Muito legal! As camas super confortáveis. Está tão quieto, estávamos no andar de baixo, nenhum barulho vindo de cima ou ao nosso lado ou no corredor. E a julgar pelo estacionamento o hotel estava cheio. Ficamos fora de temporada, então a taxa era muito razoável para um lugar tão agradável. O café da manhã também foi acima e além de delicioso. Dois tipos de ovos, batatas, salsicha e bacon, frutas fatiadas, torradas, bagles, muffins. Um dos melhores hotéis em Jackson.

¡Muy agradable! Las camas súper cómodas. Es tan silencioso, estábamos en el piso de abajo, no había ruido arriba o al lado de nosotros o en el pasillo. Y a juzgar por el estacionamiento, el hotel estaba lleno. Nos alojamos fuera de temporada, así que el precio era muy razonable para un lugar tan agradable. El desayuno también estaba por encima y más que delicioso. Dos tipos de huevos, patatas, salchichas y tocino, fruta en rodajas, tostadas, bagles, muffins. Uno de los mejores hoteles en Jackson.

Very nice! The beds super comfortable. It's so quiet, we were on the bottom floor, no noise from above or beside us or in the hallway. And judging from the parking the hotel was full. We stayed off season so the rate was very reasonable for such a nice place.
The breakfast was also above and beyond delicious. Two types of eggs, potatoes, sausage & bacon, sliced fruit, toast, bagles, muffins.
One of the nicest hotels in Jackson.

Nice hotel and location with walking distance to downtown. We stayed for four days in the king size room that was clean and quiet , also parking is right up front by entrance that makes very convenient. Staff was very nice and professional, overall great experience.

Obrigado Kenneth.CONTRA: A área de jantar foi e ainda é anunciada como aberta para café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Isso é falso. Jackson Hole não apenas este Lodge ainda está tendo problemas para poder contratar uma equipe completa. Por isso, está aberto apenas para o café da manhã.Alguns da equipe da recepção não está tão feliz que parece estar funcionando. Não quero apontar ninguém, mas há um que tem um sotaque forte que não era muito agradável de lidar, muito direto, sem emoção.Pelas razões CON, classifico o Lodge como 3 ESTRELAS.Este é um Lodge limpo, mas você pode dizer que está envelhecendo e pode tomar um refrescante tapete, papel de parede e tinta para cancelar o cheiro mais antigo.Ficaríamos aqui novamente (Sim), mas verificaríamos mais primeiro. Não seria a nossa primeira escolha na próxima vez que visitarmos Jackson Hole.

PRO: Had a good stay here, the rooms are clean, the rooms are good size for two people, great views, breakfast is good saved us a bunch of money.

CON: The Dinning area was and still is advertised as being open for breakfast, lunch and Dinner. This is untrue. Jackson Hole not only this Lodge is still having issues with being able to hire a full staff. So it is open only for Breakfast.
Some of the front desk staff is not as happy it seems to be working. I don’t want to point no one out but there is one that has a strong accent that was just not to pleasant to deal with, very straight forward no excitement at all.
For the CON reasons I rate the Lodge a 3 STAR.
This is a clean Lodge but you can tell it is up in age and could take a refreshing of Carpet, wallpaper and paint to cancel out the older smell.
Would we stay here again ( Yes ) but would check around more first. It would not be our first pick next time we visit Jackson Hole.

Eu só dou 3 estrelas a este hotel porque o café da manhã foi fenomenal! Eu amei. As únicas reclamações que tenho são… meu filho estava tão animado com a piscina. . quando cheguei ao hotel, o funcionário da recepção me disse que a banheira de hidromassagem não estava funcionando, o que foi bom, mas quando chegamos à piscina coberta, o quarto estava muito frio. Já estive em outros hotéis com piscinas internas e externas e a sala de bilhar SEMPRE estava mais quente que a piscina… mas esse quarto honestamente parecia mais frio que a piscina. Meu filho estava tão chateado por não poder nadar na piscina. (Ele tem 3 anos) Então, a sauna estava bem quente para ele se aquecer lá e depois ir para a piscina. Eu tinha que encontrar outra coisa para fazer para ocupá-lo durante a nossa estadia e toda a razão pela qual consegui este hotel foi que era um dos únicos com piscina coberta. Temos a suíte com 2 camas queen size, e uma das luzes não estava funcionando no quarto, então metade da sala estava iluminada e a outra metade estava tão escura mesmo durante o dia com as cortinas abertas. Além disso, a máquina keurig também não estava funcionando. No geral, os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e a qualidade do hotel e dos quartos reais eram bons, além das poucas comodidades que não funcionavam. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia e gostaríamos de voltar a ficar novamente.

Prós: a equipe foi super simpática e prestativa, ótimo café da manhã, quartos de bom tamanho, ótimo serviço de transporte e boa área de bar. Contras: banheira de hidromassagem quebrada (que foi um grande problema para nós), piscina externa "aquecida" coberta estava fria, várias atualizações / manutenção necessárias em todo o hotel. Agora, vendo comentários de algumas semanas atrás, parece que a banheira de hidromassagem está quebrada há um tempo, embora os comentários fossem consistentemente “temos uma peça chegando”, “esperando que esteja pronta hoje” etc.

Ótima localização. Adorei a lareira no quarto. O shampoo e condicionador/lavagem corporal foi ótimo!!! Bar e café da manhã estava acima da média. O homem que trabalhava durante o café da manhã era super amigável, ele tinha a melhor personalidade. Estará de volta na próxima vez que estivermos em Jackson Hole

Pros: staff was super friendly and helpful, great breakfast, good size rooms, great shuttle service and good bar area. Cons: hot tub broken (that was a big one for us), indoor outdoor “heated” pool was cold, various updates/maintenance needed throughout the hotel. Now seeing reviews from a few weeks ago seems like the hot tub has been broken for a while although the comments were consistently “we have a part coming in”, “hoping it’ll be ready by today”, etc.

I only give this hotel 3 stars because the breakfast was phenomenal! I loved it. The only complaints I have are… my son was so excited about the pool.. when I arrived to the hotel the front desk associate told me the hot tub was not working, which was fine but when we got to the indoor pool the pool and the room was FREEZING cold. I’ve been to other hotels with indoor and outdoor pools and the pool room was ALWAYS warmer than the pool… but this room honestly felt colder than the pool. My son was so upset to not be able to swim in the pool. (He’s 3) So, the sauna was pretty hot for him to warm up in there then go to the pool. I had to find something else to do to occupy him during our stay and the whole reason I got this hotel was it was one of the only ones with an indoor pool. We got the 2 Queen bed suite, and one of the lights was not working in the room so one half of the room was lit up and the other half was so dark even during the daytime with the blinds open. Also, the keurig machine was not working either. Overall, the hotel workers were very friendly and the quality of the actual hotel and rooms were nice besides those few amenities not working. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back to stay again.

It really is a nice place. I would return. The rooms have a touch of luxury. It is a comfortable layout. The parking is not ideal. The “city” location, ambient street noise and less than spacious interior did not scream “lodge to me”. Some employees were very professional. The restaurant is all good but that tip cup bothered me. Is there another way? Finally, the piped in music seemed 1970s and added in a short loop that repeated often. These should all be easy things to address.

Great location. Loved the fireplace in room. The shampoo and conditioner/body wash was great!!! Bar and breakfast was above average. The man that worked during breakfast hours was super friendly, he had the best personality. Will be back next time we’re in Jackson Hole

O Lodge foi um ótimo lugar para ficar! Um dos melhores hotéis para ficar para uma viagem de esqui. A equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa. A banheira de hidromassagem é incrível e a sauna também. Os quartos são enormes e podem facilmente acomodar muitas pessoas. Altamente recomendado para uma estadia em Jackson Hole.

Muito boa experiência! Apenas dando 4 estrelas, pois a piscina aquecida não era muito aquecida ... Uma parte foi quebrada que eles "pernoitaram" mas nunca fixaram a semana em que estávamos lá. A equipe foi muito agradável na maior parte. Alguns definitivamente se importavam mais do que outros. O serviço de transporte realmente fez uma diferença dramática na carteira no final da viagem, o que provou ser um salva-vidas ao viajar pela cidade.

The Lodge was a great place to stay! One of the best hotels to stay in for a ski trip. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hot tub is awesome and so is the sauna. Rooms are ginormous and can easily fit a lot of people. Highly recommended for a stay in Jackson Hole.

Pretty good experience! Only giving 4 stars as the heated pool wasn't quite heated... A part was broken that they "overnighted" but never fixed the week we were there. The staff was very nice for the most part. Some definitely cared more than others. The shuttle service really made a dramatic difference on the wallet by the end of the trip which proved to be a life saver when traveling around town.

Bit on the pricey side, but couldn't ask for a better place to rest your head. Will definitely recommend a king size room at a minimum! Beautiful shower great comfortable bed and very well insulated room with hardly any noise! 11/10 Cause who doesn't love beautiful carpentry!

I travel often and am accompanied by a Registered Service Animal. Prior to booking, I called the resort and requested information for what type of documentation would be necessary (Per ADA law no verification paperwork can even legally be requested however, I typically call before staying anywhere as a courtesy and so that I can assure no problems or questions occur at the time of check-in, especially in many cases since I travel far from my home base in California.) I was assured over the phone there would be no problems and a Doctors note would be sufficient. Upon arriving for check-in at The Lodge, the customer service agent informed me that my Service Animal would not be permitted. I let her know that I had called many weeks in advance and regardless she could not legally deny access to booking a room as a result of my Service Animal at which time I gave her a letter from my doctor and requested to speak with a Manager for the hotel. The customer service representative then proceeds to tell me no Manager is available and that my doctors note was insufficient repeatably asking who I had talked to weeks before stating “no one here would tell you that” as if I were lying to her. I requested to speak with the Manager once again and was greeted by Diego. As an individual in Management of a Hotel I would have expected Diego to know basic ADA regulations, but was poorly mistaken. Diego began arguing with me in front of entire lobby of guests attempting to check-in. He requested a second form of verification for my Service Animal, in which I provided and then proceeded to ask me “what was wrong with me”, loudly in front of the entire lobby. I was completely floored, knowing very well that a question of this nature was not only completely uncalled for and private but downright ILLEGAL, but having just traveled 15 hours in a car, exhausted, and panicked that I would be basically without anywhere to stay after having just spent $2,200 to stay here for 5 days, told him specifically the details of my disability. Diego responds “Fine, I’ll make a one-time exception” and proceeds to allow the front desk attendant to finally check me and my family in.
After finally receiving keys we made our way to the rooms booked and were astound to find that The Lodge seems to be in extremely poor condition. The overall esthetic seems to be on the verge of a Motel running by the false “Lodge” name. The hallways have dirty carpeting, smell musty and are dark. The room felt dirty and poorly kept. I sat on the bed and just cried. I had such high hopes for this beautiful vacation planned in Jackson Hole and everything from the get go was overwhelming disappointing. My family, also enraged by the complete lack of customer service and just general human decency, discussed right away about not being comfortable in such a horrible establishment. Luckily, I was able to go right back to the front desk and requested a full refund to stay elsewhere. They did not apologize or try to make the situation at all better and was quick to just give us our money back and shoo us out the front door.
All-in-all it was a blessing in disguise. We were able to book two rooms within 5 minutes at the Snow King Resort and had a wonderful experience.
I hope this review can bring awareness to the complete lack of leadership for this Hotel. Not only is this is a lawsuit waiting to happen, but no one deserves to be treated the way I was.

All staff was super nice- great suggestions and lovely rooms. We had a king with the fireplace and it was beautiful and worth it. Clean sheets and rooms too. The shuttle service was immaculate - never waited more than 20min. Short five minute ride to downtown Jackson and snow king mountain. We did not rent a car while here and we never had an issue. Never felt unwelcome or hostel. The bartender Jeremy was fabulous- the best employee we’ve encountered. Great pool and warm hot tubs as well with nice views.

Clean and comfortable rooms with enough space for all of your stuff
Good amenities - nice pool and hot tubs.
The staff is friendly and helpful
Food is good, right now the breakfast is grab-and-go only but there are several really good restaurants within walking distance.
Kids will like it a lot, there are carved bears all over the exterior of the hotel.

My boyfriend and I booked a stay at The Lodge after we had to reschedule our original vacation plans. I was a little concerned after booking because I did some more research and saw several poor reviews leading up to our stay. Our whole experience was extremely positive from beginning to end and a great value considering the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome! Those breakfast burritos are perfect to fill-up on before a day of skiing. I would recommend requesting an upper floor and consider getting a room with a fireplace. We will 100% be back!
