Upon arrival, we were told that we were upgraded to a room with a full view of the harbor. We quickly realized that we had actually been downgraded to the least desirable room that was directly in front of a noisy bar that had music late into the night/morning. When asking the staff if they can help accommodate, the one person told us that they will call the restaurant at 11 and they always stop when called. We called the front desk once at 11 and another at 12, and we were greeted by different staff who said they cannot call the restaurant and there is nothing that can be done. There are roosters walking the streets in front of this hotel and will keep you awake for hours as well. I would recommend avoiding this at all costs.

I organized a large group (16) with 8 rooms. Jody Rivas fantastic to work with. Everything went smoothly which allowed me to focus on other parts of our trip. Don't be afraid to simply ask for her as she will "make it happen". Would certainly stay again. Space was clean, staff was courteous, pool was relaxing. The location was perfect, everything was walkable which made logistics so much easier. Two thumbs up.

the marker was super clean. They had two pools, one was very quiet and the other was the party place. We stayed in a one room suite, which was huge. The two bartenders at the main pool were the best, we had a lot of fun with them and they made the place. Cant wait till we go again.

What a wonderful find "THE MARKER" was for us! Suggested by a friend, we booked there for a wedding we were attending in Key West. We were blown away by every aspect of this great hotel! Very "boutique" in look and feel, the accommodations were elegant and modern and spacious. The location can DEFINITELY not be beat, as it faces the very bustling marina/wharf area and is just steps from Duval Street, Mallory Square, and all the best part of Key West. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was totally bustling with entertainment throughout the weekend... we were absolutely thrilled with our stay and will definitely be back!

Located near the Harbour. Most attractions were within walking distance. This hotel was pretty and room was very comfortable! We have everything we want here. Marcelo is one of the most hard-working staffs. When I requested for some items, he would get on it right away. Came back within 5 minutes! Every employer should have this kind of employee. O hotel tem o mesmo estilo vitoriano de Key West, onde parecem casas de bonecas com varandas. Ele é todo branco, clean, cheiroso e bem decorado. Super aconchegante, nem parece um hotel, parece uma casa!O hotel é super bem localizado, próximos às principais ruazinhas, restaurantes e lojas. Dá para fazer tudo andando! Fica de frente para uma marina!QUARTO: O quarto é bem grande, espaçoso, clean e com uma varanda! Ele é todo decorado com livros, quadros, utensílios, coisas fofas! Parece que você se sente em casa! Tem uma cafeteira também, poltrona e o banheiro é lindo e espaçoso! Tem uma identidade própria! Gostei. O wifi funciona super bem também!

O quarto é muito bonito, bem equipado, banheiro limpo, amplo e aconchegante. As piscinas podem ser muito lotadas quando em alta temporada, mas são boas. O valet custa 30 dólares o pernoite e de acordo com o manobrista, existe um estacionamento por perto que custa 13. Os quartos não tem vista para o mar/praia, mas estando em meu West, isso não será um problema. Obs: os travesseiros são um pouco duros.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It was clean, had 3 nice pool areas with bar, live music and a poolside restaurant. Our partial harbor view room was big and had a nice view. Loved the Key West Aloe products in room. Location was convenient to many popular tourist attractions. Staff text us throughout our stay to ensure we didn't have issues or if we needed anything!

Not a good experience for us. Our shower leaked so we asked for an extra bath mat to soak up the water. Our request went to Windy and was acknowledged by Marcelo. Not only did we not get the bath mat, but we didn't get our room serviced. No bed made, no garbage emptied, no wash cloths left, just two towels left in a plastic bag attached to the door. Our friends staying in another room at the Marker got full service in their room so no excuse, particularly when we are paying full suite price. Additionally, the concierge was late on Thursday morning so we were late renting bicycles, which forced us to change our plans. Minor inconvenience, but when added to the other problems we had there it will be the last time we stay at the Marker. Way better service and facilities at the Ocean Key House, Pier House or Curry Mansion. We are regular visitors to Key West so do yourself a favor and avoid the Marker.

I don't feel like anyone at the property had a clue about customer service in a hotel setting. Poor communication. Poor layout of hotel property. Lack of attention to detail. Lack of compassion or understanding of guest issues. It was our wedding anniversary. No one wished us a happy anniversary even when they delivered champagne sent by our friends with note that said happy anniversary. I had a medical emergency one night during our stay....they could have cared less. Great location and a pretty room but the people are your issue. Sister property at the southern most resort wouldn't allow us to use their pool which we were told we could by marker staff. For $500 per night I expect better. Would not return nor recommend.

This hotel is the best on the island - new, modern, clean, beautiful. The rooms are immaculate, the pool and bar are perfect relaxing vibe with live music at night and you are located right by the marina and walkable to duval. And you may have an iguana friend on your porch which we loved. We’re definitely coming back!

I would come back to this Hotel again and again! The staff where very helpful and relaxed. The rooms were big and tidy and NOT outdated. This hotel is in the center of everything, but you're not. It's quiet, peaceful and well really chilled. The pool was defiantly a little oasis.

A limpeza diária consiste apenas em toalhas e lixo. Encontrei capas de mamilo do hóspede anterior na estante de livros, então a limpeza entre as estadias dos hóspedes também é mínima. Não foi possível pedir uma estadia mais tranquila em nenhum hotel. A equipe está nele, acolhedora, amigável. Você se sente em casa no segundo em que entra. Os quartos são adoráveis, bem cuidados e modernos. Outro bônus é que este hotel é SUPER amigável para cães, o que foi um alívio. O local não pôde ser conquistado. Eu queria tanto gostar deste lugar. A melhor coisa que tem a oferecer é a localização conveniente. Eu paguei por um quarto com duas camas queen size, mas o que eu consegui em vez disso foi duas camas grandes que eram extremamente desconfortáveis. Quando perguntei ao gerente por que tínhamos tamanho completo e não queen, ele disse que essas camas são rainhas da “indústria hoteleira”. Eu me ofereci para levá-lo ao quarto e medi-las para ele e ele disse que minha opinião não importava e que não ia discutir comigo. Os travesseiros eram duros como uma rocha ou achatados e não combinavam. O tapete estava desgastado. Havia uma pressão terrível da água e o chuveiro realmente caiu em mim enquanto eu tomava banho quando tentei mudar sua mira. Não há serviço de limpeza, apenas toalhas refrescantes. Os roupões de banho que estavam disponíveis para uso eram como uma lixa. Havia uma jovem na recepção que era muito agradável e o café da manhã e o serviço de café da manhã eram bons. Nós dirigimos tão naturalmente que tivemos que estacionar nosso carro e tivemos que pagar US $ 30 por dia para estacionar no hotel. The location is fantastic!Right off the marina boardwalk and just a few blocks from Duval.Close enough to the crazy fun there but not in the thick of it.Great restaurants and entertainment right out the door along the boardwalk as well.The rooms were clean and had a small balcony.The pools were all really nice as was the bar and restaurant adjacent.We especially enjoyed the days when there was a singer with his guitar entertaining poolside. It was also super easy to rent a bike from the hotel for the day or get help with sightseeing or water craft bookings. The down side was when the spring breakers moved in about half way through our stay.Four of our Seven nights there were so continually loud at two o'clock in the morning that we had to call the front desk.They were of aware of the problem, had several calls apparently, and were working on getting things quieted down.They were very nice and apologetic but seriously, four of seven nights.This is not the type of hotel you would expect loud and party ready spring breakers but oh yeah, it happened.We do get that this time of year this can happen, however, it was disappointing that the hotel didn't really comp us even one nights resort fee.We got a coupon for two drinks each.After the fourth night, thinking a little nicer comp would have been good but...All in all, though, as long as it's not spring break, this is a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed their hospitality and Key West very much.

Daily housekeeping consists of towels and trash only. I found nipple covers from previous guest on the book shelf so the cleaning between guest stays is minimal also. Suites are nice but standard rooms are just okay. Nice pool areas and poolside restaurant has good food and drinks. Great location with so many things in walking distance.

Hands down, one of the best, if not the best experience I have had at any hotel in Key West. Yunior, the GM, runs the hotel seamlessly. Could not ask for a smoother stay at any hotel. The staff are on it, welcoming, friendly. You feel right at home the second you walk in. The rooms are lovely, well maintained, and modern. Another bonus is that this hotel is SUPER dog friendly, which was quite the relief. The location cannot be beat. Will absolutely be returning very soon.

I wanted so badly to like this place. The best thing it has going for it is the convenient location. I paid for a room with two queen beds but what I got instead was two full size beds which were extremely uncomfortable. When I asked the manager why we had full size and not queen he said those beds are “hotel industry” queens. I offered to take him to the room and measure them for him and he said my opinion didn’t matter and he wasn’t going to argue with me. The pillows were either hard as a rock or flattened out to nothing and mismatched . The carpet was frayed. There was terrible water pressure and the shower head actually fell on me while I showered when I tried to change its aim. The is NO housekeeping, just towel refreshing. The bathrobes that were available for use were like sandpaper. There was one young lady at the front desk who was very nice and the breakfast and the service at breakfast were good. We drove so naturally we had to park our car and had to pay $30 a day to park at the hotel. We also paid some miscellaneous amenities fee and I have no idea what that was for. NONE of it was worth the price we paid. Save your money. There was nothing “resort” about it.

Que aparentemente é um novo tipo de cama disponível apenas em resorts superfaturados em Key West ... e também conhecido como camas de casal. Estava congelando, pedimos cobertores e nos deram capas azuis finas que eles geralmente colocam como decoração ao pé da cama. Os quartos não eram muito limpos e nossa varanda com vista para uma área de lixo. Piscinas que não são aquecidas e não havia comodidades para falar, mas eles ainda cobram taxas de "resort".Não estou culpando a equipe, pois eles fazem o que podem e havia muito poucos deles para começar. O COVID é uma ótima desculpa para as empresas fazerem seus hóspedes pagarem o preço integral e obterem um serviço de qualidade inferior.A localização é insuperável, vá se você não se importa em pagar US$ 500 por noite por um Best Western.

Nos hemos alojado en el Marker varias veces y teníamos muchas ganas de volver, sin embargo, esta será nuestra última estancia allí. Porque habíamos estado allí antes de que esperábamos nuestra habitación grande y cómoda habitual. Nos dieron una habitación en la esquina que era casi la mitad del tamaño de la que solemos tener. Las camas son dobles, definitivamente no camas queen como habíamos reservado. Cuando preguntamos sobre eso, le diremos que estas son "reinas marcadoras". Aparentemente, es un nuevo tipo de cama disponible solo en resorts caros en Key West... y también conocida como cama doble. Hacía mucho frío, pedimos mantas y nos dieron cobertores azules delgados que suelen poner como adornos a los pies de la cama. Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias y nuestro balcón daba a un área de basura. We have stayed at the Marker several times and were looking forward to coming back however this will be our last stay there. Because we had been there before we expected our usual large, comfy room. We were given a corner room which was nearly half the size of the one we usually get. The beds are double, definitely not queen beds as we had booked. When we inquired about that we will told these are "Marker queens". Which is apparently a new type of bed available only in overpriced resorts in Key West....and otherwise known as double beds. It was freezing we asked for blankets and were given thin blue covers they usually put as decorations at the foot of the bed. The rooms were not very clean and our balcony overlooked a garbage area. Pools we're not heated and there were no amenities to speak of but they still charge "resort" fees.I am not blaming the staff as they do what they can and there were very few of them to begin with. COVID is a great excuse for companies to make their guests pay full price and get substandard service.The location cannot be beat , go if you don't mind paying $500 a night for a Best Western.

O hotel parece bom do lado de fora e tem uma excelente localização. O interior precisa de alguns enfeites. Os tapetes são encardidos e sujos e o quarto estava um pouco empoeirado. O quarto em que ficamos não tinha vista que foi decepcionante, especialmente para o que pagamos. A equipe foi útil e os textos do concierge foram úteis também. Não era um lugar que eu me sentisse confortável apenas relaxando. Felizmente, é perto de tudo e poderíamos simplesmente entrar e sair. Boa e fácil garagem de estacionamento, mas novamente muito caro. Nenhum brinde com champanhe quando chegamos e pagamos o check-out tardio, mas não foi concedido e ninguém nos avisou.

The hotel appears nice from the outside and has a great location. The inside needs some sprucing up. The carpets are dingy and dirty and the room was a bit dusty. The room we stayed in had no view which was disappointing especially for what we paid. The staff was helpful and the texts from concierge were helpful as well. It wasn’t a place I felt comfortable just lounging around. Luckily it is close to everything and we could just zip in and out. Good and easy parking garage but again very expensive. No champagne toast when we arrived and paid for late check out but it was not granted and no one let us know.
