Tivemos que pagar 2 vezes pois cancelaram a nossa estadia de 3 dias por atraso. Quarto bom, localização péssima.
It’s an apartment with a kitchen. No toothpaste. Stay was fine except the smoke alarm went off at 6am. Our whole floor and perhaps more were woken up. It was a false alarm since someone showered with their bathroom door open 🤦♂️
Os quartos estão totalmente equipados com eletrodomésticos novos, cama e banheiro são muito bons! Mais impressionante, no entanto, foi a recepção calorosa, o pessoal amigável e útil. Particularmente Átila na recepção merece uma menção muito especial! Gostei muito da minha estadia! Obrigado!
The rooms are fully equipped with pretty new appliances, bed and bathroom are very good! Most impressive, however, was the warm reception, the friendly and helpful personnel. Particularly Attila at the front desk deserves a very special mentioning! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Thank you!
Lindo lugar. A razão pela qual estou dando 4 estrelas é que anuncia que há varandas, mas não é uma varanda e é apenas uma espécie de mini conservatório
Lovely place. Reason I'm giving 4 stars though is it advertises that there are balconies but it's not a balcony and is just kind of a mini conservatory

EVITAR A TODOS OS CUSTOS. Não vamos voltar a este lugar. Tinha ficado aqui por algumas noites. E não sabia que esse lugar fica em uma das zonas mais notórias de Londres. O hotel reivindicou e cobrou dos hóspedes o estacionamento nos estacionamentos de liga, mas não há segurança básica de forma alguma. Eles alegaram que há câmeras de segurança e vagas reservadas para os hóspedes do hotel, mas o estacionamento é escuro, sujo, assustador, sem barreira adequada para garantir a entrada e a saída. Assim, qualquer um, QUALQUER UM, pode simplesmente entrar e sair A QUALQUER MOMENTO que quiser. A janela do nosso carro foi quebrada na primeira noite de nossa chegada. Imagine nosso horror. E a melhor coisa é que o hotel não pode fazer nada ou se oferecer para fazer qualquer coisa. Todos os hóspedes em potencial, por favor, tenham cuidado com os perigos potenciais. Também há muitos cantos escuros no estacionamento. E o pior é que vimos que há ainda mais janelas de carros quebradas no mesmo estacionamento. É um lugar muito assustador. Você pode ajudar, mas se preocupe com a segurança dos hóspedes lá. Achamos que não é difícil garantir segurança direta, pelo menos para os hóspedes do seu hotel, não é? O incidente poderia ter sido evitado. Isso estragou totalmente o nosso clima de férias. Nós nunca iremos voltar a este lugar. É terrível e simplesmente absurdo. Fique aqui por sua própria conta e risco.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We are not coming to this place again. Had stayed here for a few nights. And didn’t realize this place is at one of the notorious zone of London. The hotel had claimed and charged guests for parking at the alloyed parking lots and yet there are no basic security at all. They claimed there are CCTVs and there are allotted car park lots for their hotel guests yet the car park is dark, dirty, scary, no proper barrier to ensure entry and exit. So anyone ANYONE can simply enter and exit ANYTIME they want. We had our car window been smashed on the first night of our arrival. Just imagine our horror. And best thing the hotel can’t even do anything or offer to do anything at all. All potential guests pls beware of the potential dangers. There are many dark corners in the car park too. And what’s worse is we saw there are even more cars window been smashed around the same car park too. It’s a very scary place. You can help but worry for the safety of the guests staying there. We reckon it’s not difficult to ensure straightforward security at least for your hotel guests isn’t it? The incident could have been avoided. It spoilt our holiday mood totally. We will never come back to this place. It’s terrible and simply absurd. Stay here at your OWN RISK.
Foi fantástico estar aqui, muito melhor do que outros hotéis 4 estrelas, os quartos são maiores, a vista era ótima do 10º andar, e O café da manhã é ok, porém fica um pouco chato depois de alguns dias. Catalina e Atilla foram anfitriões fantásticos, seu sorriso era contagiante, eles são muito receptivos e extremamente úteis para as coisas dentro do hotel e também para orientar pela área
It was fantastic to be here, much better than other 4 star hotels, rooms are bigger, the view was great from the 10th floor, and The breakfast is ok,however it gets a little boring after couple of days. Catalina and Atilla were fantastic hosts, their smile was infectious they are very responsive and extremely helpful for things within the hotel and also guiding around the area
Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas apreciamos a nossa estadia muito e com certeza ficaria novamente. Quarto era muito limpo e as comodidades eram excelentes- também conseguimos um quarto no último andar com uma vista fantástica e uma varanda privada fechada. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e nos mantiveram bem informados. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente!
We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and the amenities were great- we also managed to get a room on the top floor with an amazing view and a private, closed balcony. Staff were really friendly and kept us well informed. Would definitely stay here again!
Quartos agradáveis e funcionários simpáticos, mas os utensílios de cozinha são insuficientes, apenas 2 panelas e sem tampas, então a comida leva 3 vezes para ser preparada, pedia tampas e o pessoal dizia que era só para os apartamentos, os estúdios não pegue as pálpebras. Também apenas 2 copos e pratinhos fornecidos e ainda por cima que o forno estava cheio de gordura, não foi devidamente limpo. Ao todo um lugar agradável, mas a cozinha está faltando material e limpeza.
Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos; Recomendaria para quem procura uma estadia longa, especialmente há uma cozinha em plano aberto em cada quarto com utensílios de cozinha que permitem cozinhar facilmente. O quarto é aconchegante com design moderno, amplo jardim de inverno e bela vista da cidade, fazendo você se sentir em casa. Esperamos nossa próxima estadia!
Yasmin is a complete delight! A credit to the adagio team. She always has a smile on her face and greets us with such friendliness. The rooms are really nice too! My only negative is that I wish the beds had stoppers to stop the wheels rotating and moving the bed.
Nice rooms and nice staff but the kitchenware is really insufficient, 2 pans only and with no lids at all, so food takes 3 times to be cooked, asked for lids and the staff said it was only for the apartments, the studios don't get lids. Also only 2 glasses and small plates provided and of top of all that the oven was full of fat, it wasn't cleaned properly. All in all a nice place but the kitchen is lacking stuff and cleanliness.
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful; Would recommend to anyone who is looking for long stay, especially there’s an open plan kitchen in each room with kitchenware which allows you to cook easily. Room is cozy with modern design, spacious winter garden and nice city view, it makes you feel like home. Look forward to our next stay!

Un lugar maravilloso, todo cuidado al detalle. Una gran eleccion. Se encuenta a unos 45 minutos del centro de Londres. Hay muchas combinaciones de traslado, con mucha frecuencia.Muy recomendable.

Cómodo y limpio aunque para tener cocina te dejan muy pocos utensilios para cocinar y para mantenerla más o menos aseada pues no te dejan cepillo o fregona ni siquiera alguna balletaLa limpieza sólo la hacen por estancias superiores a 8 días. Ofrecen desayuno por la friolera cantidad de 8 libras. Hay un supermercado justo al lado.
Lindos deptos podrían mejorar el gimnasio pero el resto entrega lo que promete
