We were a part of this new year party on the eve of 31st Dec 2020 I must admit that Puneet and all other staff members managed to keep high spirits during this pandemic and managed to host such a wonderful evening for us which was full of fun, great food and flawless service. The arrangements made for kids was beyond our expectations the staff really looked after them well!! The DJ was amazing and played some of the best number on which we could thump our feet! Great show guys keep it up I'd definitely look forward to be there attending similar events in the future

obviously this is a good place, been staying since months now. they try to address your concerns and do it pretty well. exceptions are there, which can be overlooked provided they don't stop listening to their customers even if the Customer stops talking. So far it has been nice, comfortable stay, they have almost friendly staff in most of the teams.

Great hotel. Not the cheapest for food and drink, however, there are plenty of options near the hotel for food and drink (they even deliver to the hotel).The rooms are very spacious and the housekeeping is of very high standard. I had a small problem with the sprinkler system leaking in my hotel room and they upgraded me immediately.The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.There is a fair bit of construction work currently going on outside, however, next year (2020) they should be quite close to a metro station so you will be able to save the $25 taxi fare from the airport to the hotel and get the train.
