Hotel bem localizado, porém minha experiência não foi Boa. O banheiro do cuarto estava sujo. Até realizaram a troca de cuarto, mas minha percepção foi que a limpeza não é Boa no geral.

Todo iba excelente, hasta que amanecí súper picoteada de la cama en habitación número 126, de un mosquito lo dudo muchísimo, ya que la habitación tiene aire acondicionado, además de estar completamente cerrada. Por lo que sospecho fueron chinches, aún tengo ronchas y la comezón fue tremenda :( me dió más pena a mi comentarlo en recepción, pero sin duda no volveré a hospedarme en este hotel, mi objetivo principal era el descansar ya que fue por tema trabajo, pero sin duda con esta mala noche no lo conseguí y por obvias razones no lo recomiendo. Ojalá lean este comentario y trabajen en este problema. No considero que pagar casi $1,500 la noche, sea muy razonable pasar por alto la higiene de un hotel de 4 estrellas. 😠😒

Em geral, todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos: recepção, restaurante, mensageiros, etc. Mas em termos de limpeza, demoram muito para limpar os quartos. Em algumas ocasiões, voltei ao quarto depois de comer e eles ainda não tinham vindo limpá-lo.

En general todo el personal es muy atento : recepción, restaurante, botones, etc. Pero en cuanto a la limpieza se demoran mucho en hacer la limpieza de los cuartos. En alguna ocasión regresé a la habitación después de comer y aún no habían pasado a limpiarla.

El Wifi no funciona, vengo de negocios y no puedo trabajar por la mala intensidad del wifi, no te dan agua se cortesía, hay cafetera en la habitación pero no te dan el café.No dan bebidas del bar de cortecia. Es muy caro para lo poco que ofrecen. Hay mejores opciones de hotel.

For a 5stars property, poor amenities in the room. also no paper and pen to write notes, on Sunday hotel bar closed and it seems, that they cut their budget down. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room, BUT again...no coffee capsule, etc...would need to go down to reception and ask for itn but it's morning and no time for it.Plus, the rooms are very spacious, very good bed and excelent wifi.

Traveled here for work with my husband. Asked for a Mountain View, given a 3rd floor view of a building. Moved to 6th floor and got a Mountain View but with 2 queen beds. Called down for room service - no answer. Called front desk - no answer. Called “duty manager” - no answer. Called room service 3 more times with no answer. What kind of service is that? If you’re looking to stay somewhere nice, friendly & accommodating - look elsewhere.

The hotel is good and well located. The breakfast service is too late for my needs since it starts at 7:00 am. I asked for a to-go box and the lady of the front desk couldn't handle the request. It seems like the staff needs better training in costumer service.

My stay here was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious and the customer service here was phenomenal. I want to thank all the staff, especially the waiter Jose Luis and Domingo for always being attentive and treating us well. The rooms had an amazing view! AC was cold, and overall would definitely recommend. Thank you!

AC was never able to cool room down. To add insult to injury, the power went out for 3 hours in the middle of the night. It was so hot I had to shower to stay cool. Employees said food court was open till 11pm it was actually closed at 9pm.

This place is nice with a great view. Soft pillows, soft bed. If it wasnt for the small petty things i look for then i would have rated this hotela 5 stars. Clean and apleasant stay.
