Excelente localização, conceito muito "bacana" de rústico com contemporâneo e um "soul" de ecologicamente correto com lixos recicláveis dentro do quarto e até uma ampola para medir o tempo do banho dentro do box, luz natural é bem valorizada e um veículo Tesla é o shuttle car do Hotel.

Apesar de bem localizado, o hotel é médio. Reservei uma suíte no 4 andar e era ao lado das máquinas de ar condicionado, um barulho infernal! O quarto é minúsculo e conjugado com o banheiro (!!), separado por um vidro (tenho visto muito isso nos hotéis boutikes) Pedi outro quarto. Evite esse hotel pois por este preço tem opções muito melhores. Dia 2. Após reclamar do quanto pedi para mudar e no dia seguinte me mandaram para o 9 andar. Exatamente o mesmo layout, mas com menos barulho das máquinas. Decoração impecável e limpo. Tudo, absolutamente tudo, ecológico. Desde os itens do frigobar até a chave, tudo eco. O hotel tem um Tesla com motorista que fica à disposição dos hóspedes. Usei o serviço sem precisar reservar. Na mesma rua você tem o restaurante e balada LAVO e o restaurante TAO, imperdíveis. Na rua de trás o MOMA e na frente o novamente hotel The Plaza.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Rooms were amazingly comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Gym was amazing. Food at the restaurant was great. They were super accommodating (early check-in and late check-out). Centrally located right by Central Park. And they even allowed my dog, who traveled with us. We will stay there every time we are in New York. Thank you guys for an amazing stay.

First off, let me say my fiancé booked this hotel ahead of time without telling me. He said it was going to be a surprise for our anniversary. We drove into the city and pulled up to 1 hotel Central Park. We live in NYC so we expected parking to be troublesome. However the hotel allowed us to park for free because my fiance drives a Tesla. That's amazing because their motto is helping the environment. So everything they do is to be cognizant of that fact. Upon entrance, the hotel is beautiful. They have their own restaurant which is also pleasing to the eyes and the food taste great. We checked in with no issue. Our room key was wood which is a nice touch. Entered the room and it was big enough. Comfortable bed, huge tv, great view of the outside, large shower with a rain shower option. The gym was great. Fantastic equipment and they also have pelotons!!! So for all the peloton people, this hotel got you covered. Located in a great spot in the city close to everything. I'd def stay at 1 hotel again. They also check covid19 vaccination. So make sure you are vaxed if you want to use the amenities

First time at a 1 Hotel and will not be the last. A tranquil, upscale hotel doing just about everything on-point. Check in was awesome - got an early room and a small upgrade. Joshua at the front was super friendly and professional. In fact, all the bellmen/front desk/ staff were genuinely nice.
Room (studio king). Not large but great bed/linens, toiletries, robe, the entertainment is nice (always love when they have Chromecast).
I'll def look for 1 Hotel in the cities I visit form now on.

From the moment you arrive, you realize this hotel is beyond exceptional! We recently stayed and had a hotel block for our wedding and we couldn’t be any happier with the service, the cleanliness, and the beautiful rooms. From the front desk to the concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance who made sure we had a makeup chair and an extra fridge and table to help us get ready! We have to mention the 3 that really made our stay memorable: Anderson, Andrew, and Michael. You guys couldn’t have been any nicer and really made our stay, and the stays of our guests incredible. Everyone raved about how amazing their accommodations and service were!! Thank you to everyone on the team who worked so hard to make our Big Day a success! We can’t wait to come back!!❤️

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are cozy, full of storage space, with a very zen vibe and in a great location. We spent a week in the 1 and definitely will be going back! We stayed with our dogs and it was great that they were welcome without pet fees or any restrictions.

I love this hotel SO much.First of all, the aesthetics arephenomenal and the hotel smells amazing! I loved the fact there were plants everywhere - enough to forget you’re in NYC! The concierges were amazing and very helpful with holding luggage when needed, offering car service, and cleanliness! Would highly recommend for a unique getaway!

We felt welcomed from the moment we entered 1Hotel and had a wonderful stay. The exterior ivy on the old brick building and plants at the entrance set the tone for a place where you can relax. The abundant use of reclaimed wood and all the little details show this hotel cares about how it looks and how its guests feel. All the employees were friendly and welcoming.
We visited in the middle of August and were thrilled that we could check in early. The park is just a block away, so we spent a lot of time there. I highly recommend 1Hotel.
