I decided to book my 10 day quarantine at The Heritage Hotel Manila and it’s the best decision I made. Location is about 7-10min drive from NAIA airport, the customer service is top notched, from bellman, front desk, concierge and of course housekeeping. The Service is definitely the reason why I would stay here again. Housekeeping - Geraldine Aquino, Mike and Jay are wonderful very professional, caring and attentive to my needs, they follow through and made sure I received all amenities requested. Same as with the front desk manager Jona Santos, to making sure that my stay is to my satisfactory. Amazing Service! I gave 4 out 5 stars as there is always room for improvement; furnitures and carpet need to be updated, otherwise the room is clean, big space, complete amenities, to coffee, coffee mate, sugar, tea, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, bath gels, bar soaps, dental kit, ear swabs, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton! All that you need are covered and provided. Definitely would recommend The Heritage Hotel.. thank you for making my quarantine stay comfortable…😍

Meu quarto foi atualizado sem custo adicional. A gerente, Aida, foi muito prestativa em responder às minhas perguntas e fez com que a minha estadia fosse muito confortável. Não conseguia me lembrar de todos os nomes, mas o concierge (joric), a recepção e o serviço de limpeza (hector, ging) foram rápidos em atender às minhas solicitações. Mantem!

My room was upgraded without additional cost. The manager, Aida was very helpful to answer my questions and she made my stay to be very comfortable. I wasn’t able to remember all the names but the concierge (joric), front office and housekeeping (hector, ging), were fast in accommodating my requests. Keep it up!

Thank you, Ms. Dhai Caminos and your superb service staff, for the wonderful, seamless graduation event and dinner conducted July 9 by the hotel's unobtrusive unnoticeable service.
The event was a complete success and joy for we who graduated from the Richter School of Natural Therapeutics at the hotel, and the perfect introduction to a well conducted social celebration for our two children. You did great!

A equipe foi muito útil e acolhedora. Minha mãe ficou aqui durante sua quarentena obrigatória ao retornar às Filipinas. A equipe ajudou minha mãe durante todo o processo de quarentena, certificando-se de que ela tinha tudo em ordem para que pudesse fazer o check-out a tempo. Eu pessoalmente recebi várias ligações com as mesas frontais e elas sempre foram muito úteis em qualquer coisa que eu pedisse. Um agradecimento especial à Sra. Marjorie e ao Sr. Miguel na recepção, também ao Gerente Sra. Aida e Noel e ao restante da equipe do Heritage Hotel que ajudaram a tornar minha mãe confortável e agradável. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My mom stayed here during her mandatory quarantine when returning to the Philippines. The staff helped my mom throughout the entire quarantine process, making sure she had everything in order so she could check out on time. I personally had several calls with the front desks and they were always very helpful in anything I asked. A special thank you to Ms. Marjorie and Mr. Miguel at the front desk also the Manager Ms. Aida and Noel and the rest of the staff in the Heritage Hotel who helped make my Mom stay comfortable and pleasant. We chose this Heritage Hotel for my Mom simply because we stayed here before and also has a great experienced. Food was excellent as always and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kudos to all staff in the Heritage Hotel specially to those I mentioned. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for all of your help. ☺️☺️☺️

Elegant but very creepy; guests recount restlessness during the night that prevented them from getting a good night's sleep or falling into a deep sleep. It's an old, renowned, 5-star hotel so it's not easy or cheap to get a room here, but regardless whether your stay's provided by your company/institution, or it's a personal reservation, the food there is great 👍 especially the buffet. Literal unlimited all you can eat

Hotel muy viejo, las habitaciones se notan antiguas (un colega dice que vio cucarachas) Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la bahía y el centro comercial Asia(que es enorme) El desayuno esta muy bien, buffet bastante completo.
