A localização, o conforto e o preço foram o que nos atraiu a este hotel num fim de semana prolongado. O pessoal é muito educado e parou para nos dar várias placas onde estacionar (estacionar) mais barato, já que fazer isso no hotel custa em torno de US $ 30 por dia (muito caro). Demoraram muito para responder às nossas perguntas e o tempo que estivemos lá foi agradável. Tem tudo que se pode esperar de um bom hotel em Miami, o bairro é muito tranquilo.

La ubicación, la comidad y el precio fueron lo que nos atrajo a éste hotel un fin de semana largo. El personal es muy educado y se detuvo a darnos varias señales donde estacionar (aparcar) más barato, puesto que hacerlo en el hotel cuesta alrededor de $30 diarios (muy caro). Se tomaron mucho tiempo en responder nuestras dudas y el tiempo que estuvimos ahí fue placentero. Tiene todo lo que uno puede esperar de un buen hotel en Miami, el barrio es muy tranquilo.

Eles cobram pelo estacionamento com manobrista sem motivo. Eu estacionava meu próprio carro todas as noites e eles ainda me cobraram US $ 34 por noite. Isso não é beuno. Hotel é muito limpo e a equipe é boa.

They charge you for valet parking for no reason. I parked my own car every night and they still charged me $34 a night. That's no beuno. Hotel is very clean and staff is good though.

I just stayed here with a group of friends in the suite overlooking the bay, I gotta say the most amazing experience waking up over the water is breathtaking and also the staff are so kind and helpful 👏👏

Oh, eu adicionei ... não há café da manhã ... não há restaurante no local. Café da manhã, foi sugerido atravessar a rua. Excelentes camas confortáveis. Portanto, não é um lugar ruim. Uma milha da praia do Norte ... longe demais para andar .então, encontre um lugar de estacionamento na rua. perto.

Staff was Great! Very friendly and attentive. The Room was PERFECT!! Only reason I can't give 5⭐ is because I called before making reservations and was told there was a restaurant/bar on the property... There isn't 🙄.Was also told they had shuttle service to and from the airport... They don't...😔. Still, would stay there again though. And shout out toShakia who checked us in... We got in after midnight and she made sure we had every thing we needed and did it all with a smile... YES, I could tell she was smiling thru her Mask!! 😷😁

Would be 5 stars. But the whole 5th floor and lobby smelled like weed. And I complained to the front desk but wasn't a big deal to them. Really nice property though. Maybe next time I will get my diamond upgrade

Oh, did I add...there is no breakfast..no on site restaurant. Breakfast, was suggested to walk across the street. Great comfy beds. So, it's not a bad place. A mile from North beach...too far to walk

Excelente hotel...totalmente nuevo. La atención muy buena. Lo único malo es el personal de la tarde del parking, no te deja de tenerte 5 minutos en la puerta. Real entrees incómodopara bajar.

El hotel muy lindo. Cuando llegamos nos ofrecieron un upgrade de habitación porU$S 20 por noche, accedimos.Pero cuando me llegó el resumen de la tarjeta en vez de 20 me llegó una diferencia de 212 dólares. Llame y lo único que hicieron fue mandarme el recibo, sin solucionarme nada.

Es un hotel nuevo. La habitación es cómoday el baño muy amplio. Las camas están muy bien. El sr de la recepción que está de noche no habla mucho español y cuando le pedimos que llame un taxi nos dijo que no podía. Sin embargo el sr de la mañana lo hizo sin ningún inconveniente. No cuenta con restaurante o bar así que no se puede ni desayunar ni comer... La zona es muy linda, muy tranquila y muy segura. Es muy bonito!
