Bueno, bonito y barato. En pleno miami beach, a pasos de la playa, bares y tiendas; este hotel se lleva las 3 B. Si vas por poco tiempo a miami, este hotel te sirve para tener un buen lugar donde descansar, no tener que tomar uber ya que puedes caminar y ahorraste mucho dinero ya que es de los mas baratos del sector.

Um lixo de hotel,não consegui me hospedar por conta do cheiro de mofo,cigarro e pessoas usando drogas na porta do hotel.Alem da gerência não ter devolvido meu dinheiro!

Tivemos óculos de sol roubado, o quarto é sujo, a cama pequena e os colchões afundam quando se deita. A gerência é omissa e não se importou com o roubo. Foi uma experiência péssima. Não recomendo!!! São 3 hoteis da rede Catalina Hotel & Beach Club, Chesterfield Hotel & Suites com a mesma gerência.

I would like to say for a hotel that is near ocean drive and has character due to its years. You guys need to have a lot of renovations and updates. The AC was not working properly and the room was always hot. The toilet would clog all the time and the sink. The room smelled like ammonia. The front desk on Monday was rude. The one who check us in was professional.

Nice and affordable spot right next to the beach , nice bar across the street , the receptionist synthia handled everything quickly , very congenial and easygoing 10/10 .

Hotel is great! Front desk agent Synthia was super nice and helped me. My key wasn’t working to get in the room and she quickly handled it. Also hotel has free drinks during happy hour.

Free drinks during happy hour at their neighbor hotel, walking distance to Miami Beach and restaurants also the staff is very helpful. Synthia was very helpful when our room key was not working.

I checked in 7/23 I didn’t like the 1 person ran everything. I was on first floor . 3rd floor toilet leaked to 2nd floor & that leaked to my room .. nasty toilet water.. they gave them other room that leaked new room.. they didn’t even offer me a new room & had someone come & clean it . It had a funny smell.. not even across the street did they other us a new room at their sister hotel .. or did they take any $$ off for the 2 more nights I had there .. just unprofessional.. on their part… the key cards was not work big we had to bother the front desk from during there job to open my room door . Just terrible why they solve other other’s requests..

Tiene una ubicacion excelente. El hotel en si es anticuado, pero la habitacion esta recientemente renovada como se ve en las imagenes. Al hacer el check in hay una diferencia con lo que se contrato por la agencia de viajes, recomiendo contratar de la pagina del hotel, porque segun ellos ahí no hay confuciones. El ambiente tal vez no es el mejor para familias, hay un constante olor a marihuana en los pasillos. Como en todo florida no hay servicio de limpieza en el cuarto, pero eso no justifica la suciedad que hay en los pasillos, la alfombra era un poco desagradable. El personal de recepción no siempre es el más atento.

Checked out 7/21/21. Was told I'd receive my $100 deposit back in 3-5 days...its been 2 weeks. No one EVER answers the phone or email. Was also charged a $50 resort fee when this isn't even a resort. Beware if this hotel. They don't even have staff but 1 person.

Well 1st & foremost my original room they provided literally did not lock. They gave me another one which was small and walls are paper thin the people above me were stomping & making so much noise I tried calling front desk the phone in the room didn’t work & no one answered when I called from my cell phone number. When I went to actually speak with someone multiple times there was no one at the front desk. The shower was cold there was no hot water. Would not recommend unless it’s last resort.

No te dicen que no hay servicio de Housekeeping hasta que haces el check-in. No todos ,pero algunos front desk tienen pésimo servicio al cliente. No había agua caliente.

Ficamos apena uma noite, mas foi bem bom. hotel aconchegante e funcionários prestativos. Quartos limpo e chuveiro ótimo. Não tem elevador, então para carregar bagagens, principalmente no terceiro andar é um pouco sofrível. Próximo a pontos turísticos. Porém, sem estacionamento, em Miami se paga muito para deixar carro na rua. Valet 37$. Bem caro.
