Restaurant was good, great service. The room is fine beds are comfortable. But they do not use fitted sheets so if you are a restless sleeper you will end up on the bare mattress! They only clean rooms if you call down and request it & it is impossible to reach the front desk! Sheraton are you so short staffed on purpose? The concierge was amazing. Great location, but fresh towels every 2 days ( which was requested upon arrival), would have been nice.
Your staff are wonderful but for the price of the rooms, i think you could afford a few more.....

No microwave in the room. They missed taking out the overflowing recycling container in the room when we’d requested cleaning. Missed giving us a requested wake up call which meant we were late for an important event. Restaurant menu is extremely limited and service was very slow. Breakfast buffet not worth the $23. Our boardroom wasn’t cleaned overnight so we walked in the next morning to see empty coffee cups, cans, bottles scattered around, dirty tablecloths and full garbage cans. Overall, a very poor showing for a Sheraton hotel. The only bright spot was the (mostly) friendly staff.

It's a great place to stay if you like hair in your food, 3 times my daughter had hair in her food. Twice at breakfast and once at lunch. Ridiculous, and I still got charged for the food☹️. Also the parking situation is horrible, scan in and out, most of the time it didn't work and had to back inside to get staff to open gate😡. Also, the rates per night, Outrageous, $200 for a night. Never again will I stay here☹️!

Another great local hotel, very typical of all low cost, modern hotels. I found it surprising that a hotel built on top of an old Fort has no references to the important military history at all whether in paintings, photos, etc in the foyer, hallways and rooms. Be proud of your roots, without it, you wouldn't have St John's. The gym in this Hotel is pretty good, the old Squash Court though I'd like to see back as a Squash court. The yoga Matt's etc could be moved up to the Cardio room. You've got some old school gear there that needs to be thrown out, don't have gear just for the sake of filling an area. The atrium is wonderful, nice place to read a book. The waterfall needs cleaning, the clear plastic is very dirty. Only down side to this hotel is they don't have laundry facilities on site.

A beautiful hotel with a lot of character. The staff were amazing. The hotel is very clean and the harbour views are unbeatable. We had a big, very comfortable room. Will definitely go back for lots of reasons.
