Pool and Hot Tub This was the worst hotel experience in my 47 years of life. The hotel staff didn't know what they were doing the young lady at the front desk kept calling our room. Both of our beds were broken and sunken in the middle. Rooms were filthy.

The friendly staff Convenient location Simple yet Delicious breakfast The carpet in room needs deep cleaning, i always have flip flops to wear in hotel rooms when i travel and not used for going outside, the bottom of that flip flops turned dirty, left sticky marks on the dry tile floor in the bathroom. The location in relation to the beach was great. Additionally, the continental breakfast was quality as well The hotel smelled horrible. It had a musty, sour, mildew smell in public areas and was worse inside the guest room. I had to purchase air fresheners for the stay to try to help.

What I liked best about this hotel was the employees. They were very friendly and were actually welcoming. I also loved the breakfast!!! The best tasting breakfast I've ever had before at a hotel! I do not like that the counters in our room were still covered in filth. It looks like it was sprayed down and never wiped....makes me wonder about the rest of the room being a¢â‚¬Å“cleaneda¢â‚¬Â .

This Hotel was SO awesome! Its very family friendly. The front desk clerk was so professional. Her manager was amazing as well she gave my kids an amazing experience. The breakfast staff was very pleasant.. I will be returning to stay here.

Although not on the beach, location was not far from everything. The staff was the best part. Very friendly! The bed was comfortable and the air worked great. It was late when we arrived. Our bathroom was not very clean. The toilet still had hair on the back of it and on top of the tank was not clean either. Due to covid, I've traveled with cleaning products and gloves. I cleaned bathroom.

The front desk person was helpful when we had to ask for a new room. The location is close to everything. There was no breakfast. There was a grab and go option but it was literally just a chewy bar and an orange juice. The Pool was closed even though I called and specifically asked if it was open. The original room we were in smelled horrible.
