The place is beautiful! Love the blinds. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced! Gregory Jackson was very helpful, pleasant and kind.

I just recently had the opportunity to stay a couple nights at this brand new hotel in Port Charlotte and I must say I completely loved the service that was provided to me and my family and since the moment I entered that hotel everything was 100% clean I had no issues what so ever and the manager and staff treated us with full hospitality and were all so polite and everyone was professional. It was definitely worth the money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to get away at or just needing a place to stay for a couple nights. This definitely is a 5 star hotel in my book !! Thank you for everything 😁

I couldn't believe my ear when one of the staff members told me that the rooms were cleaned every two weeks so for a one night stay you will be sleeping with other people's germs. This room was not swept the towels had an odor. Beautiful place but needs to work on cleaning the rooms properly.

The hotel looks like it was recently renovated and the staff was very kind and helpful, even though there was a slight confusion about our checkout. It was weird that even though we signed in with three people in our room when we asked for dishes they gave us sets of two and some of the dishes were not food safe like the bubbled, burned spatula. That did not negatively affect my experience there though.

Very clean, very friendly, and all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best. I can honestly say this hotel in particular puts in great effort to ensure their guests are comfortable, and happy. The manager is friendly, approachable, and not afraid to jump in and help out when needed. The room itself was immaculate and when I needed a recommendation for food in the area I found the clerk knew the area very well. I highly recommend you give this hotel a shot if you're in the area, you wont be disappointed!
