I knew with the price I would not be getting a five stare hotel but I did expect that when I ask for new sheets I'd get them. 7am, 3pm, 5pm and 9pm I asked for new sheets and did not get them. This is ridiculous.

I plan on staying at this hotel for a few months while im here training at Advent Health. I am a nurse not someone off the street looking for a handout but thats how I have been treated so far. The manager Berto is the meanest person I have every met he had me in tears leaving the office. No matter how he spoke to me I was polite the whole time. So when I first made my reservation I paid$80 for a night and it said with a refrigerator and a microwave. I get in the room and there is neither a microwave or a refrigerator. I called the front desk and asked the manager Berto if I can have a room with a refrigerator or a refrigerator because I have insulin that needs to be kept cold and he says sorry dont have any and hung up on me. Then the next day I went downstairs to extend and was told when I check in that I can get the hotels cheaper rate when I extend but of course not when I go down Berto the manager says no we are extending your reservation so it will be$80 of course because he wants more money. And then he says if I want the cheaper rate I would have to check out move all my stuff sit outside for 4 hours and check back in to get the better rate. Are you kidding me there are 30 empty rooms in this hotel and I cant leave my stuff in the room when I plan on spending thousands here over the next couple of months. I am a nurse who saves lives who has Lupus and diabetes and you are going to make me lug all my stuff out of the room sit outside with all of it in the heat just to check in 4 hours later when there are 30 rooms open here. I am disgusted and just can't believe a manager would act this way towards someone or even how can a human being talk to someone like that. I am more hurt then mad. They either need a new management or the owner needs to give his staff another class in customer service and humanity.
Não posso dar estrelas ou estrelas negativas Pior lugar de todos. Eu sou um veterinário militar a caminho do universal, parado durante a noite, pois chegamos cedo, então conseguimos um lugar barato por algumas horas. Eu acordo com meu carro indo falar com a recepção eles me dizem que foi rebocado por estar apoiado. Nada disso foi dito para mim e como eu sou militar aposentado apoiando é como eu estaciono 90% que grande coisa para fazer às pessoas a caminho do lugar mais feliz do mundo, acho que tudo bem com o dinheiro que ganham com o roubo legal de carros. Talvez pare com pessoas suspeitas e você não terá que se preocupar com quem foi apoiado.
Eu não fiquei aqui. Com isso dito, liguei para falar sobre os preços e sobre os quartos. Berto e Kendra são as 2 pessoas com quem falei. Ambos foram extremamente atenciosos e atenciosos. Eles responderam a todas as minhas perguntas. Uma atitude muito positiva me fez rir. Tenho uma família que fará o check-in neste fim de semana! Eu sei que eles vão gostar de ficar com a atitude positiva otimista da equipe! Muito obrigado a todos!
I can’t give no stars or negative stars Worst place ever. I am a military vet on my way to universal stopped for the night since we got in early so we got a cheap place for a few hours. I wake up to my car gone go to talk to front desk they tell me it was towed for being backed in. Nothing of the sort was said to me and as I am retired military backing in is how I park 90% what a great thing to do to people on the way to the happiest place on earth, I guess ok with money y’all make from legally stealing cars. Maybe stop with shady people and you wouldn’t have to worry who was backed in.
I have not stayed here. With that being said I have called about pricing and about the rooms. Berto and Kendra are the 2 people I spoke with. Both were extreamly caring and considerate. They answered any and all of my questions. Very positive attitude had me laughing. I have family that will be checking in this weekend! I know they will enjoy there stay with the upbeat positive attitude of the staff! Thank y'all so much!
Decidi reservar um quarto neste lugar porque meu namorado e eu estávamos dirigindo por muitas horas e queríamos um descanso rápido antes de voltarmos para a estrada. O check-in na minha confirmação disse que poderia ser a partir de (3: 30-11h) porque o check-out foi às 11h do dia seguinte. Chegamos por volta das 5h e a recepção disse que não podíamos fazer o check-in na quinta-feira, pois o horário limite para o check-in já havia passado. Eu disse a ela que não é um problema sair às 11h da sexta-feira, nós apenas queríamos dormir algumas horas. Ela disse novamente que não poderia fazer o check-in naquele dia, então fez uma reserva de sexta a sábado (no meu entendimento) ela até me disse que tinha que cobrar uma taxa de check-in antecipado porque agora estávamos fazendo check-in na sexta-feira às 6h . Por volta das 10h, vários funcionários começam a bater em nossa porta dizendo que temos que sair porque não pagamos por uma noite adicional, quando meu papel de recibo indicava claramente check-in: 19/03 e check-out: 20/03. O agente da recepção foi extremamente rude e continuou tentando me dizer que eles só me cobraram o depósito de $ 50, mas claramente diz $ 86,96 como o total que eles me cobraram. Agora eles nem atendem o telefone. Deve haver alguém no comando que realmente saiba o que está fazendo, porque as duas recepções que eu falei também são extremamente inúteis. Pode ser uma estadia barata, mas não vale a pena. Abaixo do atendimento ao cliente ruim, é mais um grande golpe.

Llegamos alrededor de las 5 de la mañana y la recepción nos dijo que no podíamos registrarnos para el jueves porque la hora límite para el registro ya había pasado. Le dije que no era un problema salir a las 11 a. M. Del viernes, solo queríamos dormir unas horas. Nuevamente dijo que no podía registrarme ese día, así que hizo una reserva de viernes a sábado (según tengo entendido), incluso me dijo que tenía que cobrar una tarifa por registro anticipado porque ahora nos estábamos registrando el viernes a las 6 a. M. . Alrededor de las 10 am, varios empleados comienzan a llamar a nuestra puerta diciendo que tenemos que irnos porque no pagamos por una noche adicional, cuando mi papel de recibo indicaba claramente check in: 3/19 y check out: 3/20. I decided to book a room at this place because my boyfriend and I were driving for very long hours and we wanted a quick rest before we got back on the road. The check in on my confirmation said it could be from (3:30-11am) because checkout was at 11am the following day. We arrived around 5am and the front desk said that we could not check in for Thursday as the cut off time for check in had already passed. I told her that it’s not a problem to be out by 11am Friday, we just wanted to sleep for a few hours. She again said she could not check me in for that day so she did a booking from Friday to Saturday (to my understanding) she even told me that she had to charge an early check in fee because we were now checking in on Friday at 6am. Around 10am multiple employees start knocking at our door saying that we have to leave because we didn’t pay for an additional night, when my receipt paper clearly stated check in: 3/19 and check out: 3/20. The front desk agent was extremely rude and kept trying to tell me that they only charged me the $50 deposit but it clearly says $86.96 as the total that they charged me. Now they won’t even answer the phone. There should be someone in charge who actually knows what they’re doing because both front desks that I spoke too we’re extremely unhelpful. It may be a cheap stay but it’s not worth it. Below poor customer service, it’s more of a big scam.
I wish I could put a negative start for a hotel honestly. They were extremely rude and they charge extra charges on your stay. I didn’t think you could have a bad stay in a hotel but they definitely showed me it’s possible.

Worst hotel has Roaches Bed Bugs and the property is extremely dirty and stinks. I made 50 dollar deposit and and the 2 ladies at the desk tried too keep until threaten call the cops. Do Not spend your hard earn money at this pace trust me my stay was horrible
First impression at check in the staff were not friendly and had attitude. It seems as if you were a bother to them. The young man appearance left a lot to be desired. For someone who is the first contact with the guests he should take greater care of his appearance. He was not wearing and mask even though on the entrance it is stated that masks are mandatory and had a visible nose ring which was is unprofessional. His hair was unkept. The room left was lacking maintenance. The floor had black marks over it. The mirror was not cleaned properly and the bathtub needed a good cleaning. I would not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. I did not stay after seeing the room. Sept 28, 2020

Horror, nada mas llegar nos fuimos y nos devolvieron el dinero, la atención del personal en el dia pésima, una señora de color sin arreglar y comiendo en el lobby nos atendió sin educación para ese trabajo, la habitación de fumadores con un olor horrible y la calle sucia
