No geral, é um lugar seguro confiável para ficar, embora as meias de situação de estacionamento.

The Baymont has been clean each time we have been there.The same lady has checked me in each time as well. She is very nice and efficient on the check in process.The pool is back up and running now.Overall it's a reliable safe place to stay although the parking lot situation socks.

A equipe foi agradável e o café era bom. Tudo o resto não é ótimo. O quarto era bem nojento. Havia uma mancha amarela de xixi no edredom. A piscina e jacuzzi foram para baixo aparentemente nos últimos 2 meses. Atirou fotos e coisas extremamente enganadoras. Só tem tantas estrelas quanto eles porque sua equipe foi legal

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was closed at the time we were here. Otherwise, it was a great time. A great choice if you’re staying in Branson. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is located near everything: shows, shops, and restaurants.

The staff was nice and the coffee was good. Everything else not great. The room was pretty gross. There was a yellow pee stain on the comforter. The pool and jacuzzi were down for apparently the last 2 months. Threw pictures ans stuff and extremely deceiving. Only got as many stars as they did because their staff were nice

Excelente serviço, todos os funcionários da recepção à limpeza são super educados e profissionais com grandes sorrisos no rosto! Exterior e os quartos são super limpos em geral. Muito grande pátio traseiro encantador, ótimo lugar para sentar e relaxar com árvores maduras ao redor. A localização fica perto da rodovia, não a uma curta distância das atrações, no entanto, é uma curta viagem de carro. Muito feliz com a minha estadia até agora!!!

Excelente servicio, todos los empleados, desde la recepción hasta el servicio de limpieza, son súper educados y profesionales con una gran sonrisa en sus rostros. El exterior y las habitaciones están súper limpias en general. Hermoso patio trasero muy grande, excelente lugar para sentarse y relajarse rodeado de árboles maduros. La ubicación está cerca de la autopista, no a poca distancia a pie de las atracciones, sin embargo, es un viaje corto. Muy contento con mi estadía hasta ahora!!!

Excellent service, every employee from front desk to housekeeping is super polite and professional with big smiles on their faces! Exterior and rooms are overall super clean. Very large lovely back patio, great place to sit and relax with mature trees surrounding. Location is near the highway not walking distance from the attractions however it's a short drive. Very happy with my stay so far!!!

A estadia foi ok. Eles anunciaram uma banheira de hidromassagem no quarto. Bem, havia uma banheira de hidromassagem, mas não funcionou. Nem mesmo um interruptor para ligá-lo. A banheira de hidromassagem estava quebrada e o elevador era incompleto e lento. A equipe foi bom quarto era um pouco limpo. Mancha de café no lado da minha namorada quando chegamos lá. Recomendo ficar em outro lugar.

A equipe foi rude e houve muitos problemas com o quarto. Em primeiro lugar, quando entramos no nosso quarto, o banheiro estava sujo. Cabelo na banheira, os jatos não estavam devidamente limpos, etc. Meu marido encheu a banheira e saiu coisas pretas dos jatos que não funcionam. A água estava cheia de pequenas partículas pretas. Foi desagradável. A base do chuveiro não estava presa à parede, a calafetagem na pia estava apodrecendo, a rolha da pia estava quebrada e o vaso sanitário estava solto. Para ser sincero, poderia ter ficado em um hotel muito melhor com os US$ 145 que gastei lá. Não desperdice seu dinheiro.

The staff was rude and there were many problems with the room.
First of all, when we first walked into our room the bathroom was dirty. Hair in the tub, the jets hadn’t been properly clean, ect. My husband filled the tub and black stuff came out of the jets that don’t work. The water was filled with little black particles. It was nasty.
The base of the shower head was not attached to the wall, caulking on the sink was rotting away, the stopper on the sink was broken, and the toilet was loose. If I’m being honest, I could’ve stayed at a much nicer hotel with the $145 I spent there. Don’t waste your money.

The stay was okay. They advertised a jetted tub in the room. Well there was a jetted tub but it didn’t work. Not even a switch to turn it on. The hot tub was broke and the elevator was sketchy and slow. Staff was nice room was somewhat clean. Coffee stain on my girlfriends side of the sheet when we first got there. Recommend staying elsewhere.

Ameka que fez o café da manhã continental foi muito além de seu dever. Eu sou deficiente e pergunto se ela pode abrir minha porta para mim. Ela pegou a comida e levou para o meu quarto. Ameka who did the continental breakfast went far and beyond her duty. I am disabled and ask if she could open my door for me. She took the food and carried it to my room. She had genuine warmth and friendliness.The manager Mr. Franks was friendly and compassionate . I did have some concerns and he addressed them with respect and dignity.

Por onde eu começo? Check-in e fui até o quarto, recepção foi muito agradável. Entrou no quarto usado banheiro e vaso sanitário transbordou em 5 minutos. Chamado para a recepcionista disse que a manutenção será em breve. A pobre senhora da recepção disse que não consigo ninguém para me ajudar, ela me trouxe um desentupidor e cerca de 4 panos de lavagem para limpar. Eu disse que posso ter mais algumas toalhas, o chão está encharcado. Sem toalhas, elas ainda não foram limpas. Ela era legal e eu senti pena dela não ter qualquer ajuda. Quarto estava sujo nunca vi uma empregada toda a estadia de sexta a domingo. Também nunca recebi toalhas. Cama e travesseiros foram talvez a coisa mais desconfortável que eu já dormi, pensei em ir para o carro e dormir por volta das 3 da manhã. O ar condicionado não funcionava, então ficou 74 horas a noite toda, não suporto um quarto quente. A área da piscina era boa, meus filhos gostaram disso. Não vou ficar aqui novamente!

Where do I start? Checked in and went up to room, front desk was very pleasant. Walked into room used bathroom and toilet overflowed within 5 mins. Called down to front desk lady said maintenance will be up shortly. Poor front desk lady said I can’t get anyone to help me, she brought me a plunger and about 4 wash rags to clean up. I said can I have some more towels the floor is soaked. No towels, they haven’t been cleaned yet. She was nice and I felt sorry for her not having any help. Room was dirty never saw a maid the entire stay Friday-Sunday. Never got any towels either. Bed and pillows were maybe the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, thought about going to the car and sleeping about 3am. The air conditioner wouldn’t work so it stayed 74 all night, I can’t stand a hot room. Pool area was nice, my kids liked that. Won’t be staying here again!
